3 October 2110 | The Xin-Fael Federation, after some debate, agreed to allow the host nation to provide transport to Liranaholm. Although this was a very embarrassing matter, dragging the conference out further would have been a waste of all the involved parties' times. The diplomatic team being sent to Liranaholm would consist of the following:

    - Ambassador Koizumi Naruhito, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
    - Deputy Secretary Sun Wei, Ministry of Interspecies Relations
    - 10 staff, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
    - 6 staff, Ministry of Interspecies Relations
    - 3 staff, Ministry of Culture
    - 6 staff, Ministry of Interior (guards)

Any aircraft or ship is directed to the city of Harad Marilla in the southern mainland region of the federation where the team awaits transportation.

After a slight mishap involving the runway location, the Lirana plane managed to arrive and collect the Xin-Fael delegates. They have been taken to the Western City of Setai-Vietia

The Atomic Schism wrote:RP: . . .and Scars

In the west, the Peninsula Tribe initially made great progress in their travel to Fiercewood, thanks to the help of the former prisoners of Prison Island. However, as their boats set sail, one of the ship's engines failed, then exploded violently, causing the boat to capsize. Though several other ships halted to rescue those stranded in the icy waters, hypothermia managed to set in before they could be dragged aboard. Shortly afterwards, one of the boats suddenly separated from the 'fleet' and took off north, its passengers calling for help but quickly racing out of reach of the other ships already low on fuel. However, the fears anxiety of the remaining passengers momentarily was relieved as a power spotlight suddenly lit up their vessals. Cheering loudly for what they believed to be a Fiercewood ship, their hopes were quickly dashed as a familar voice boomed over the destroyer's loudspeakers.

"Evtenseeion ouvtseasvts! Vterepeasseinsch ueiolol vtolereavted'novt! Perepeare vto vease vte uereavtach ov Schereankoloer's. . . o Schod's vuerei!"

In moments, the Schismian destroyer, 'the Shield' aimed it cannons towards the Peninsula Tribe's ships, warning the approaching XFCGS Ai Grest not to interfere with "the Judgement of Shangralore. . . and God."

RP: Decisions, Decisions | 08 Nov 2110
| | The XFCGS Ai Grest, a converted frigate of the former Xanadu Confederacy, was assigned to patrol the east coast of the mainland territories at the beginning of 2110. Its crew consisted of a mix of human and elven personnel of the Coast Guard accompanied by personnel from the civilian and magician corps from the military. The ship's 112 meters, which had once been fitted to the brim with weaponry, now consisted mainly of search-and-rescue equipment. It's armament now only consisted of four twin-gun 37mm autocannons, a few water cannons, and two blinding searchlights.

Now, the ship sat in a precarious situation, caught between their moral obligations and risking a far deadlier event.

One of the searchlights was shifted in the direction of the booming loudspeakers revealing a naval destroyer of foreign make. Its guns were trained on the helpless civilian ship between them, its cold merciless barrels threatening to send it to the bottom. The elves and humans did not understand what any of the words meant, but the overall message was conveyed: "Stay away."

Esgalnoron: "Captain, what should we do. We could try to take out the bridge before..."

Narthadis: "Executive Officer Esgalnoron, I am not risking an international fiasco on the basis of a situation we have not yet grasped."

Esgalnoron: "But Captain! Those people..."

Narthadis: "I am not blind XO. I see what is happening in front of me, but no one on this ship knows what is happening. Get Staff Sergeant Galdir and see if the stars can't help us decipher what these foreigners are saying. Tell the sea elves to prepare for boarding action. I want all hands ready for action but do not engage until I give the command."

Esgalnoron: "Yes sir!"

Sailors were now scrambling around the deck of the ship. Within the belly of the ship, several tidebound elves prepared themselves for boarding the civilian vessel beside a large hatch that led to the dark frozen waters below. Soon, the speakers aboard the Xin-Fael Coast Guard ship blared back their response, first spoken in Common, then in English.

Galdir: "Attention unidentified warship. This is the XFCGS Ai Grest of the Xin-Fael Coast Guard. This civilian vessel is currently under investigation by the Xin-Fael Coast Guard and thus under the jurisdiction of the Xin-Fael Federation. Please identify yourself and your motive for approaching this vessel."

Beforehand, Staff Sergeant Galdir had cast a spell of understanding, allowing the elf magician to understand the basic meaning of the words of the foreigners. The next time the destroyer broadcasted a message, its words would be clear to Galdir and Galdir alone.

However with the turbulent events in the area, permission is requested to allow a small military escort to the Capitol by the Etrian Navy.

