Firstly, the Imperial forces split into three groups, one group, consisting of half the forces they have, holds a contested line, meanwhile, the other two groups deploy with cavalry moving around on the Eastern flank and the other group hitting the beaches and the rest of the city from behind while Imperial allied troops begin to make a district by district approach on the enemy forces in the city in an overwhelming series of hammer blows while securing everything in their wake. The strategy ensues in constant pressure on all sides while more, fresh forces, are shipped from the Empire to the city.
The sister of Joan II is received by a detachment of the Sovereign Protectors, whose job is to protect her and the commanders. She is provided with a pavilion near the generals' as well as being close to the head quarters. Already, as a natural reaction, the Imperial Commanders and guards are suspicious of her, but think little to nothing of it.
The Balticonian offer is accepted and two military coordinators and a diplomatic group are dispatched to the nation. In addition to this, a small force is also dispatched to provide extra troops and reinforcements.

With all the chaos happening in Toast and abroad, Ferneus does not side with any House in Toast. Reading the countless letters on her desk from both Ferneus and other nations, the Empress finally understands why her brother Mikel was always so secluded and moody after taking the throne. Managing a nation, especially one on the brink of collapse, is stressful on both the mind and body. First, she addresses the plague. The many treatments offered by her new Korintheyan allies seemed to work to some extend, although many still died. Secondly, the Blood Priests and their Eternal Empire had remained silent for months now, worrying the Council. They thought that the Eternal Empire was securing loyalties in economic and military positions to prepare for another civil war. However, with the Empress away and the nation at war, not much could be done. At the border between Ferneus and Addunheim, the sights on either side were vastly different than what was there in the months before the civil war. Now, instead of rows of slaves marching under the scorching sun watched by Adduni guards fearful of an invasion, there are countless caravans and merchants travelling between the two nations. Fernusi and Adduni guards wake up like clockwork and exchange lovely conversation across the border. Two enemies, now united as one under the will of the gods.

The Storm continues...
Much has happened since news escaped the storm which is terrorizing the kingdom. As expected, the unprepared, unequipped and outnumbered defenders of Godan have been beaten by House Derovid. The sister of Jaon II has made the controversial (controversial among fellow commenters) to completely use Derovid forces to concentrate and simulations attack on all major cities of Duchy Foretan, which luckily all lie among rivers or at the coast which allows naval landings. This completely bypasses Foretans prepared guerilla war in the death forest and could if successful, force them out of the war. The defence of Derovidean land is left to the Korintheyan Forces. With that news, the other Houses came to an unwritten agreement to temporarily cease fighting each other and launch a daring offence on the Derovidean capital, Estrag, and their forces are making steady progress towards the city. The sister of Jaon II has reportedly sent many letters to many but not only nobles across the split nation. However, neither of these concern Jaon II, not if the food smells that good and his servants look even better...

Anyone else can still support a house if they choose to do so
House Derovid: Jaon Lerdwik II who like many of his close relatives is unmarried is known for being very hedonistic, selfish and will definitely care more about enjoying himself than ruling the kingdom

House Gorodas: If Kert Jenes I is known for one thing its greed. He admires the many raiders that pillage the world and dreams of being the richest man that ever lived
House Terdan: Many could tell of the hot-headedness and short attention span that define Merjy Erjich, often being fanatical on one topic just to be amazed by something else moments later
In the main camp for the New Fernusi Army, a man arrives... This man is known only as Vinev, the Fernusi word for bear. Few know of his true origins, but many theories arise. Some speculate that he is related to the royal family. The more superstitious believe him to be a puppet of evil. Despite all of that, there is one thing that remains certain. Vinev strikes fear into the hearts of both his allies and enemies. His allies fight harder for fear of invoking his wrath. His enemies cower for fear of him burning their villages and slaughtering their countrymen. He has training from Vernik archers, Santec horsemen, Mevoni champions, etc. He is never seen outside of his full plate mail armor, covered head to toe. The armor was custom made by the best Adduni craftsmen. Vinev has arrived to bring destruction to the Veleni.
The Imperial Commanders, are very annoyed to say the least, but decide to comply with this anyway. The force is divided up into three groups of large armies, two are primarily foot troops, the other is cavalry. The first group, takes up defensive positions in the area around Estrag in forts to hold back assaults. The second, take the purpose of a field army and fights to slow down the enemy and inflict as many casualties as possible on them at a constant pace. The third, is a mobile unit and take the purpose of making the enemys' lives helish as possible, this includes maximum casualties and destruction in raids.
I'm thinking that as my culture is influenced further by Adduni visitors and stuff, it'll shift to be a medieval English culture with hints of native culture. I'll make a post about it soon.

Back in Favenik, Mikel had been locked in his quarters guarded by two Royal Guards due to his outburst from insanity. Since then, he had been relatively stable with only minor signs of lunacy. Due to this, the council decided to test his sanity by having him attend a jousting contest with an Adduni visitor (If Addunheim is still being used.)

I'm currently playing EU4 as the byzantine empire and I just want to thank my allies Poland and Austria for using their 40k troops to siege down Crimea and some random town in the middle east instead of helping me stop the 40k Turks that are currently taking Constantinople
