The NEF has called this an unlawful imprisonment of its forces and if the soldiers are not freed from the bubbles within the hour, ESC fleets will be deployed to Gavak. They are there to guard the Engineers and the advanced as well as expensive equipment they are handling. They have been there for years and Ash has had no problem with them until now.
The NEF Government states that this is clearly antagonistic actions by Ash and that if they want a fight, they will certainly get one unless they meet the ultimatum.
The Empress is willing to send a Senior Ambassador in her place. Following recent antagonism from Ash, they are not trusted enough for such an in-face meeting since the soldiers had been present for years and not one issue was arisen about their presence. There was no request to reduce the garrison or replace it with UON troops like the CTs on Earth that was conducted. Thus, Ash has no legitimate reason to detain these soldiers that are simply conducting a guard action.
The NPE government condemns the actions of the Ashian Empire
While she is not yet recovered enough to be fully able to return to power, the Empress has instructed the Imperial Regent to put the RSC on high alert. Much of the fleet's warships have been moved to the Ashian border, ready to support their neighbors defensively should Equis continue to escalate the situation.
The Suburban Purlian Foreign Secretariat strongly urge both Ashian and Equisian parties to reach a peaceful conclusion over the crisis at hand. They even more strongly urge the Ashians to back down on their aggression, citing that “the Equisians are feeling as threatened by Ash as Ash is feeling threatened by Equis. Agitating Equis will no doubt slow the evacuation of CT material and personnel from Gavak and with each moment of delay tension will increase to no return and a devastating knee jerk reaction. We ask the Ashian state to show restrain and consider the consequences of their actions.”
The NEF does not fear Republica and will not hesitant to fight the RSC if it comes down to it. They will not back down from their demands to Ash.
Although talks are ongoing, there has been no significant breakthrough to a deal.
Stekarus stands by the Suburbian-Purlian Government and implore that The Ashian Empire and NEF not escalate this any further so the CTs can leave. Stekarus is already setting up its own Terraformers on Gavak and would also hope that the Stek Government isn’t risking their integrity with this escalation by both parties,
Ash thanks Republica for standing by Ash in this situation when others are reluctant.
But as Equis said, talks are ongoing.

Ashian units will withdraw to 1 kilometer from the CTs.
Armed Equisians personnel will not be allowed outside of 6 meters from CT complex buildings.
Fortifications outside of 6 meters from CT complex buildings will not be manned.
Ash will release all captured Equisians personnel along with their equipment.
The Emperor has said he is "pleased" with the deal and that he "got what I wanted out of it."
The NEF is pleased that the deal allows the NEF to remain much of the defensive positions of the CT and that its soldiers nor their equipment are no longer being held as hostages.