RP: A Warm Welcome | 15 February 2111

Once the Etrian ships near Xin-Fael territorial waters, a Xin-Fael Navy destroyer squadron ensures safe passage the rest of the way to the municipal port of Shahuan. They are welcomed by Xin-Fael Minister of Foreign Affairs and several other delegates before the group takes a train to the airport. From there, with the permission of the visitors, the group boards a plane to the capital of the Xin-Fael Federation: Zhongjing (el: Dearmalhrî).

Aboard, the two parties are able to finally have a conversation in peace without being swarmed by hundreds of reporters.

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Guo Changxinag: "Mr. Foreign Minister, a pleasure to finally meet you. I know everything was a little rushed with your arrival. We wanted to avoid the dangers of the paparazzi, so we thought it prudent to board the plane first before any official business. I hope your trip here wasn't too fraught with dangers. Mr. Foreign Minister, I know we talked a little over the phone, but I am quite curious, what could you describe your nation to me? We have very little information to go off of."

RP: Foreign Sights, Foreign Smells | 4 October 2110
| | Upon arriving at the city of Setai-Vietia, the delegates await for their official meeting with whomever they are to meet and begin to make small talk with their escorts, talking about the flight, the weather, and the sights. These were among the first Xin-Fael citizens to visit a far-off foreign nation, and their visit was quite exciting and hardly something they could contain. Taking in the sights and smells of this new enviornment, the delegates would begin to inquire about the history and significance of the city they were now in.

Earlier this morning Empress Sievi Reijotar Eerika Molotow was found dead in her room. The Empress had withdrawn to her room early last night due to stomach pain and had most likely died in her sleep. The reason for the death is suspected to be a liver failure caused by her moderate case of liver cirrhosis.
The funeral will be held in a week and the nation will go into mourning for two months after that during which no outside contact or business will be upheld.
Grand Duchess Eerika Amelia Molotow will be crowned the Empress of Rekken after the mourning.

The national leaders of:
-Archron empire
-Dwarf land4
-Rumanian States
-Khosrau
-Artaecus
-Schwypia
-and Icewindia are expected to attend the funeral.

The corpse of the Empress will be placed in the Red Tomb on the Rekkenian Desert, the same place as her father's was so many years ago.

Rose Von Braun, Sievis and Karz’s daughter was reported to weep uncontrollably and even demanded Esolda of Icewindia take her to Rekken.

While the need and specifications for an upgrade on the M8A2 has not been identified, it hasn't stopped ADI from developing vehicles as a private venture project. Code named "Overlord", the project was influenced by emerging threats, including new developments in foreign anti-tank capabilities and armoured fighting vehicles.

Majority of its features and capabilities remain classified to those outside of Artaecus. The most evident change from the A2's is the new turret, which is significantly lower and lighter than the original turret. This new addition alone reduced the vehicle's weight down to some five tons without compromising the protection. It also features an updated autoloader and much lighter gun. ADI had provided a model for demonstration and evaluation with the Armored Board, and with careful consideration, has permitted low rate initial production of the new vehicle. 100 vehicles will be produced, while a further 100 will be converted from A2's in storage.

The Demitorian Navy has declared the area of oceans north of Demitor no-go zones for all ships flagged under this "holy state." The reasoning is because the Union State is aggressively secular, having a strict non-religous policy, the existence of a state purely formed on religion is viewed as a threat to the Union. All ships identified to be belonging to the holy state will be searched by the Demitorian navy, as well as all weapons and ammunition siezed.

RP: The Civil Crisis Continues

The Schwypian Civil Crisis has raged for half a year now, and in that time much has changed. In Milare, where the outbreak of the Crisis took place, the insurgents have been all but quelled. Small scale attacks continue in suburban areas, but the rebelling military forces have been driven from the area. The capital remains under loyalist military occupation as issued by President Hethwyr. The loyalist military has instated a curfew and surveillance has been increased tenfold. Many Milarites are happy to see their military and police protecting them, though many others are upset with the regulations and beaches of privacy. The communist uprising around Theohall continues to be a problem for the National Guard as the guerrilla fighters, though small in numbers, are proficient at outmaneuvering and harassing the army regulars. Elsewhere in the nation, many of the military uprisings have been met with stiff resistance from local authorities, citizen militias, and the National Guard, but problems with proving loyalties remain. Within army fortifications and barracks, many stories of insurrectionist infiltrators have arisen, most notably revolving around sabotage, sudden shootings, and the fragging of unsuspecting officers. This has led to individual units within the armed forces imposing a sort of self-quarantine, operating individually as the loyalties of other units cannot be proven. Unintentionally, such actions have allowed the fighting to persist due to the low cooperation within the Schwypian army. An extreme case of this can be seen in the semi-autonomous region of Xejekpenia, whose Home Guard refuses to work with the Schwypian army despite being a de jure part of it.
The persistence of the Crisis has led to Parliament giving executive wartime powers to the President, including direct oversight of the whole armed forces, which has led to the dismissal of the Military Triumvirate, a body which has been deemed corrupt after an investigation by the House of Representatives. In the wake of the President's ascension to Commander in Chief, many military officers have been sacked, including the Director-General of SECTaF and several Lieutenant Generals in the National Guard. After rebels sailors captured a destroyer in Philosa's military port, which resulted in a massive friendly fire incident, many Admirals have shared similar fates to their counterparts in the NG and army. These personnel have been replaced by less experienced, but wholly trustworthy individuals, which the government hopes will bring some semblance of clarity in these confusing times.
The President claims that the powers she has been awarded are a burden and will be surrendered as soon as the Crisis is over with.

