President George Warwick has appointed Vice President Jerry Watkins to make diplomatic decisions while he continues to recover in hospital after the attacks during the Centennial Parade.
Watkins met up with the Reru Tandan Congress to discuss a possible entrance, and the vote to meet with the admiral ended with a 20-8 vote in favor of the decision.

Standing in an old oak room behind his desk, Arland Gerissen began preparing himself. Preparing for what was soon to happen. The crowd of people, numbering some 2 million at the least, waited with excitement and fervour in the streets outside. Gerissen and Diemer had spent the past week preparing Evacasia. Laying the foundations of the new order, drafting a constitution for this new Republic. Gerissen was to now go before the nation, announcing to all of its people the new country they were soon to live in. He stood up, straightening his suit. Walking across the hard floor of the old manor, he approached the balcony overlooking the masses. The crowd became quiet, awaiting the revered commander's message.
RP: Gerissen Addresses the Nation
"One century ago, our forefathers witnessed the collapse of all Evacasian ideals. The very fabric of our great nation was torn apart, making way for the cruel and brutal regimes that followed. The Evacasian people were subject to pain and torment the likes of which have never before been seen, and this dark chapter in the world's history left its scar upon the land.
But we never gave into the darkness. We looked at the dying light of liberty, and we resisted with all the strength and vigour we could muster. We looked our lord of torment in the eye, and we yelled no more! We understood the sacrifice of our ancestors, and we did not let it fade into the night!
We fought long and hard, resisting the depravity. We solemnly mourn those who gave their lives, fighting for the one true cause: the people.
The fight was long and hard; though we endured and fought on! Our spirit never wavered, our resolve never ended! The crowd below erupted into cheers and whistles. Gerissen had led the nation out of a century of anguish, and his invigorating speech had filled the deprived people with hope and determination. After a hundred years of being suppressed under autocratic regimes, Gerissen would lead the nation into a new era of peace and prosperity. The first elections of this new Republic would begin soon, to determine who would lead the efforts at rebuilding the country. But the people were already relieved. Their efforts had paid off.

With repairs to the Commonwealth's main squadron of bombers finished, the Atomic Schism's planes once more take to the skies to of the Trendaline Bay once more. Under the cover of night, 50 Schismian bombers fly over the Federation of Basaran's ships and drop their single payloads, with the plan to retreat once detonated. . .
RP: Army Reform
As the war rages on, Chancellor Rhodes has begun to implement the first steps of her military reforms, beginning with the army. With the intent of fazing out the usage of the often ineffective and low powered Schismian Laser Rifle, Parliament has commissioned the production of ballistic rifles and other weapons in factories across the nation. The change has seen widespread anger, especially from the lower escalations of the military, who believe the laser rifle to be a symbols of Schismian supremacy. However, military scientists have dismissed the claims with publicized papers regarding the low-yield effectiveness of the wavelengths used in the rifles.
RP: Religious Aggression in the Borderlands
Ever since the military forces stationed in the Borderlands were reassigned following the outbreak of the war, there has been little oversight regarding the religious conflicts the have recently begun to rear their heads once more in the Atomic Schism. Fighting broke out in the city of Scaldlake, where the minority of Schismanity followers attempted to set fire to a Shangralorian church. Unexpectedly by few, the Shangralorian faithful assaulted the arsonists until police arrived. However by the time temple-goers were dispersed, 3 of the 10 responsible had been bludgeoned to death, the rest suffering major cranial injuries. Similar violence in or around churches have reportedly occurred in Bunker City, Royalberg, and Forest City; all major metropolises with many religious minorities.
RP: Operation Razbunare
The majority of the initial Rumanian casualties come from landing craft being sunk offshore, once the troops made it on land they were able to push off the beach with limited casualties, utilizing IFV and other vehicles to support infantry landings. A round 53,000 soldiers of the initial force of 56,000 make it ashore and off the beach heads, with the majority of the casualties being taken on the western landing. Once landing, but still under fire, the Rumanian forces launch the second stage of the offensive, pushing along the coastline to link the two landings together. Meanwhile the reinforcements still with the Razbunare Naval Task Force launch to land in between the two landings to help link up the two, sailing under escort of the combined escort fleets for the previous two landings, 20x Destroyers, 10x Cruisers, 10x LCS. The troops advance under the support of the air wings launched by the Naval Task Force, which launch air-strikes against the missile and artillery batteries hitting the troops.
RP: Naval Combat
The air attacks against the Rumanian Naval Task Force by Blayredeshia sees little success, they manage to sink 1 destroyer and cripple 2 others and hit, but not severely damage, the Nicolae Pais Class carrier RSN King Constantin II. The ineffectiveness of the Blayredeshian aircraft against the Rumanian ships was due to the employment of dive-bombers by the Blayredeshian air force; the steep descent angle employed by the aircraft make it easy to target with anti-air guns and missiles. The two crippled destroyers are evacuated and scuttled because they are slowing the fleet and causing issues with defense. The interceptor and naval fighters in the airwings attacking the shore are pulled back to defend the fleet from both naval and air attacks. However, soon the support ends and the troops are left with the weapons dropped off during their invasion and reinforcements, including TOW systems, IFVs, ACPS, and javelin and stinger missiles systems with troops.
Hearing of the approaching fleet, the Naval Task Force calls back their aircraft and pulls back from the coast, utilizing Flank Speed tp keep out of visible range of the Blayredeshian Fleet, to avoid fire from the main guns of the Blayredeshian heavy ships. With the withdrawal from the coast, the Naval missile and air support for the landed soldiers disappears; but, the fire is redirected towards the Blayredshian fleet suspected to be giving chase, Interceptors from the carriers remain above the fleet all hours of the day to protect from air attacks. Pulling back from the coast, the Task Force asks for the assistance of the nearby 
Schwypians, hoping to do a combined attack against the Blayredeshian fleet from opposing directions.
RP: Mobilization
The mobilization of the 36 reserves has finally ended, and while it would've been better for them to have more time to activate, their presence as active divisions was necessary. They are currently deployed in various bases across the nation, awaiting orders.
RP: Naval Deployments in Eastern Akschoss
The Expeditionary and Kowenian Fleets current stationed in The Central state of kowen have been deployed south from their bases in Central Kowen to the Eastern Schwypian Coastline to defend against naval maneuvers by the Ponticianre.

