★ Your region must have a fairly active community present on RMB, Discord, or forum.

★ Your region must not be tagged as Fascist, have any Fascist sympathy, or have connections or relations with Fascist regions.

★ Your region must have a stable government for us to discuss diplomacy with.

★ Recruiting and sending region-wide telegrams is strictly prohibited unless permission is given by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

★ We ask that your region have an ambassador present in our Discord Server. This is not a requirement.

★ Your region must not be a puppet storage to propose embassies.

★ We ask that you telegram us your reasons for proposing embassies as well as why we should accept your request.
