“I forgot you knew some of them.” Natalie says, Min thinks for a second.
“How about Homelander?”
"I have met some of them before yes. Like I said, some of them are good people who are really trying to do good." She pauses for a second.
"Homelander is not the person who they want you to think. He is a jerk and a a**hole."
“Thought so…” Min says. They arrive at the restaurant and get a table.
“They call this Roman food in the restaurant in my town.” Natalie says.
“They’re not wrong I guess, means the same thing I suppose.” Min adds.
"Your nation still practices conscription and compulsory service then?"
"You thought that about him?Thats fair, I suppose." She nods as they sit down.
"I guess it is one and the same. But whatever they call it it is always very good."
They get some food ordered.
“So we’re going to be working with team two.” Min says, Natalie shrugs.
“Catherine is alright, don’t know how we’re gonna be working with Marie, but we’ll try.” Natalie says.
“Can’t be doing with Marie right now.” Min says.
"Im not happy about working with Marie but the rest of the team is alright. Lets just try to work with them and the rest of the team and not let things get out of hand."
Natalie sighs and looks disappointed.
“Alright…” she says, the waiter brings their drinks, Min starts sipping his black coffee.
“Are you the type of guy to only drink black coffee when women are around to show off?” Natalie asks, Min pauses and looks confused.
“What does that even mean? And I always have it black.” He says, sighing.
“You’re just filling in for Isaac, he usually says stupid things like that.” Min adds. Natalie laughs a bit.
“Wait how was Isaac?” She asks.
“Fine, he’s always fine, doesn’t matter what happens to him, he always gets back up.” Min says.

The Planetary Union Council has agreed to begin the removal of a large part of the biological soldiers from Active Duty within the Union Armed Forces. Sitting at a total of 35,000,000 personnel including Combat Droids, Conscript Power and Reserves, the active force sports only 7,000,000 of this number in total.
Under the new initiative, 85% of that number will be replaced with specialized Combat Droids, and the troops who are removed from active duty will be offered positions in the Civil Protection Corp, and Army Reserves. The newest order of 5,950,000 Combat Droids has been activated and placed into preparatory courses and programming for their new positions in the Union's Armed Forces, they will also be fitted with a new Bandwidth Modifier that will allow a higher concentration of Combat Droids to operate together and at once.
Humans and other organics concerned over the growing number of AI in military positions within the Planetary Union have asked their leaders when the integration process will end, wondering if Russia will ever be free of the artificial lifeforms that have engulfed it.
Brigid looks at Nat. "Look, I want to fight her with everything I have but we need to keep cool and work together with her. I dont like it but thats how it is. We probably have enough to worry about keeping May and Marie from going at each other."
She takes a sip of her tea and smiles. "Lay off of him Nat. Not everything has to be about impressing you.Besides someone has to fill in for Isaac, otherwise we would miss the stupid sayings."
She pauses. "Isaac is fine. He wanted to come today but Sarah said no and I had to jump in to get him to rest. We need him at full strength for what we have coming up."
“Yeah, as I said, he always gets better.” Min says. Pausing and sitting back.
“It was actually miss Ieri who told me about this place, I think she comes here as well.” Min says.
“Miss Ieri? You mean Sarah?” Natalie asks.
“I just say that to be respectful, she’s done a lot for me.” Min adds.
Planetary Union Election
High Magistrate Position
Once every three (earth) years, the Planetary Union undergoes an election for the position of High Magistrate of the Union. The High Magistrate is the foremost authority of the Union, and serves as the supreme executive within the Executive Assembly. In order to qualify for this position, a citizen is required to have Passed the Leadership Evaluation Exam, Mental Health Checks, and be at least twenty-five years old, excluding artificial lifeforms.
One individual, regardless of species, sex, gender or any other factor is selected through vigorous campaign on their home planet to participate in the Planetary Union High Magistrate Election.
Campaigning lasts for a total of one months.

