The Worldwide Empire of The Administrative District is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Overlord Rex Imperator with an iron fist, and notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, pith helmet sales, and otherworldly petting zoo. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 4.461 billion loyal subjects of the Crown enjoy great individual freedoms in everything except elections, which, where they exist at all, are populist shams for a dictatorship government that has no intention of ever giving up power.

The relatively small, corrupt government juggles the competing demands of Education, Defense, and Industry. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Vienna. The average income tax rate is 41.6%.

The frighteningly efficient Imperial economy, worth 926 trillion International Dollars a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Retail, Tourism, and Book Publishing. Black market activity is rampant. Average income is an amazing 207,595 International Dollars, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.5 times as much as the poorest.

Giggling teens are asked to put their mouths on rubber dolls, there is no other place with more lab coats per square mile than former houses of worship, 10-year-olds who struggle with integrating by parts are considered slow learners, and grade school teachers mark homework with red "CITATION NEEDED" stamps. Crime is totally unknown. The Administrative District's national animal is the Fox, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is the Church of England.

The Administrative District is ranked 150,231st in the world and 16th in World Congress House of Lords for Nicest Citizens, with 0.51 Average Smiles Per Day.