Stekarus notes that the opinion of the Imperials is irrelevant given their government’s history as an irrational and incompetent body led by a clown that can’t even put down a rebellion that should’ve ended months ago.
Second battle occurs, Godmaker Seperatists take lots of losses in their first Advance
The Forces of the Godmaker seperatists have decided to attempt to advance along tthe Russ' Southern Border to reach Samara. Which ended poorly resulting in finding multiple groups of Krishkov Soldiers and taking heavy losses due to the Godmaker militias lack of training/equipment.
NEF Announces New Defensive Pact; Organizing Ceasefire Between Vulpine States
The NEF, following the avoidance of war with a mutually agreed deal with Ash, has now announced a new Defense Pact. Following further diplomatic communication with the Draco aeternum, a deal has been reached:
1) The NEF and the Draco Aeternum have agreed to a pact of mutual defense against Human Aggression.
2) The NEF and the Draco Aeternum have agreed to Economic cooperation to improve trade ties between the two nations.
3) The Draco Aeternum has both offered and agreed to a ceasefire with the Ukarist and 
Silberfluss Vulpine Nations. Although this ceasefire is currently one sided and requires Ukarist and Silberfluss agreement, this agreement is being upheld by the Draco Aeternum for mutual cooperation with the NEF and due to NEF defensive pacts with the other Vulpine states.
3b) Any violence by the Draco Aeternum towards the Ukarist nation or the Silberfluss nation will see the NEF break defensive relations with the Draco Aeternum and all military effort will be levied to defend these two allies.
Furthermore, the NEF will be attempting to organize diplomatic communication and talks between the three Vulpine nations in an attempt to improve their relations and attempt to mend ties to at least "Prevent additional violent wars between their tired nations, whom which have taken a long and threatening journey from their lost homeworld in order to rebuild and preserve the survival of their species."
While the NEF will not force the Ukarist and the Silberfluss nations to agree to a ceasefire with the Draco Aeternum, nor can the NEF promise the Draco Aeternum will apologize to those nations for the previous attack onto them, the NEF can at least guarantee that it will uphold the Draco Aeternum to at least a one-sided ceasefire agreement and will NOT betray the Ukarist and the Silberfluss Governments to the Draco Aeternum military forces.
This is not meant as a threat to the Draco Aeternum, but rather an affirmation of defensive agreements with the Ukarist and the Silberfluss nations. It is hoped these three nations can, at least, agree to suspend hostilities between one another. The NEF will not force these nations to work together or cooperate together, but merely hopes that they can agree to end the bloodshed between them after an unknown amount of time.
Stekarus will not tolerate the Equisians supporting and defending the Aeternum who in recent history slaughtered tens of thousands of Silberflussian and Ukaristi civilians the last time they attacked without remorse or regret. Stekarus will not stand for the fact that Equis has literally sponsored a genocidal nation and will invest in interfering with its influence in all corners of the Galaxy
The NPE civil war rages on
Part 2 of Debates: Pacific Strategy and the NPE
Moderator: To what extent is the Pacific important to Suburban-Purlian foreign policy in regards to the Northern Pacific Empire? Recent events these past few years have driven a wedge between Suburbia-Purlieu and the NPE, what do make of it and how does the NPE factor into the broader foreign policy scope if they even do?
Wendt: They're nothing but a bunch of weak, ineffective cowards! The laughingstock of the entire known galaxy! Hell, an elderly space colonist living on a space rock could beat the crap out of them! They think they own the Pacific, and they can't even defeat their own rebels with that massive pile of scrap junk they call a military! Oh, maybe that's why they can't! We can't have that disgrace of a failed state on our maps anymore! We need to take advantage of their petty little internal gang war and enforce some COMMON SENSE into those dumb people! I think we are good for the job of guiding them towards a better future! We need to intervene and crush both sides while they're busy licking each other! We need to show them they are made up of a bunch of LIES. Otherwise, they going to be like that one ancient emperor Hirohito and decide that the entire Pacific is theirs! Or, they're going to become slaves to the ponies! Or think the Inians are cool in thinking they can liberate oppressed species like the Ashian birdmen! We've seen it before, but let me tell you, that Tenno of theirs is eyeing the pony Dragon Empress with lust. Once he gets in bed with her, the ponies will have a piece of Earth that we cannot allow.
Kirk: Given the ongoing civil war within the NPE, and the government's inability to effectively crush the fascist rebels, the stability of the Pacific region as a whole is at risk. While our country is blessed to be at the edge of the Pacific region, that does not mean we can sit back and watch them tear each other apart, no matter how amusing that may seen to some individuals. Suburbia-Purlieu will need to step in and render all manner of military aid to the NPE whether they accept it or not. Suburbia-Purlieu should absolutely NOT tolerate the existence of extremists anywhere on Earth or in the Spur. That includes Cerberus, that includes GEAH, that includes the NPE fascist rebels. Extremism can only lead to violence and destruction. Suburbia-Purlieu needs to step up and become more active in her sphere of influence, for we are the masters of the Pacific. In dealing with the NPE, Suburbia has to the one wielding the rod.
Foire: Tragically, misunderstandings between the Kingdom and the NPE has resulted in the severance of diplomatic relations. The NPE, in our minds now it seems like, is on the fast track to being a pariah like Equis. Perhaps they already are a pariah in our minds. But we must remember they are fellow members of our human species. These petty divisions between humankind cannot exist if we are to go any further in exploring and expanding beyond the Spur! And even more locally, in the Pacific, the NPE remains a strong partner to have as the only other Pacific power. Instead of antagonizing them and treating them as a secondhand rival, cooperation will further us to great extents. Their civil war, for example, we must aid in any way we can. Should they feel the need to accept our aid or even decline it, we shall be gracious. Even though they are exiting out of the UON, we can still work with them to ensure UON policies are followed and respected. I also call for cultural exchanges and the reestablishment of diplomatic ties. I truly believe that together with the NPE, we can bind our past wounds without spite and walk together into the future.

Harmonists and Socialists Veto Ban on Immortality Research
The Harmonists and Socialists in Parliament have decided to veto the ban on Immortality Research, stating the text was not "well thought out" and that it invited "easy suppression" of regular medical research and containment of curable diseases. Whether or not that would be used or abused by future Equisian Governments is up for debates. But recent years have shown not all Equisian Governments have a "calm mind" when it comes to biological research and that a ban on Immortality Research would likely be abused by more authoritarian regimes to arrest doctors and medical officials to make poorer citizens sick in an act of brutal surppression.
The ban is expected to be ended effectively immediately with little to no resistance.
Some nationalists voted for the veto and some voted against it, having a spilt in the party over the matter due to "overpopulation concerns."
NEF Announces Successful Ceasefire Talks
The NEF Government has announced that a successful, albeit quite tense, conference to organize a ceasefire was successful.
The Draco Aeternum, Ukaristi, and Silberfluss all agreed to a ceasefire after the Draco Aeternum officially apologized for the damage caused to the other two nations and agreed to restrict their ships 370 light-years from Ukaristi and Silberfluss' new homeworlds.
As the NEF is currently in a defensive pact with all three, it will be using diplomatic means to enforce the ceasefire. With military force being a last resort if someone breaks the ceasefire, especially in a surprise attack.
