RP: The Siege of Fort Lyken
Wishing to tackle the biggest and closest issue; General Karloff has marched the Legion south to lay siege to and capture Fort Lyken before securing New Kali; tanks roar, rocket truck missiles screech, and artillery howls as the Blayredeshians begin firing opening shots to capture the Fortress. Meanwhile the 800,000 Infantry from Woleve Atraland are placed under General Karloff’s command and have subsequently been led by one Major General Napoleon South who is leading the Atraland Army of 800,000 to link up with the 200,000 troops from Sola urba which also technically lay under the General’s command. In a statement to the press earlier today; Minister of War Raymond Byrd commended and applauded the Demiran decision to allow Blayredeshian troops to pass and on the Emperor’s behalf proclaimed Demira to be “An eternal friend and ally of the People of Blayredeshia, Freedom, Tengerina, and Liberty.” And with pre-existing military access agreement already in place; General Hill has immediately begun moving his troops through Demira and into The gatisland where they shall eventually arrive at The Ansalonian States to aid the Nationalist government there in putting down its rebellions. Most suspect it will be a matter of weeks before General Hill’s 1st Legion consisting of 800,000 Infantry, 700 tanks, 88 artillery pieces, 37 rockets trucks, and will be accompanied by 400 fighter jets and 150 bombers in the skies reaches Ansalonia.

RP: Supply Trucks
Recently a large line of supply trucks has arrived at the front, transporting an additional 1,200 artillery pieces ranging from small 80mm mortars to a handful of 300mm siege cannons, in the hopes that the extra artillery will aid in the siege. Additionally, an air wing of 600 A-22s outfitted for close air support and tactical bombers have been transferred to General Karloff's command, to provide airstrikes during the siege. A group of 100 self-propelled guns have begun heading south as well, half equipped with 140mm rapid fire guns and the other half with modular rocket pod systems capable of launching volleys of 120mm rockets, providing additional fire support for the siege.

RP: Siege Volley
Today a group of cruise missiles was fired at Fort Lyken from missiles stations aboard the Deepwater Fleet, with the hope that the 30 missiles will do significant damage to the defenses of Icewindia.

RP: The Tengerinan Mark
Today the government announced that in two years' time all Arctoes will be no longer recognized as legal tender, instead switching fully to the Tengerinan Mark, with the banks of Atraland now printing Marks to be exchanged by citizens for their equivalent value.
