That's right, I was in the RAF, but as a serviceman you're expected to handle firearms, in our case it was airfield defence, guard and marksman duties.

I later qualified as a sniper after achieving my Marksman award.

I like how NationStates can bring so many wildly different age groups together with a shared interest. We have me, who was born in 2006, and then we have Ethnon, who, if I remember correctly, was born in 1950 something? Or maybe it was the 60’s? I forgot. Either way, point still stands, this is by far and a way the most unique community ever, and I wouldn’t change much even if I could.
