I'd fight Batman rather than Iron Man. Iron Man is more powerful , though both the heroes do not have any natural superpower , all they rely on is gadgets. Batman is a dumb guy , and Iron man not only knows more fighting moves than Batman , but also relies on his gadgets less often( leave his suit). Batman , has to rely one or the other gadget or gizmo each time while fighting a bad guy. Most of the time Batman uses his gadgets such as the blade from his batsuit , his rope like gizmo. And of course . Everytime when he has to flee away after fighting a villain , from low ground , he uses his batcar or batblade , its like Batman can't live without his gizmos and gadgets , that's his weakpoint. But Iron Man is a great tactician and an intelligent guy too , with lesser weak points compared to Bat man. Also Batman boasts a lot like as though he is the most powerful person in the DC universe. If you take most of his gadgets , he cannot even win a battle against a normal person.

Ist step would to pay off every bill I have. Next step would to find a very reasonable 50 to 100 acre land plot and build a house on it. The rest would be put in a bank account until the house was finished.

Purchase a large family home with plenty of land around. 2-3 car garage is mandatory. Purchase a Chevrolet Chevelle SS 1970 as a project car and a Jeep Cherokee/similar for a daily driver. Finally, create my mancave in the basement of the house. The rest is just for fun stuff like other toys or travelling.
Also, plenty of firearms to have fun on the range and to go hunting with.

This is a very hard question. The first thing I'd do (not related to spending) would be to fell unconscious or to barricade the apartment door to keep the hungry folk out. After that, I'd divided the whole moneybag into 50000 equal separate pieces, cause any guy who has more than $50 in his pocket is sus as hell and will surely be robbed. And, also, just to ease the counting process.
About spending... idk, I'd buy 100-120 hectares of good chernozem land, seeds, two dozens tractors, trucks, hire some dozens of workers, and a squad or two of mercenaries to protect it all from competitors or government that will force me to pay additional million of taxes.
Do you know , after something like this I will invest in something useful. After all 2 million $ , also known as 20 lakh $ (never mind that , in India we use another number system of lakhs and crores , we don't use the American type.). It's a huge amount , 2 million US Dollars is exactly 14.90 crore Indian Rupees that's the amount of money most billionaires in India have. I can buy a Merc or Lamborghini for myself and rule the roads. But I won't do that - I'd use 50% of my prize money to start a restaurant that provides food at a low cost. And I'd use 20% of that money to buy a house for myself . And as for the 30% , I will donate that much money to charity.
