Announcement: If anyone is interested in a cabinet position, there is possible reform currently being discussed in the RPC about setting up a sort of volunteer corp for each Ministry department. It's just we may be restyling our cabinet into diffrent names and sort of a unique form of volunteer corp.

A peek example of this is what's being discussed is renaming each department's as "districts" and cabinet being officially named state council, minister renamed to govonors of these districts, and then making it to where every citizen can choose two districts they can voluntarily serve under. For example people can join the cultural district (Cultural
Affairs) to help come up with activities like regional holidays, events, and possible cross-region roleplaying. While in the information district (Internal Affairs) citizens can write articles for our regional newspaper or create their own. Of course on every citizenship application there will be a section where applicants can choose which district they would like to be a member of. Each govonor will be head of their district's and be responsible for those who join in helping carrying out that district's task.

It's a big change for the cabinet and there's also discussion of creating the office of President to head this State Council. I'd like some feedback discussion from the public on our regional discord. This way we can take this into consideration as we write and put the bill to motion somtime next week. The office of President will also be a pretty big deal, and will possibly include a second round and separate election.

We don't usually leak discussion to the public, but with this being a major change, i figured some may be oppose or supportive of the idea.
