It will consists of 3 or more representatives of an ISA of each member country and/or territory, the Honorary-President, Director General and the members of the Executive Board.

Sessions of the General Assembly will be chaired by the ISFO President, with each ISA and the President having one vote. However the Honorary-President, Director General, the Executive Board, representatives of an Organizing Committee (OC) of a North Pacific Games and observers invited by the President may deliberate but will not have voting powers at the General Assembly. The running this organization will rely on funding from the South Baban government.

Other specifics may be added or changed in a future ISFO Charter agreed by said organization.

The RP will be up to you all. As we have always stated, our proposal is to establish an original international entity to administer the games and not a copy of the IOC (they’re pretty fierce about that sort of thing)...

We don’t intend to control it, just rename it, organize it and locate it in South Baba. You all would still run it.
