Definitely coastal Australia, Quebec City, Montreal, or Vancouver. I'd go to Canada for the food, but surfing is absolutely a draw and the Australians really know how to party.
I'd also enjoy Australia because flights to Indonesia, Singapore, etc would probably be cheaper (I could be totally wrong) and I've always wanted to explore that region of the world!
