As part of the OMF, this issue will be dealt with internally. The member state Pandoska is hereby ordered to quarentine the state of great Dragonspyre with a naval blockade, until OMF forces deal with the Quesatal bandits. non-Osean Mercantile Federation nations will have no juristiction in the matter. This is to protect the reputation of the international trade network and esure regional security.
OOC: yeah I thought this wasnt government related. We will deal with this in the appropriate manner to eliminate this threat without international intervention. ^_^

well yes it can be created if OSEAN is involved in a war, but it can also be formed if any war influences the OSEAN alliance, even if it isn't participating in the war itself but if OSEAN is threatened, the Osea Military Administration can be formed as well. If any on is a member of the OSEAN alliance, then quote this message to ask me any questions about the Osea Military Administration
