Hundreds of Millions of people from the The Xolbarian Opposition die in the Northern Region of the Federation Mainland. Despite the billions in military aid, as well as missile support from the Federation and other TANGO members, in addition to Xolbarian's own armed forces, the entire population was wiped out. The Capital Intelligence Agency (CIA) has found this too unlikely that Committee for Charity and Solidarity could pull off such a feat on their own, and has launched investigations into the target area. The CIA findings reveal that foreign interference from outside nations has led to the terrorist victory. Agents from ACOD nations in Western Terra were found to have been responsible.

In response, AxeCapital has issued an official statement condemning these actions as contributing to the spread of terrorism and regional instability in Eastern Terra. President Kendall Roy brought this issue to parliament, and the Senate unanimously passed a bill to impose sanctions on all ACOD coalition nations.

President Kendall Roy implored the leaders of fellow TANGO nations to impose similar sanctions against all ACOD members. "I implore each of you to join us in imposing economic sanctions on ACOD member nations involved in supporting terrorism. Together, let us send a clear message: we will not tolerate actions that jeopardize our sovereignty and peace."

Meanwhile in an office in the Government palace in Zebastani (Previously National court of Zebastani) King Zalot and PM Joseph Hadmirak sit around a table. "Alright, I've sent the message, you sure it's a good idea not to do anything?" Joesph asks, looking slightly concerned.
"I mean, I don't know what they expected. I don't believe ACOD nations did this, I believe this is a trap set by these terrorists. Anyway we have our neutrality policy so we can't really sanction any nations and also I don't want to get involved in a war, especially in these times. But, we are in an alliance, so I'll just leave it and when they ask just say we are trying to sort it out, it's not like we will have the biggest effect on the market anyway." Zalot replies with a shrug.
"Alright, but we should find out what is going on, send a meeting request to Macrasetia to find out what is going on." Joseph replies, and the two shake hands.

The Soulgodian Commonwealth would like to have a meeting with Macrasetia to discuss recent events and to try and get to the bottom of the sudden destruction of The Xolbarian Opposition.