RP: Milestone reached in the war on terror
A joint raid on a terrorist regional HQ in Great eastern esta between the Airforce and Special Forces Command led to the capture of 100 terrorists and the deaths of 60 in addition to the complete destruction of the Regional HQ when the airforce dropped the experimental 50,000-pound bomb in the center of the compound. A UAV Recon flight over the compound 4 hours after the mission showed only a giant crater in the earth where a large compound once stood. The Government is calling this a Milestone in the war on terror and the Department of Defense estimates that the Terrorism Threat in Great Eastern Esta will be down by 50% by the end of the year.
RP: fight back
4 of the destroyers are sunk during the submarine attacks, leaving 1 of them to flee, and 16 N-79 bombers are destroyed by the Blayredeshian fighters, only 4 we're left to flee for their lives along with the 5th destroyer. 30 more destroyers and 200 N-79 bombers take to the sky heading for the area, around 2% of the entire Air Force's supply (total is about 20,000). The bombers hope to overwhelm the Blayredeshian fleet but considering how large the fleet is it will be hard. The 30 destroyers come to the area facing their side so they can use more guns, but the ships must act fast as their ammunition supply is vulnerable to shots. Some stay behind the line of ships to provide support. Queen Lovin ll orders 20 submarines to be sent to the area also in order deter the Blayredeshian submarines.
RP: A Frightening Wednesday
The FIA is continuing to investigate the situation that happened at the Centennial Parade, and have announced no leads or new information at the moment.
Earlier today at 1PM on August 29, 2103, a meeting was taking place at the Apalomax City Courthouse, and about 45 minutes into the meeting, a bomb went off in the middle corridor. In the next minute, 16 more bombs detonated in the courthouse, killing all but 3 in the courthouse. The three who are still alive have been transported to local hospital. FIA director John Berogino has stated that the shooting may be linked to today's bombing, and they will add this to their current investigation unless it's proved that they aren't linked.
Vice President Jerry Watkins has spoken up about the terror attack, saying he hopes the FIA catches the culprit as soon as possible. "We may never know what their next attack is. That is why we need to tie them down before they do something to kill even more than they already have."

