The comms channel seems to cut off for a while. It would appear that Collins was indeed quite tired and as such rested for a few seconds before replying.

“Well, a peaceful democracy is better than an aggressive one. We Chudokurens are quite isolationist ourselves, save when it comes to our allies and particularly important matters. The Supreme Ultimate Country title was authorised by the Supreme Overlady of All Reality. It’s not intended to sound hostile so much as it is intended to be intimidating to potential attackers. Not sure how much intimidation we need from such things at this point- I reckon what we’ve dealt with already is enough for that.”
