Valsora's worse than most grimdark settings because there are more peeks of light. Every now and then a nation improves, some peace is attained, and a villain's slain. But these never last for long. I can't help but think a lot of our ideas are largely discredited on Valsora. Authoritarianism and theocratic measures have got to be far more popular for the appeal of security from mortal and immortal threats.

I agree with this. Once I finally have time to do rps again, oh man will I play with the grimdark, political intrigue and the supernatural. I think the reason I've struggled with rping with Dancia for the last yearish is that I made it too good, it has some supernatural stuff but I didn't take it into the darker direction that I should've taken it.

i like it! i think it would look a bit cleaner without the ripple effect but thats just a personal thing for me (I dont think the ripple effect works out as well as I would like it to everytime I use it)
