President Sisi and the Arab League have condemned Spanish Imperialism in Africa, and urges other nations of the world to join us and put together our differences to make sure that a new century of imperialism does not rise again. We have also filed this.

____________

IN THIS JOINT CONDEMNATION AND APPEAL TO THE UNITED NATIONS,
THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD – HORRIFIED BY THE BLATANT ACTS OF COLONIALISM – MUST
STAND AGAINST SUCH ACTIONS FOR THE SAKE OF INTERNATIONAL NORMS, UPHOLDING OUR SHARED
VALUES, AND STANDING AGAINST COLONIZATION. THE ACTIONS COMMITTED BY THE
KINGDOM OF SPAIN REPRESENT A CONTRAVENTION OF THE UN DECLARATION ON
DECOLONIZATION AND ARE AN IMMEDIATE VIOLATION OF THE CHARTER OF THE UNITED NATIONS. THUS,
THIS IS AN ISSUE OF GRAVE IMPORTANCE TO ALL FREE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD. THE PRECEDENT FOR
COMMON ACTION EXISTS, AND THE SPONSORS OF THIS RESOLUTION CALL FORTH SAID PRECEDENT TO
IMMEDIATELY PREVENT THE FURTHER DEGREDATION OF INTERNATIONAL NORMS AT THE HANDS OF THE
KINGDOM OF SPAIN. THIS RESOLUTION IS TO BE SUBMITTED BY
THE OFFICE OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE ARAB REPUBLIC OF EGYPT
ON BEHALF OF THE COSPONSORING STATES TO THE UNITED NATIONS' GENERAL ASSEMBLY
IN NEW YORK CITY, UNITED STATES OF PARAMERICA.

____________

General Assembly | 'Condemning the Kingdom of Spain and its Acts of Colonialism
Author: Mesuvia

____________

Affirming the sovereign rights of Equatorial Guinea to self determination, national and international policies and all aspects of governing, as prescribed by necessary United Nations documents on national sovereignty.

Condemning the Ranponian's blantant contravention of the United Nations' Declaration on Decolonization .

Condemning the Ranponian's blantant contravention of the Charter of the United Nations .

Condemning the Ranponian's dramatic and uncalled invasion of a sovereign UN member-state.

Urging for the immediate cessation and withdrawal of all Spanish and Spanish-allied parties participating in the illegal occupation of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.

Appealing to the United Nations General Assembly to pass this resolution to therefore initiative the clauses and appeals listed as above.

Supporting any and all means to end this act of colonial aggression in the defense of sovereignty, the Charter of the United Nations, and international norms.

    1. Calls upon the member states to act rapidly to ensure the sovereignty of Equatorial Guinea through whatever means are present to the United Nations. In such, the sponsors of this resolution firmly believe that the only possible path forward is a condemnation of this unprecedented act of colonialism.
    2. Strongly condemns any action to subvert or disregard the peace process or attempts to erode Equatorial Guinean sovereign expressions (such as refusing to terminate a foreign military presence against the wishes of the Equatorial Guinean government), in all domestic and international policy. In such, the sponsors of this resolution wish that all nations respect Equatorial Guinean sovereignty as it is and avoid any attempt to undermine it.
    3. Condemns the continued usage of armed force upon the conclusion of any peace process.

____________

THE SPONSORS OF THIS RESOLUTION ARE FIRM IN THEIR COMMITMENT
TO DECOLONIZATION AND AN END TO EUROPEAN COLONIZATION OF AFRICA AS STATED IN
THE UNITED NATIONS' DECLARATION ON DECOLONIZATION. THIS IS A FORMAL APPEAL TO THE WORLD COMMUNITY
TO UNIVERSALLY CONDEMN THE HEINOUS ACTIONS OF THE KINGDOM OF SPAIN
AND MOVE TO FORMALLY SIGN THIS RESOLUTION. THIS RESOLUTION IS ONE OF THREE THAT WILL, DEPENDENT
ON THE RESPONSE OF THE SPANISH GOVERNMENT, SUBSTANTIVELY DELINEATE A PEACE PLAN.
WE STAND UNITED IN THE FACE OF A RESURGENT COLONIAL FORCE. WE FORMALLY
URGE THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY TO STAND IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE PEOPLE OF EQUATORIAL GUINEA AGAINST
ANY ILLEGAL FOREIGN ACTION ON THEIR SOVEREIGN SOIL.

        THIS RESOLUTION EMBODIES THE HOPES, WILL, AND FUTURE OF THE PEOPLE OF EQUATORIAL GUINEA;
THEREFORE THIS BODY MUST – WITH ITS DILLIGENCE – FORMALLY CONDEMN THE KINGDOM OF SPAIN
AND STAND AGAINST ANY FURTHER CONTRAVENTION OF INTERNATIONAL NORMS AS EMBODIED BY THE UNITED NATIONS
CHARTER. INACTION IS SILENCE; ACTS OF COLONIZATION VIOLATE OUR SHARED WORLD-VIEW, VIOLATE OUR SHARED BELIEF IN THE FREEDOM OF MAN, AND VIOLATE THE HOPE EMBODIED IN THIS ASSEMBLY OF FREE AND SOVEREIGN NATIONS TO CREATE EVERLASTING PEACE. FOR THE SAKE OF THIS GENERATION AND THOSE TO COME, THIS RESOLUTION MUST BE PASSED. THE SPONSORS OF THIS RESOLUTION URGE FOR FAVORABLE PASSAGE ON THE FLOOR OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.

| After a vote in the National Diet, where the majority was in favor, Japan officially signs Spain's expansionist CONDEMNATION. At a Press Conference, Prime Minister Koizumi said, "I am sure that the world will not allow European colonialism to happen again, many nations have suffered from it in the past, especially in Africa." |