Furthermore, support offered by the Archron empire's Headhunter commandos has been accepted, though their presence in the nation is to be secret, as SECTaF's Angel Squad has also been kept very secret.

The Imperial Ministry of State now headed by Colonel Anthony Breck following the coup has issued a statement welcoming Enmarr into the Nationalist League as well as issuing an offer for Enmarr's Crown Prince Fillib to be educated at the Imperial Military Academy at Blayredeshia City.

RP: The Regency Council
The Imperial Regency Council formed by heads of the Blayredeshian Security Forces has officially been formed and recognized as an official entity within Blayredeshia. The Council consists of the following individuals:

Cleburne Bell: Regent-General Cleburne Bell is the Chairman of the IRC and the defacto dictator of Blayredeshia and now seems to rule the Confederacy with an iron fist given his broad popularity with the people and extreme power as head of the Confederate Army.

Armand de la Croix: Grand Admiral Armand de la Croix is the Vice-Chairman of the IRC and the commander of the Confederate Navy. Admiral de la Croix is by far the most radical of the IRC given his history of national-populist and humanist comments and given his relatively young age many suspects he will be the one to succeed General Bell when he passes and if the IRC is still in existence by that point many suspect Blayredeshia will transform into a fully fascistic and humanist nation.

Otto Klan: The infamous Air Marshal Otto Klan is a Councilman on the IRC and was responsible for the infamous bombing runs on the Rumanian States that started the Nationalist-Accord War. Marshal Klan is growing very old and many suspect the aged Marshal will soon following the now-deceased Emperor Blayre III.

Andrew Brevon: Grand Chief Andrew Brevon is a middle-aged man who spent years in the Home Guard and is more interested in making sure the Home Guard runs efficiently as the country's national police force.

Pretorian Johannes: Director-General Pretorian Johannes is a 65-year-old veteran of the Confederate Intelligence Service and is more in favor of the status-quos but is willing to work with the IRC to maintain peace and order within the Confederacy. Although Johannes is not in a particularly powerful position many now suspect that there is a secret power struggle within the IRC as Johannes's two potential successors; John Karp a moderate conservative and Friedrich van Helgen a national-populist and suspected humanist, represent the two ideologies of the IRC's two most powerful men.

RP: Uniting the Right
Following the military's seizing of power the Confederacy has begun massive remilitarization procedures such as incentive programs to encourage enlistment and massive productions of arms, warplanes, artillery, tanks, and ammunition. In addition to this, the Confederacy has begun pumping arms, ammunition, and funds to the Mensyist Republic of The gatisland and the National Republican Militia. The Imperial Regency Council released a statement encouraging the NRM and the Mensyists to keep putting aside their differences and working together. The IRC also offered to host a meeting between the leaders or at least representatives of the Mensyists and NRM in order to build a united front between the two factions. The offer seems to be an effort by General Bell and Admiral de la Croix to ensure stability in the IRC and in the anti-socialist factions in the Gatisland Civil War as General Bell favors the Mensyists meanwhile Admiral de la Croix clearly favors the NRM, but the two are united in their hatred for the socialist government and hope the two sides they support in the war will see the same way.

Antekuna

Antekuna wrote:RP: Common Ground (Secret)

The scorching sun baked the mountainside of Takopunu, its tropical rays beating down on the green tendrils of life that clawed up the rocky peak on the edge of the sprawling Ka'atamaru rainforest.

Amidst the boundary between coarse stones and blanketed earth, in an isolated town, a great meeting house sat.

As she stood inside it, Hupotli couldn't help but feel humbled.

The mountain she was on, Takopunu, was sacred, almost universally so, across Antekuna. As far back as history records, it was a place of peace, where conflicting parties would converge to discuss diplomacy without fear of bloodshed. As Antekuna changed, as tribes turned to kingdoms, kingdoms to empires, the site remained the same.

There were other such sites, for sure. Countless, even. But, like so much else, few survived the war.

Little has.

Sighing, she tried to shift her focus to the task at hand. The meeting, she thought, I'm here for the meeting.

A grand convention, at that, one of a scale not seen in a long time.

