Greetings fair citizens of Colonia Apollonis!
I will be looking to fill the vacant cabinet positions within the Citizens Assembly which are Vice-Speaker, Director of Culture and Director of Roleplay. Any Citizen wishing to fill in these vacant positions send me a telegram with a brief summary of why you are best fit for the position.
Also I would like to announce that a regional census will be conducted within the next two weeks so be on the look-out.

MoskievI have finished drafting a dual citizenship act to be placed on 
Silves desk until he is able to call for a vote of the Citizens Assembly.
It is my hope this will allow several of our friends in regions with close ties to us achieve citizenship much easier!
Recognizing that under Article 1 Clause 2 of the Colonia Apollonis constitution allows for dual citizenship to be established with allied regions.
Defining that “allied regions” in this context are regions that hold an embassy with Colonia Apollonis, rather than a military alliance in gameplay.
Establishes a way for Colonia Apollonis to allow dual citizenship with allied regions by mutual agreement under the following provisions.
For an allied region to achieve dual citizenship status, all provisions of this proposal must be agreed by the Citizens Assembly and Chancellor of Colonia Apollonis as well as all relevant parties of the allied region. Additionally an alternative agreement may be negotiated and agreed to by the same parties.
All citizens of both Colonia Apollonis and a dual citizen region will immediately be grandfathered into this agreement once it is passed by both parties, or will immediately be grandfathered into any alternative agreement.
Allied regions accepting dual citizens may still deny citizenship for any reason when applicable by native laws, as well as vice versa.
Should an allied region or Colonia Apollonis wish to close dual citizenship they must inform the other party and give at least 2 weeks notice before withdrawing from the agreement. This time will be used for both parties to take any steps they feel necessary in regards to their dual citizens.
Once a player does achieve dual citizenship status, they immediately receive all rights and abilities of a native citizen, with the exception of provision VI. This however does not grant them immunity from any punishment that may strip rights, abilities or citizenship away as applicable by native law in Colonia Apollonis or the allied region.
Additionally citizens falling under dual citizenship status may only be in elected positions within a single region. These positions will be called “major positions”. Additionally, some appointed positions may fall under “major positions” to prevent a conflict of interest in responsibilities.