RP: The First Evacasian Election
The Republic of Evacasia - a new, democratic nation. Made by the people, for the people. As described by Edmund Diemer, one of the founding fathers of the country and co-author of the constitution, the system is based on 3 basic rights for all. "It is a system with 3 basic principles, cornerstones we believe are needed to have a truly free and stable people and nation. The right to equal and fair representation in ruling and rights; the right to free speech, thought, belief and expression; and the right to freedom, safety and security no matter who they are or where there are in the Republic."
Well, for the first time in decades, the citizens of Evacasia began exercising their right to representation. They would start voting in the first democratic election to take place in almost 34 years. This landmark moment will serve more as a symbol, however. The victors of this election were practically predetermined, though this shouldn't undermine the significance of this election. The first election of the young republic is a milestone of huge historical significance, one that will live on in the history books for centuries to come.
The election, being of such importance, received near 100% turnout. People of all ethnicities and origins, from all across Evacasia, turned out to cast their vote towards the first elected Parliament and Presidency. The votes were counted by a wide variety of volunteers, each giving up their time and energy to secure the Evacasian future. And, after their 2 and a half week long effort, the results were released.

In response to the congratulations received by the two nations, Chancellor Gerissen pens a letter to each of their leaders. This letter was made public to the Evacasian people soon after its writing, to deliver the message within to each citizen.

As Chancellor of the Republic of Evacasia, a nation fresh from the brutality of the Heydrich regime, I am leaving the Nationalist League.
The Empire, led by the despotic dictator Reinhard Heydrich, caused untold pain and suffering to the Evacasian people. Yet he was still a member of the Nationalist League, welcomed into the alliance your nation is a member of. You understood the ideals that demon stood for, yet you still had him as your ally? And you have the gall to congratulate us?
We fought through a bloody revolution to overthrow him. Millions died, many more lives were ruined. His legacy will remain a scar upon the nation for centuries to come. Yet mere days after victory was achieved, I received word of your message. I was taken aback, I couldn't understand how world leaders could have such blatant disregard for human life and suffering. Unlike the other powers we did not throughly support Heydrich or his decisions, but he did provide us with security and aided us in or own war and eventually victory earlier on.
While it is unfortunate that it was not possible to bring him to trial, his death has all the same brought the results of freedom and ended great suffering to your nation.
In addition, the people of the Commonwealth would like to aid you in rebuilding so that commerce may bring a new age to this world and allow for people to live to a greater being.
With this message, is initiated the offer of loans and investment by the econ groups of our nation, they will answer to commerce, and both of us shall benefit.

RP: It's time
Vice President Jerry Watkins has officially signed the order to mobilize and send 1 million troops against Blayredeshia as of September 3rd, 2103. "It's time to show the world what we can do," Watkins said after approving.
After receiving such a message by the group, which was promptly translated into Avallonian, the government strongly reject the proposal, believing that a thorough search of their islands contributes to their own selfish desires, caring nothing for the people on the island. Furthermore, they question the motives behind the search, regarding it as nothing short of military reconnaissance. Perhaps they were responsible for their beloved island being taken from them and they are merely inspecting the damage that they had caused?
"God will not permit such an action. We request the arriving foreign forces to leave at once. Any attempt made at this time to gather information on our great people will be intolerable. Make your decision. But by God do not choose such sin."
The National Guard remained posted at the northern coastline, they seem prepared to take necessary action if their forces decide to land under direct orders from The Prophet Jonas.
The government of Exsorcial, in a cryptic message, gladly accepts the offer. Trade will begin effective immediately to bolster both economies.