The remaining states of Antekuna had converged to discuss the matter of international affairs. Specifically, their neighbors.

Wary from the scars of the colonialism that bound them several centuries back and distrustful of the outside world and their tendrils of influence, Antekuna has for centuries pursued a policy of isolationism. This isolation, while initially only partial, nevertheless distanced themselves greatly from the outside world.

After the collapse of Qaltoan hegemony, however, that largely changed.

With the land's central authority mangled, the nation descended into an inferno, with dozens of ambitious polities vying for dominance in the once unified world. Regimes rose, states fell, peace came for a time, then the world caught fire again.

It was in this cycle of intermittent warfare that these conventions began, and through them many treaties were signed.

Throughout it all, the powers that be reaffirmed their isolation, committed to never seeing a foreign nation divide and exploit them again.

But it was different now. With the sudden awakening of Platinium and Alingarch, Antekuna was surrounded by nations in active contact with the outside world, contact that increases by the day. After centuries of running from the world, the world was chasing Antekuna, and it was getting closer.

That was why she was here. Antekuna will need to reopen soon. It wasn't a question of if, but when and how. It was something that she and the Tlalkopani people knew all too well, and it was why they had sent her here as their delegate.

"Mrs. Hupotli?"

Slightly startled, she turned to face the individual in question, a tall individual with straight, shoulder length hair and turquoise eyes. Nayu, no doubt.

"Yes, that is me." she said with a friendly smile.

The man would smile back, shaking her hand.

"Paʻakachi Kayokl of the kingdom of Hwokān. The meeting's about to start."

"Ah, many thanks. It seems I lost track of time."

Paʻakachi would gesture broadly towards the double door at the end of the hallway they stood in, an impressive set of finely carved and varnished wood, replete with symbols from nature and Antekunan culture.

"Shall we?"

"I think we shall."

And so they went.

RP: Consensus (Secret)

After many long and tiring discussions, the conference ended largely in success. For the first time in over a decade, the states managed to converge and agree upon several goals and initiatives. Some minor treaties and agreements were signed, but a select few in particular stand out.

Calls for Unification

Upon the delegates' initial meeting, it was immediately agreed that the end goal of the warfare plaguing Antekuna was unification. This should come as a shock to few, as unification has long been touted by almost every power, and at this point is more easy political points than it is a meaningful commitment.

Normalization of Relations

The second and more substantive agreement was for the normalization of relations between the eight states, as well as the annual holding of Pan-Kuni conferences. This has come as an immense relief to many, who pray that the opening of dialogue between the states will greatly reduce the amount of warfare and lead to a more peaceful unification.

Diplomatic Missions to Alingarch and Platinium

The implicit target goal of the conference, the delegates acknowledged the need for diplomatic channels to be opened with the nation's direct neighbors, albeit after some impassioned dialogue. After a few days of discussion, it was decided that each mission would be headed by a diplomat selected by one of the eight states, with a secondary diplomat attending to ensure no agreements disproportionately favorable to the leading state would be made. Heading the mission to Alingarch would be the kingdom of Qaltoa, with Tlalkopan serving as the secondary member. The Platiniumian mission, meanwhile, would be led by the Kuni Federation, with a diplomat representing Kalqachi accompanying.

Rescue Mission to The Atomic Schism

A controversial initiative, the delegates approved the sending of a search and rescue mission for any survivors of the Schismian Genocide, albeit narrowly. Controversially, the states of Hwokān and Talno would later renege on their end of the agreement, a move that caused them to be overlooked for the missions to Alingarch and Platinium, but also left the search and rescue operation underequipped in some technical regards. Perhaps more surprisingly though were the amount of states that contributed to the measure; six of the eight, with Antenesia and Kalqachi in particular devoting rather large amounts of their resources. This surprise move is largely because of the immense public support behind the effort, which swayed otherwise reluctant governments into contributing.

Increased Aid to Antenesia

The final measure, which ironically turned out to be the most controversial, was the increase of aid to Antenesia. The only agreement that didn't require a unanimous vote, it was affirmed by Qaltoa, the Kuni Federation, Antenesia, Hwokān, and Talno, with Tlalkopan, Kalqachi, and Aylant'a dissenting. With the initial agreement already considered to be inadequate by the Antenesian delegation, the matter was further complicated by the Qalti and Hwokāni government's refusal to ratify said agreement. Antenesia, an island nation that has largely been spared from direct fighting during the wars, is largely viewed with contempt and apathy by many on the mainland, due to a combination of historical, political, and cultural factors. In fact, prior to the agreement, there were already widespread calls to reduce, or even completely cease, aid to the "ungrateful" islanders.

