In understanding that MECO's position in the world is growing

In understanding of the needs and wishes of member states

In understanding of the must of protecting MECO and the Middle East

Iran and Iraq are proposing the following proposal 013 |

| PROPOSAL 013 - MECO SECURITY LAW |

--> The aim is to make MECO secure, and through it the Middle Eastern Region

--> MECO members officially sign a military alliance of cooperation, based upon which an attack on one member is an attack an all

--> Defence against invasions and instability within the region of the Middle East and Greater Middle East

--> United Defence Tactics to prevent any future invasions or attacks

--> Establishment of MECO bases ( minimum 1 / maximum 2 ) in member states

--> Cooperation between member militaries in order to provide maximum security/protection

--> Common Neutrality Stance of MECO in Foreign Conflicts

--> Unless specifically requested for involvement
--> A Unanimous Vote Must Be Reached for Such Military Involvement
--> A Unanimous Vote Must Agree for Sanctioning Other Countries/Organisations
--> However, should the unanimous not agree, countries within MECO have the right to act as they please in foreign matters based on their agendas
--> Countries within MECO have the full control and power over their own foreign agendas in relation to any matters

--> Common Counterterrorist Agenda

--> Common Terrorist Organisations List

--> Common Terrorist Organisations Sanctions

--> Increased Work Between Countries to eliminate Terrorism

--> Creation of the Anti-Terrorist MECO Organisation under the command of the Council of Commanders |