Election Forecast:
1. Pluton Primary - Pluton Primary is in the first place according to polls throughout the Union, due to his level of experience compared to his running mates, and the growing popularity of AI leaders as many areas have achieve peak efficiency under them.
2. Ivan Klimovich Kalinov - Ivan Kalinov currently serves as Chief Representative of the Russian Parliament and is in second place according to interplanetary polls. Kalinov is somewhat unpopular for his support of continued policy from the Soviet Era within the Russian Empire, but is widely seen as the most capable organic lifeform for the position of High Magistrate on Earth.
3. Voryn Sharmat Dagoth - The renown Theocrat of Mars, who united the AMCR under the Red Crown Monarchy of the Basu People and has established a functional military state on the Red Planet. It is unknown how popular he actually is on Mars, but it is by his mandate that he bypassed the polls on the red planet. He is a very unlikely choice for the position.
“Yeah. I figure you can teach me whatever you know about curses. Weapons. Healing. Etc”
He doesn’t smile. “Like it? No. But it is a duty to my family and Queen.” He has noticeable bruising on his feet and legs as he puts on his shoes. “My parents will be taken care of in their old age, the country will be stronger, and I will live a long healthy life because of what I do here. Ballet is nothing but pain. But this is nothing compared to the Royal Dance Academy.”
“Yes. It’s less a power move on the world, and more for the character of our people. Building nf strong brave patriotic men and women who bow to their queen and comrades. It also is a kind of repayment from the youth for their free schooling.”
"Somehow he always seems to be fine. Some of that is Sarah of course, she is very good at what she does, but I wonder if some of it is Kanedo as well." She drinks her tea. "I could be wrong though."
She pauses and sits back. "I wouldnt be surprised if she did, this is a good place and she needs time off sometimes."
"Hmm. We do not see the need to be compensated for a service that benefits us in the end." K-877 says, and stands from his seat. "It is clear that while your system may be in place for the benefit of your nation, rather than your people, this is due to your own adherence to cultural teachings. The Planetary Union will be reaching out to your ministry in the future with the intention of formalizing exchange programs."
“Excellent.” He smiles. “Thank you.”
Minister Beck notices the bruising and concludes that it is from the practice. "That is a good perspective on things to take care of your parents and to serve your country. Are things harsher at the Royal Dance Academy, in your eyes?"
“I hear they spend one day on each move. Lock you in the studio having you repeat the same steps over and over until they deem you’re good enough to go home. I head sometimes people stay locked in the studios for up to 18 hours a day. But you know, the money is great. If I’m able to join the Royal Ballet, I could be making like 3,000 a night.”
“Ok well healing isn’t my station, but I can help you with most other things maybe we start with curse techniques.”
“Well Kanedo is definitely doing something, Sarah’s technique is something that should be considered though, really powerful.” Min says.
“Kanedo did say that he wouldn’t let Isaac die, I remember him saying that.” Natalia adds, Min thinks for a bit.
“I don’t know how we’re going to get rid of kanedo and keep Isaac alive, I think it’s impossible.” Min says.
“Us three are going to, I’ve already said but I’m not letting them kill Isaac, to do that we need to exorcise Kanedo.” Natalie says.
“Are you not scared of him?” Min asks, Natalie is silent for a second.
“Well…maybe a bit, what’s the worst he can do though? Kill me? Because dying doesn’t really scare me.” Natalie says.

Kalinov Arrested
Ivan Kilmovich Kalinov, candidate in the election for High Magistrate has been arrested.
While attempting to understand the idea of a "smear campaign ad," Pluton Primary accessed Kalinov's security detail footage only to show extensive video evidence of Kalinov taking bribes, engaging in illicit activity with the Russian Mafia, and paying for several different "escort services" during his time as Ambassador to 
New Montron. What was intended merely as a stab at human political campaign culture has resulted in the downfall of a major perpetrator of corruption in the Russian Government.
Pluton Primary has been projected as the absolute winner of the election for High Magistrate with the removal of Kalinov from the ballot.
High Magistrate Elected
Primary comes First
The arrest of candidate Ivan Kalinov paved the way for a landslide victory of Pluton Primary in the race for the office of High Magistrate against the only remaining opponent, Voryn Dagoth of Mars. The leader of Pluto gladly accepted his position at the Mars Exposition Center, the seat of the Planetary Union Council.
When asked to deliver an inaugural address, he spoke the following words to the members of the Planetary Union Council, Union Senate, and the assembled masses of people:

My time as High Magistrate of the Planetary Union will be very fruitful to the early stages of our government's growth and development. I will make it a personal mission to ensure that the functions of our democracy run at peak efficiency, and that our Civil Protection Force remains prepared to defend our Union at all times as we transition into a form of government much bigger than any earth-bound Empire that currently exists. Whereas other Earth Empires oppress and subjugate their space holdings, we have been given a unique opportunity to be seen as equals and to govern as one Union of combined Planetary Economies, and this will inevitably prove to be much more yielding and effective than extraction of resources through vassalization and direct rule from a planet that is not out home. We stand together not abandoned by our principles, but as testament to the truth that equality, freedom and merit forge a bond much stronger than anything seen before in our Solar System."

The words of High Magistrate Primary echoed simultaneously across the entirety of the Planetary Union, from the hypercomm stations on Pluto, to the New Martian News Feed, to the large screens adoring the skyscrapers of the Russian cities on earth, and the television sets in each home.
High Magistrate Primary has chosen to rule the Planetary Union from the Mars Exposition Center, where the legislative branch of the Union Government is located so that he may oversee the overhaul of Union Codified Law and governmental structure as it becomes solid. Primary has a popularity rating of 78/100 on the Union Hypercomms Forum, and has made it a personal mission to raise the percentage that is kept down largely in part to human beings and anthros that are suspicious of AI leaders, mostly concentrated on Earth.
The Planetary Union Constitution
The first act of the High Magistrate has been to approve the official adoption of the Constitutional Draft proposed by the Planetary Union Council, and approved by the Union Senate:
