The Theocracy of Sacretium is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Leader with an iron fist, and notable for its museums and concert halls, state-planned economy, and zero percent divorce rate. The cynical, devout population of 1.146 billion Sacretiumians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The relatively small, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Spirituality, Welfare, and Environment. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Chrysostom. The average income tax rate is 23.5%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The sizeable but inefficient Sacretiumian economy, worth 28.2 trillion Gold Coins a year, is driven almost entirely by government activity, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector is mostly comprised of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is 24,639 Gold Coins, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Cane fights are a common sight in nursing homes, Leader's luxurious new home has been designated as a protected cultural heritage site, the Chrysostom XV Regiment (aka "The Goat Starers") have yet to win a battle, and anyone who sneezes at border crossings is turned away. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Sacretium's national animal is the Lamb, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Orthodox Christianity.

Sacretium is ranked 131,394th in the world and 304th in Forest for Least Corrupt Governments, with 92.59 Percentage Of Bribes Refused.
