RP: First impression
The Scylla is the first ship to pull into port and marines begin filing off immediately, securing the section of the dock and those around it. Staff officers decend to loading ramp next to orchestrate the flow of sailors and supplies that will flow back and forth over the next several days as well as plan the docking for the rest of the fleet. Admiral Natalia and her personal guard move to speak to the official meant to greet their party, her eyes never ceasing their evaluation of the immediate vicinity

Natalia: "Admiral Natalia Attar, Etrian Federal Navy - at your service"
She gives a slight bow and offers her hand

RP: Lets meet the neighbors
Once the invitation is received, the Prime Minister decides he will attend himself to greet the Demitorians as he had for so many other past allies of the Federation.

Keeping with tradition, Prime Minister Attar chooses the sea directly between the two countries as the neutral territory to host the meeting, each party bringing a single escort ship.

The Demitorian ship is a small yacht that is personally owned by the Chairman of the State Council and Marshal of the Union, Thaddeus Schrade. He will be in attendance as well. The ship sets out to the predetermined meeting point and signals the other vessel confirming permission to come alongside and board.
