No reply is given as they themselves don't know what they mean. The central government is not informed about every action taken by the JPA.

The captains hands are tied by a Janian soldier and rhe rest begin to have their hands tied too.
"Äert Schëff gëtt fir Akte vu wirtschaftleche Krich géint de Janian Staat geholl. no der Identifikatioun vun Ärer Nationalitéit gitt Dir deportéiert.", the officer says not caring if they understand him or not.

After a bit they begin to enter Janian territorial waters.
And the Janian soldiers seemingly begin to relax, their guns lowered and safety activated.