RP: When the Quiet Land Talks (Secret to all but Alingarch and Platinium)

In a surprising move, the people of Antekuna, a mysterious and unknown nation that for centuries have kept their land and culture under lock and key, have reached out to the Alingarchi and Platiniumian governments in secret, requesting that a meeting be held between them. Oddly, they are extremely adamant on the interaction being unknown to the outside world. It seems that, despite their outreach, they still value their privacy greatly.

My nation's timeline is a bit messed up right now, so forgive me if some of the dates don't line up. For reference, this post is supposed to have happened an RP week after my reboot debut post.

If it's unlikely that the Kuni would have been able to directly message the Alingarchi and Platiniumian government without prior contact, just assume they either figured out the radio frequencies or have some really skilled messenger birds.

The vessels would finally cross the barrier after their arduous journey, the drastic contrast between the Maelstrom and the calm Athejian waters was outstanding. The deafening rain and howling wind were nowhere to be heard, replaced instead by the sound of seabirds cawing and the gentle lapping of the ocean against the hull. The crew let out a sigh of relief as the tension they had unknowingly been holding in was finally released. Suddenly, the ship's communication jewel came to life.

Tranquilo Eastern Control: "Welcome home battlecruisers Victorium and Triumphant, you should be happy to know that the leviathan-class monster your fleet was charged with neutralizing has been confirmed dead, well done."

A cheer rose up from the men on board, the Paladin gave the ballistics officers a wide grin and the ship's main guns turned to port and fired off a thundering salute in celebration of both their sucessful return and victory. Still in a celebratory mood, the Paladin turned to their guest.

Avelinne: "We'll be heading to our home port soon, we can cease with the horn blowing and lights. Welcome to the Holy Kingdom of Athejia."

She gestures to the world outside the bridge, sparkling clear blue water filled to the brim with life and verdant fertile islands could be seen from horizon to horizon while flocks of birds flew through the crisp clean air. A veritable paradise by any standard.

RP: Woah

It was a relief that the MMK Asuma had endured the journey for it had never usually had gone through such rough bodies of water, being drowned in the rain and the downpour being vicious a
had rinsed the ships darker patches caused by pollution where they came from. At least this made it easier to clean the ships exterior. Finally some of the crew members were able to get back on the decks of the ship though would have to be careful as it was slippery. Unfortunately for the new recruits they had to swab the decks with soap and water once they reach port.

Veronika upon the Triumphant thought nothing else could get magical until she had seen a talking crystal. That more or less creeped her out more than anything considering she is the type to show off her glittering jewelry at parties.

Veronika: "Erm, dumb question from me but, is that crystal sentient and able to talk?" she questioned.

Then the shots from their naval guns caught the captain by surprise. Oh wait, she had remembered now that the ship had went through a battle with some creature at sea. It was now apparent that they were celebrating perhaps.

Veronika looking out of the bridge was awestricken when she saw the lush viridescent islands of Athejia. Her jaws would've fallen apart if it were able to gazing at the land.

Veronika: "Oh my circuits, this is the most heavenly place I've ever seen. Much better than the southern parts and even better than our rural areas and even our forests, I could really see why your people have remained here for so long minus the weather anomaly surrounding your homeland, would be lucky if I'd stay here but heh, luck won't push too far as I'm bound to the seas and my rotten nation that has putrid smelling back alleys assaulting my nose." she says, complimenting their homeland.

The silent vessels slowly make their way over the black ocean, the only light emitting from the moon serving as the only way to see. Three warships, the battlecruiser Colossus and two cruisers, are followed by a small supporting squadron of civilian and government-owned vessels, mostly surveying and supply ships. A long-range patrol drone is ahead of the small group, scanning for any potential lands not already known. The drone stumbles upon the southern edge of the country of Kemonomica, and the naval group heads for it, eventually anchoring around seventy-eight miles off of the coast to further scout the surrounding areas for any new signs of who might inhabit this newly discovered land.

The leader of the group, Rear Admiral Francis Agustus Arx, waits in the battlecruiser's combat control center, eagerly preparing for reports that the island can be explored further. Air quality samples show that gas masks and respirators will be required the closer one gets to the island, but that isn't a large dilemma. The Demitorians usually wear gas masks and respirators out and about. It is a standard dress requirement of the full citizen to own an approved type of respiratory protection device, along with black boots, a black steel-composite helmet, and a uniform issued by the Secretariat for Standards and Morals. The drones would continue searching for the next eight hours or so until they completed a decently sized area to get a batter idea of what they were dealing with.

