Although The Reform War has ended one year ago, the devastating effects it had on the Mexican populace is still lingering as The Mexican Economy has begin dropping lower and lower each week that goes by showing no signs of stopping anytime soon causing panic amongst economic advisors who predict that if nothing is done about the current economic crises Mexico would enter a age of economic depression that the country has never seen before.
And to make it worse 13,000,000 million Mexicans have lost their homes during the war causing unemployment and homeless numbers to rise day by day.

And even though Benito Juarez as lead the liberals to victory and has managed to unite the nation and regain it's current stability, there are those who are still in denial of a Liberal victory in Mexico rather than a conservative one, Currently through out Northern Rural Mexico are militia groups known as The Los Hijos de La Patria led by a Ex-General of the Mexican Armed Forces, Juan García who cause chaos through out Northern Rural Mexico by destroying rail roads, messing with communication lines, holding civilians hostages for ransom, raiding and occupying small rural towns, and robbing banks to fund their current objectives and to buy more fire arms.

Mexico's safety must come first
President Benito Juarez wanting to take care of the Militia threats so he could easily implement his economic solutions without any resistance to help the Mexican public, he passes mandatory military training from the ages 17-21 to increase more men for the Mexican Armed Forces, He also begins funding private and locally government owned factories and military factories to begin producing more advanced military tech to combat the militias who own Pre Reform War Tech, he also orders Mexican Military forts to be built near Rail roads as to easily control transportation and to prevent any sabotages the Hijos de La Patria might stir up, hopefully in the end this will work in Juarez's favor so he may lead the nation into progress
