The Oppressed Peoples of CCFm2 is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its fear of technology, frequent executions, and complete absence of social welfare. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 1.684 billion CCFm2ians are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

The medium-sized, moralistic government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Administration, and Education. The average income tax rate is 41.2%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The CCFm2ian economy, worth 85.2 trillion Consas a year, is quite specialized and dominated by the Trout Farming industry, with significant contributions from Retail, Soda Sales, and Uranium Mining. Average income is 50,603 Consas, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The nation is constantly threatened with invasion but at least homosexuality in the military isn't a problem, the nation's cuisine is the laughing stock of The Forgotten, the government has enacted freedom of information, and pristine wilderness has been trashed in the quest for cheaper oil. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. CCFm2's national animal is the Tui, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

CCFm2 is ranked 61,294^th in the world and 2^nd in The Forgotten for Most Eco-Friendly Governments, scoring 1,661.74 on the Dolphin Recycling Awareness Index.