RP: Welcome to Fujishima

The lands that they have scouted through with drones shows signs of life and movement. A lot of plastic and materials that were no longer needed were all piled as large hills, unable to see the ground. Large mechanical machines pushed this debris around and perhaps to the incinerator. Though the longer they scouted they soon stumble upon the outskirts of a city. The smog was heavy and air quality in the nation is at an unhealthy leaves of 176. If they were to take a closer inspection on the people of the city they would notice that they are wearing no masks at all to protect themselves from the poor air quality. The land was either a place full of dump or an urban jungle, the canals that slithered through the city had green mucky water with trash here and there and most people seemed to be okay without any problems of riding ships or complaining about the air. People went to their usual lives. Some dressed nicely, others with ragged bags.

A single cracked road of tar and lime would be found just a small ways off from their current location. This being most likely one of the routes the couriers would take. Heading away from the coastal outreach the trees and other greenery would start to become scarce. Sores upon the land would open as small fissures stretched heading inland growing larger along the way. Ruined buildings could be seen dotting the scape playing host to shadows and the wildlife adapted for the environment. Few birds would circle the skies above and creatures of the ground rarely seen at this time as the sun peaked the middle of the sky. Around an hour or two depending on how fast the group was(also land area calculations) they would start to see signs of civilization activities. The road would seem slightly repaired as the fissures that crumbed them would have sheets of metal or gravel with tar plastered over them. Uphead a large building could be seen as its roof glinted off rays of lights and cranes would raise up around it, a number of smaller building could be seen around this center. Hooded people could also be spotted traveling around the area as they would near a few would start to make quick glaces but would keep to themselves.

RP: Coastal Flies Fireteam - Now on the Eastside of town

o(`ω´*)o

For sometime they have trekked and trekked through the dirt, noticeably the trees and grass began fading out as they got further away from a water source. The land was arid and a desert. Sand got over their shoes and pants and they didn't have the right camo for the desert as they wore all black uniforms and vests. So they stuck out like flies in the vast yellowish plains. Helena would occasionally look up to the sky to see the birds and sticking to her cat-like instincts would lick her lips and her cat tail raised in the temptation of shooting one of the birds and eating them for a nice pleasant meal. However she was stopped every moment when Valentina would grab her hand and drag her back into the fireteam.

They stopped at an abandoned complex. Looking inside before taking off their exoskeletons inside, charging them and then settling down to eat Mac & Cheese. One of them would wonder where Helena was until suddenly they heard gunshots, they all ran outside with their guns and saw Private Helena, dragging one of the birds inside the complex. Valentina was perplexed while the other 2 agents carried on with what they were doing.

Valentina: "Why are you guys okay about this?"

Theodor: "About what?"

Valentina: "About Helena hunting bir--" she was interrupted when Helena grinned and took off her hat and then her gloves, revealing her metallic soft painted skin, the nails of her fingers were replaced with longer and sharper nails and with those nails she clawed onto the birds body eating the flesh of it, "And eating birds!?" she cried.

Krisztina: "Do you know anything about Dolls Valentina?"

Valentina: "No not really as it appears,"

Theodor: "The Dolls have a personality and have certain codes determining their favorite food or items. Oftentimes the manufacturer's would develop dolls and make some with animal traits adapt certain animal-like behaviors, of course not all dolls have these programs,"

Valentina: "Why would they do that?"

Krisztina: "It's cute," she snickered.

Valentina: "You call eating flesh of birds cute!?"

Krisztina: "To be fair we also do it, didn't you ever tried chicken nuggets or fried chicken?" she asked Valentina, though Valentina didn't respond to Krisztina as she felt Krisztina was just pulling her leg, "Hmm, I thought so, anyways here you go Valentina," she says throwing Valentina a towel.

Valentina: "What's this for," she replied as she grabbed it in midair.

Krisztina: "You're cleaning up Helena's face and hands while we wait for our exoskeletons to charge," she says as Krisztina and Theodore left to check on the exoskeletons batteries.

Valentina: "WHAT!?" she exclaimed, Helena's ears were alerted and as Helena was finished with the bird and left a bit of flesh on the birds bones, she crawled near Valentina, grabbing Valentina's legs with her hands as she crawled near Valentina's face.

Helena: "What's the matter Valentinya~~ I hope my hunting skills didn't frighten you,"

Valentina: "Stay away from me you bloody cat!"

Helena: "Hehe," giggled Helena as she was only a few centimeters away from Valentina's face, "Good joke there Ms. Valentina, I have blood all over me, and you my favorite bio-synthetic friend will have to clean me all up," she says teasing Valentina, Helena then rubbed her cheeks against Valentina's cheeks in affection, however Helena forgot her checks were smudged in blood and that this spread over Valentina's cheeks. It was only until Helena stopped doing it she realized what she had done.

Helena: "Oopsies," Helena said as she backed up slowly, Valentina rubbed her cheeks with her hand and saw blood all over it, she began to rise up from the floor slowly.

Valentina: "Why you. . ." Valentina's eyes would look down upon Helena and Helena would see the fury of Valentina, Helena began racing around the room while being chased by Valentina.

