I'm talking about aiming it in such a way that no matter what, it will hit it's mark.
That's how IRL Tomahawk cruise missiles are directed, they're launched, given a general location to fly to, and are directed more accurately by a laser-designation device that ground troops usually have access to.

The lunar venture is a big no no. The moon is red and is our factory. I will help fund the Mars mission if I can get some benefit out of it.

Well, first thing is first I need to begin launching satellites. But before that, I need to find a place that is suitable for launch. But I think you might be right. I might just set up a research station on the moon and skip the Space station.
