The players for the Diambars Bishop's Club returned home just a few short days ago. They each looked at each other as this game would be the event of the century for the State of Roma. They each met up in the locker room and got dressed in their practice uniforms before they moved to the stadium for practice. The Diambars Bishop's Club got right back down to business. They had one thing in their minds; to win. It started with some light jogging and stretching across the field in their practice venue as they ran numerous laps for training and stretching, they noticed numerous amounts of kids teams and Youth Football Teams. They held signs for their players specifically Chassa Yao. The boy marched over to the signs and signed all twenty of them. He smiled at the kids and invited them all on the field to meet the team and watch them practice. The boys and girls alike started to smile. The team made its way over to the free-kick and corner kick station.
The kids watched in shock as the team started to perform. The team then went over to the kids and set them up in a good format for corner kicks. While the kids were working with coaches on corner kicks, the team was on the other end of the field working on penalties. Penalty kicks were something that killed the Diambars Bishop's Club in previous football cups and games. In fact, this was the farthest any Diambars Bishop's Club team had gone in a long while, and they were just ninety minutes away on the 26th from moving onto the Quarter Finals. The goalkeeper was able to stop a good amount of them, but a few also made it into the back of the net. After this, they made their way to midfield. The kids were now back in their seats. A small intrasquad scrimmage was commenced. They were to execute plays from practice and other games.
The team went back to the locker room when that was finished and they sat there. A screen of the last game against the Elysium Eagles FC played in the background. Then, Chassa rose from his seat. He smiled. He clapped his hand and stomped his feet to a small beat. "We ready..." he began, "We ready... We ready! For y'all!" he sang aloud. The team joined. "We ready (what, what)

The WBSG is the world baseball oriented organization to coordinate international baseball events throughout the world. It is based in the WBSG Group Headquarters in Port-au-Prince, Creole Union. The aim of the organization is to create a world of peace through the gigantic step of baseball.
(Bangui, Central Osean Republic) - The Central Osean Republic has not faired so well in the past five years. Tough breaks from a war put their kids on the streets. Gas attacks killed numerous people in the nation. Kids that remained in the Central Osean Republic became street kids. Fighting, hunting, and gathering. However, a group of missionaries from the African Strand brought baseballs, gloves, bats, and helmets over to the republic. They started with basic rules. It was small. Only the city of Bangui was playing. However, what started small boomed into the first Little League in the Central Osean Republic. From that Little League, a young man emerged and found his way on the African Strand National Team. Now, kids from all over Creole Union-owned COR are playing baseball. We spoke to Head of Baseball Operations, Bob Gibson, about this.
WBSG.com: With baseball booming over the Central Osean Republic, how are you feeling about this?
I feel that the momentum it is growing here is amazing. Honestly, I've never seen something so well loved by kids.
WBSG.com: With the growing rate of kids playing baseball here, would you qualify the mission here as an undoubted success?
Not yet. I feel that we have gained momentum, but until we can pull the best group of kids from all over the Central Osean Republic and play some international ball, we won't have this under undoubted success.
WBSG.com: What will be the first step in reaching this goal?
If we can get any country to challenge these kids with a ballgame, it will test them. Other plans include getting the best group of kids to the WBSG Little League Baseball World Series.
