The soldiers jump back in a mix of shock and surprise, many uttering various expletives and profanities at the sudden event. Now, it looks like the Soviet Union is leaderless. And they move to secure the weapon, the body of the now ex premier, and gets out of the bunker and back above ground as quickly as they can. Now, they announce to the populace that the premier is dead, and that the Soviet forces should surrender, and come to the negotiations table that is now set up in a makeshift command post in the Kremlin.
