Proclamation of Oruzian Economic Autonomy and Independance trough Economic Business Zones (SEBZ Proclamation)
As the world's economic monopolies and business geopolitics begin to evolve in abstract and unique ways, much different from the ways business operated in the beginning of the 21'th century, the Legislative Council and the Imperial Crown have implemented the drastic economic policy that is to take effect by the end of this year. The goal of this policy is to centralize the Oruzian corporate entities into a singular familiar bond as well as limit non Oruzian business manipulation and infiltration in the Empire. Therefor the government in Naissus will hope to achive this so called "economic autonomy" by creating three Special Economic Business Zones, SEBZ for short. The SEBZ system comprises off the Naissus SEBZ, Durres SEBZ and Sinai SEBZ. In the SEBZ zones, foreign economic entities will be allowed to operate in Oruzia, establishing themselves in the Oruzian market, allowing the producing, transporting and making of products and or services. These liberties will only be allowed in said special zones (except for the selling of products), restricting the power of foreign economic entities inside of the Empire, allowing for complete Oruzian born business entities to operate and thrive in the environment.
*Independent City of Naissus Special Economic Business Zone
Naissus, standing tall as the beacon of the post Marxist economic miracle in Oruzia, has long maintained a tradition of international business and politics, standing as the capital of many Oruzian born corporate entities and a base of operations for foreign entities hoping to establish themselves in the Empire. Although in theory Naissus stands as a neutral city to the Legislative Council, it is long known that the Draco Corporation enjoys a strong grip of the city. It is with this policy that such a grip of Draco hegemony in Naissus will be squashed, creating a safe space for Oruzian and international economic entities to establish themselves and operate freely in the city.
*Independant Port City of Durres Special Economic Business Zone
Being the home of the Oruzian Empire's largest merchant port, Durres too has enjoyed special priviliges when it came to balancing the line of Oruzian and International businesses. Therefor Durres will enjoy the same economic autonomy as Naissus, allowing foreign businesses to import, export, produce and sell to the Oruzian market.
*Independant International Sea Transit Line of Sinai Special Economic Business Zone
Being one of the main sea transit lines of the world, the Sinai hold an importaint place not only on the Oruzian economic stage but that of the world too. Understanding that, the same policies of SEBZ will be implemented on the Sinai peninsula and the Suez Canal area, mainly the allowance to import, export, produce and sell in the Oruzian market. It shall also be noted that the Legislative Council and the Imperial Crown will maintain the sane tax policy of the Suez Canal, making the tax of passage low and affordable.
It shall also be mentioned that a possibility for foreign businesses to establish themselves on Oruzian territory outside of SEBZ is possible, though for a company or national entity with economic interests to try out such a feat will need the special approval of the Legislative Council, needing to pass a detailed interogation to assess the foreign entity's goals and intentions, as well as having to sucumb to Legislative Council's oversight. We hope that the world understands our decision, this is not an attempt by the Oruzian Government to inforce autarkic policy but rather to maintain a foothold in its own economic region and sphere of influence. We are taking drastic measures to insure the wellbeing of our nation and political entity.

However, despite the Pioneers' promising start, the Packers' defense stood firm, denying them any scoring opportunities. The defensive line applied pressure on Sears, forcing him to make quick decisions under duress. As the quarter drew to a close, both teams remained deadlocked in a defensive stalemate, with neither able to gain a significant advantage.
