El Presidente symbolically cut the cordon of the first embassy in Santa Borbones. The crowd applauded and El Presidente prepared to speak alongside Daulmarkian diplomats and Captain Penultisso.

The crowd applauded and El Presidente accompanied the diplomats back to the docks where they embarked for their nation. The orchestra played the national anthem and El Presidente gave them cigars and exotic fruits.