Helena: "Nyooooooo! Ms. Valentina, it was only an acci--"

Valentina: "DON'T call me Ms. Valentina you feline!" she said as she then grabbed Helena's tail.

Helena: "NYAAAAAA!" she screamed, they then began to go all in on claws and hands, Valentina in the process angrily cleaned Helena's cheeks while Helena tried to fight her off. Krisztina and Theodore peeks into the room seeing them tackle each other.

Theodore: "Should we help them Corporal?"

Krisztina: "Nah Private, let's watch them solve this all on their own, and let's see who wins, this is better than trekking in the desert," she replied, Theodore fell silent and went back to check on the exoskeletons while Krisztina watched the two fight, "I knew I should've brought popcorn,"

Sometime later.

They began trekking again with their exoskeletons on going eastward. When they had passed by the hooded people, they wouldn't really pay attention to them, only Helena would give a wave at them but she looks miserable, having her cap on and her bag kept her tail tucked in and stored there secretly. When seeing civilization ahead they trekked towards the place, Krisztina would check the Drom Courier's Southern route network to see what that place was ahead of them while they walk towards their destination.

Kowenian states wrote:RP: Group of con artists posing to be private construction company, scams money out of international investors.
The search is on for a group of con men who posed as a private construction company that claimed to have been approved to begin the process of constructing a canal to go through [nation][/nation]. The group had proposed a plan to various foreign investors around Kalrania stating they needed the funding to begin preparations for construction.

To sweeten the deal, the group had proposed papers that stated they were given permission to build on the land by the Rekkenian government and even had detailed blueprints down to the kilometers in how long and wide the canal would be. They also stated that early supporters would not only have their name on a plaque to acknowledge their financial part, but also even be paid dividends from people paying to use the canal. Not to mention that the canal would be very popular due to it being able to save so much time compared to going around the entire continent.

The "company" - while not targeting any specific nation - heavily focused on proposing the idea of the canal to private investors in [nation][/nation], [nation][/nation], and even Kemonomica. The scam had gone on for about two months with the "company" stating it had begun construction on the project, although investors stopped hearing from the company about twenty days before news broke out. A private investor contacted a small branch of the Rekkenian government about the progress of construction on the canal. After the Rekken officials said there was no canal being worked on, word had gotten out that the company was serving as a scheme to commit fraud. Rekkenian authorities had also discovered a lot of money had been wired from the "company" through their bank system, to multiple international banks such as [nation][/nation], [nation][/nation], and other nations. The money from those banks in other nations led back to bank accounts in the Kowenian states, leading authorities to believe the scam had been orchestrated by Kowenian nationals.

The fraud scheme had gone way in depth though, with the con men providing fake credentials and faking the papers to give them permission to build in Rekken. Rumors circulate that the con men had an insider within the Rekkenian government on providing advice on how to fake (or even providing templates of) Rekkenian government documents.

The scheme is suspected to have stolen a collective of over 500 billion Rekkenian munnies worth of currency of the foreign investors who were scammed by the fraud. It stands as one of the largest, with some Kowenian news agencies claiming it is the largest, acts of fraud on an international scale on Kalrania.

RP: Oh no

The scandal that had taken place under the noses of officials has devastated many middle class and a few investors who threw their money into the company. This caused several people to lose their money they have put into their investment accounts to save up for their vacations and breaks. Perhaps even lost all their financial assets.

The National Public Safety Commission has launched an investigation into what is known as the 'Canal Scandal' in Kemonomica. Public Security Section 6 has launched an overseas investigation to gain information upon the Kowenian nationalists and are also working closely with Public Security Section 7 that have traced the money flow to bank accounts in the Kowenian states.

If allowed, the National Public Safety Commission would like to send Section 7 units into the Kowenian States to investigate and question the banking officials that may have some insight into the scandal. They will be questioned under the authorities of Kowenian observation so as to not go too far in questioning.

RP: 3rd Carpathian War
Debrecen, Rumania - In a last ditch effort to turn the war in Carpathia around, the Rumanian Military has deployed the 3rd Special Rangers Airborne Division to Carpathia. Rather than being restricted to the valleys and lower slopes of the hills and mountains in which the Diakok fighters reside, the Rangers would be able to use helicopters and aircraft to land mountain and hill tops to raid and counter the Diakok. However, this did not seem to work in the favor of the Rumanians as the Diakok, well equipped with foreign weaponry are able to shoot down and destroy the RI-8's and SA-12's carrying the Rangers, killing them before they are able to deploy.

