TONNES TIMES - RIOTS AFTER A LOCAL FOOTBALL MATCH

24 year old Anatoly Sokolov was just a normal fan of his nation's football team, but once Layfet City United had a lead of 4 -1, he had enough and started to bash several Real Tonnes fans sitting next to him. While Police were successful to break a scuffle earlier in the match, Sokolov incited a much more violent reaction causing at least one entire section of the stands to break out into a full blown riot. Police quickly got to the scene but had trouble stopping to violence, to which they had two entire sections evacuate.

Police were finally able to quell the riots and arrested 314 people, most of whom were released and barred from ever returning to Layfet. The International Anterian Football Association (IAFA) also barred them from ever attending an offical match ever again. 12 of those detained are awaiting charges, with Sokolov being charged immediately and detained until his court date on September 10th.
If found guilty, Sokolov could face up to 10 years in prison.
