I want to thank you for your friendship during all these years.
For those who don't know me, I am Koguria the Governor Chancellor of Holy Byzantine Eurasian Confederacy, founded by 
DACOROMANIA, a region which is now in "stand-by" after a critical issue and it was classified now as out-dated. Not my fault, but by foreign intervention. And my region is now closed with password.
My region's founder moved to create a new other region. If you want keep forward relations with him you can proceed a new embassy with him, just that he do not "collect" embassies.

Hi, with over 250 embassies, the process I have for delivering news has become too inefficient. I feel bad for doing this, but I'm going to streamline by closing our embassies. If you'd rather keep the embassy open, please let me know on The NewsStand RMB.

I'm back, and I'm going to try and revive this region again. I don't have my puppets anymore, so I intend to run this for realsies, Something Dumb
I'm going to shut down the map right now, since this region has completely evaporated in the two years since I've last been here. I'll probably bring something like it back later, but for now, we don't have enough states to justify it's existence.