Across Carpathia, the war continues, with Diakok fighters making costly and deadly attacks against the Rumanians forces and supply convoys. The attacks against convoys have become so bad that the Army has been unable to get the bodies of the dead out of Carpathia in the convoys, rather opting to fly them out of Debrecen to Timisoara aboard cargo aircraft, these same aircraft then return with reinforcements for the defenders; but, not even the planes are safe, as Diakok fighters armed with anti-air weaponry provided by the Icewindians and Artaecusians have managed to shoot down several of the aircraft.

Back in Rumania, anti-war and anti-government sentiment begin to grow, volunteer rates have hit an alltime low, despite the economic recession, and as a result the military has imposed a partial draft to source enough manpower to continue fighting in Carpathia. Despite the mounting losses and public opposition to the war, the President and Republican leaders in the Senate and Assembly continue to support the war.

RP: As Elections Approach, Civil Unrest and Political Conflict Worsens
Oradea, Rumania - As the 2112 elections approach, the divide in the populace has become evermore apparent. Angered by recent defeats in Blayredeshia and Carpathia and the glaring social and economic issues internally, much of the Rumanian population have begun to show support for Vasille Luca, a charismatic and strong-willed socialist politician who has risen to prominence following his strongly-worded denunciation of the Rumanian Government following the passage of the 2111 Voting Reform Bill. A former member of the Rumanian Socialist Workers Union before it's dissolution, Vasille Luca has, alongside two other well-known socialists, Avram Bunaciu and Lucretiu Patrascanu, founded the Rumanian Socialist Front; a party which stands for the somewhat unique, socialist beliefs of Vasille Luca which call for a widescale nationalization and militarization of the economy and workers to support the defense of Rumania and it's modern socialist ideals.

In opposition to the incumbent Republicans, the PNL (Georgisti) has made a comeback, spurred on by the leadership of Gheorghe Bratianu. The PNL advocates for major social reforms and a further reduction of the armed forces to shift spending and attention to economic and social matters. The party advocates for the unity of Rumania, which has been called into question recently with the secession of Carpathia and the Bulgar and Ucrainean independence movements. Despite running in opposition to them, the PNL has become friendly with the Socialist Front after both leaders made denunciations of President Radacanu for his handling of Carpathia and the economic crisis.

RP: National Identity Crisis Looms as Regional Independence Movements Gain Steam
Varna, Rumania - A Rumanian national identity crisis appears to be on the horizon as regional independence movements gain support. 'Rumanian' was originally a term meant to describe someone from the unified Walachia-Moldavia, and later Transylvania and Constanta, and as Rumania expanded to Bulgaria, Carpathia, and Ucreania Islands, the name came to apply to anyone living inside of Rumania, regardless of background; however, as time passes and historical revisionism become increasingly popular, many of the people from Carpathia, Ucreania, and Bulgaria have come to reconsider their identity and connection to Rumania. Of course, regional identity has always played a part in Rumanian politics and life, and it is the reason for the Federal system of government, allowing the regions to have more independence. However, it appears as though that has not been enough, and the recent independence of Magyarorzag and Carpathia have lead the populations of the other regions of Rumania to push for more autonomy and recognition. Most notably, the Bulgar Independence Movement has been gaining large amounts of traction, with the senator and representatives from Dobrudja-Bulgaria openly discussing Bulgarian independence. Another, less well-known independence movement has also taken root elsewhere, on the Territory of the Islands of Tulcea Marea the Ucreanians have, for a long time, been pushing for their full independence from Rumania.

RP: Anti-Government Protesters Clash with Police in Capital
Oradea, Rumania - Demonstrators protesting the war in Carpathia and the recent Voting Reforms have clashed with police and riot squads deployed in Oradea. The protests in Oradea are a step up from the nationwide demonstrations which have been ongoing for several months now, since the passage of the Voting Reform Bill.

The National Security Council has completed its 32nd National Security Review. The Review, which describes Luwuia's current national security and threats posed to it has highlighted a few interesting points. Number one being the instability of Great Eastern Esta which forces Luwuia's military to divert it's efforts away from more serious threats. The NSC has recommended taking control of Great Eastern Esta's military and pulling 95% of Luwuian Military forces out of the country. The Second key issue address is the rising and expansion of international alliances containing countries with which Luwuia has/had an interest in and could jeopardize future plans which the NSC recommends Power Projection or Diplomatic pressure and quite possibly even military force to turn the situation in our favor. The third and final issue is the lack of new military technology programs being started thus stunting the military's continued growth and development. The NSC has recommended putting aside 2 Trillion Dollars in the time span of 3 years and putting it all towards Development Programs for the military.

The Avallonian Government vastly outnumber the resistance in resources, manpower and military equipment. Recently, they have also been increasing social exclusion efforts, making the already compliant population more and more unwilling to assist any resistance efforts. Any who are found to be associating with them are detained and brought under 'Positive Reprogramming' in order for them to be reintegrated into the dead, moral-less society the populace live in.
