May I know why you are at war with Confederation of Corrupt Dictators but you are building an embassy with them ?
Well as the regions security officer I can tell you it was just something another region asked us to do we official don't take either side so the reason we are at "war" is to please one of our allies but in reality we are not actually at war. we like to make friends with all regions you can say we are like the Switzerland of NS regions

Welcome to our alliance, we aim to protect and promote monarchism in nationstates.
We accept any monarchist regions into our alliance and are willing to listen for new ideas for the alliance.
I propose to all member regions of The Royal Alliance Organization. The regions of this organization will elect one nation to serve as their regions representative to this alliance. That nation will then relocate, and together the combined representatives from each respective region will elect a Chairman of the alliance to monitor and handle the affairs of the Alliance and its participating members and regions. If all the member regions agree to this, our Alliance, our safety, and our friendship will be guaranteed more so now than ever
I wish to inform those here that the Dominion of Catalonia will be relocating to the Kingdom of Oaklandia (KOO); our embassy here will be closing shortly in anticipation of this event. Your region is more than welcome to establish ties with the KOO once the merger is complete.
