He's actually a Monarchy, I mean its still an autocratic system, as him being in the NS category of the father knows best state, it would make him an absolute monarchy. With avg. civil rights, something like the Kingdom of Sweden or the Fiefdoms, Duchies, Margraves, and Principalities within the HRE, if you know what I mean by that.

Oh and offtopic thing here; Your name reminds me of Swassau (If the names wrong, There definitely was a similarly named town unless Im hallucinating) in Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