RP: Not One Inch
Following an increase in hostile nations, most particularly along the border with Reru tanda in the foreigner's public address rather than a covert move, the Exsorcialain People's Armed Forces, under a direct order from Infinite Father, began extending the coastal maginot defenses and outer ring of the defensive section of his army, outer group, through the border of Reru. The inner ring of defenses protecting most outer party bureaucrat cities were also adjusted from Syeoneson, the dead center of the country and capital, to provide more cushion in the direction southwards. Under direct supervision from the secret police, 600,000 proles were mobilized alongside 600,000 more military shock brigade (elite construction) units to be spread out over the border in addition to border guards.
Their goal was simple. Build a defense network of mines, bunkers, encampments, and even primitive traps to such a degree that it would be so thick and so intrusive that it would make the Korean Demilitarized Zone look like an utter infant. Due to proles rarely living in cities, the open farmland was the perfect place to serve as a middle ground, where tank divisions and anti-air assets waited. Further back, upon the mountains which separated the border provinces, rested long-ranged artillery. Due to the sheer number brainwashed proles working themselves to death with no sleep and rapid reinforcements of penal groups or volunteer workers under the supervision of elite shock brigades, the project would be completed within two months.
Meanwhile, the secret offensive group that rested within about 45% of the armed forces continued their fierce training far away from the border.
Evven military bases in the southern regions of Exsorcial and local military provinces were told to be on high alert. (Evve terre). Coast guard and the previously mentioned outer guards of the defensive portion of the navy made it clear their waters were not going to be breached, laying down extra mines along any easily passable straits in Exsorcialain territory to finally complete the coastal outer ring.
RP: An easy deal
Therveux Capital Territory, The Gatisland
As the leadership of The Gatisland saw Kalrania become engulfed in the fires of global conflict once more, the pressure to gain something for the Kalranian Internationale and the global left has intensified, though how remained the subject of much debate within the Cazal administration. This impasse seems to have been breached as after returning from a meeting at the Lirana capital, as at a press conference a panel of the president and the top generals announced that a deal had been struck between the two parties. Though the deal has not been made public and remains shrouded in mystery, in order to calm public fears that Gatisia will get hoodwinked at the end, they did reveal that it was agreed that The Gatisland "will receive concessions during the peace process".
In exchange for this President Cazal announced that an emergency session of congress will be called in order to pass an instrument of war, which later passed by a solid margin, officially declaring that a state of war has begun against the league. Upon enactment the Gatisian army has been mobilized for deployment and the air force assembled to assist the campaign. General Defence Plan No.6 has also been put in to action to secure the domestic front. Though some on the home front fear the implications that Gatisian involvement in the war will have domestically, there seems no stopping the march to war.

9th, September 2103
At 6 o'clock in the morning the thunderous sound of the trumpet sounded to all the people. After the sound of the trumpet the national anthem was heard, along with the replacement of the flag. Code Black has also been implemented, or the highest alert of threat to the kingdom. This is the signal from the king, start the battle.
RP:Forces on the Akschoss
Immediately after the signal the royal warships began to sail. The ships carried the first to fifty marine troops, of a total of 2.5 million. The ships are ready to bomb. More than 2000 ships sailed, 500 first attack craft, 400 cruisers, 300 torpedo boats, 200 frigates, 200 destroyers, 200 fire ships, 150 corvettes, 40 battleships, 10 aircraft carriers, leaving 3000 more ships in reserve. They will block the forces of 
Rumanian States and break in with it. Ten royal submarines also swam in the depths of the ocean, containing large missiles, securing their location so that their attack would be shocking.
RP:Attack Millare
The PNAF has also begun an invasion on the city of Millare in Schwypia. In a matter of hours they will be landing in the very spot. About 3 million soldiers were deployed, they're carried by 4,000 MN3-Arizada, ranging from 51st to 125th infantry division. The attack included 100 Seranio A4T carriers carrying 1000 tanks, and other equipment, 2000 5TX Attachias Fighter Jet, 1500 Bombardia ST3 Bombers, 800 A6T Seres Attacker, and 50 5TR Rex e-warfare aircraft.
RP:Man the Borders
Due to the serious threat of war, the PAF has improved the implementation of the highest level of security. About 2.5 million soldiers are currently guarding the city of Citad Versadyena to keep it safe. One million soldiers watch over 20 other provinces and 400,000 in its capitals, totaling approximately 28 million. The remaining 27 million soldiers have also begun to encircle the country's borders and guard against possible tunnels. North renompra has also been warned to prepare and join the fight.
RP:Castle is Closed
Due to the war, the entire royal family was also in danger and the whole of Ponte Darionda Castle was closed for protection. Princess Antonina fears for her pregnancy and three of her children as well, as does Prince Severino's wife, who is also pregnant with their first child. No one can exit or enter the royal compound. Some of the employees were stranded but they were happy because at least once in their life they experienced staying inside the palace, though they are worrying about their families at their home. 2000 royal guards guarded each corner of the palace, 50 tanks also surrounded the outside, and 200 cannons were lined up on each wall of the compound.

After receiving the letter from Chancellor Gerrisen, King Antonio I suddenly felt sad and depressed. According to him he will accept it only because he has made a mistake and his decisions have been disastrous, admitting he regrets his actions, "I can do nothing more, I cannot bring back the lost lives" he said.
