RP: War! What is it Good For?

On March 24th, President Hethwyr gave a speech to all Schwypian news outlets and many international outlets about the course of the Great War:

"Almost four years ago, the cataclysmic events that would spawn our global Great War began. Today, we sill bear the burdens of our foolish transgressions, having learned nothing from the lives lost. The world has paid a crimson price, but I ask my fellow Kalranians, for what? What demands such a mighty cost, as of yet to be paid off? Fellow Kalranians, why are we fighting this war? What started as a foreign, uninformed military intervention with an illegitimate insurrection triggered a system of alliances, and to this day remains fueled by the fires of revenge. Outside Parties seem only too eager to throw themselves upon this damnable flame for their "ideologies," but what they truly see this bloody endeavor as is a moil of glory. I shun said dogged intentions and rationale, for they are the musings of mongers. Why is it that some seem so hellbent on perpetuating this war? Again and again we pour heaps of blood upon the inferno in hopes to extinguish it, but we have forgotten that said flame was born of the blood, fueled by it." The President pulls back her hair to reveal the eyepatch over her right eye. "An eye for an eye and the world goes blind. And here we stand, stakes primed and pointed at the iris of the enemy, without any cause beyond ambition and revenge to justify the act. What monsters have we become? Look around you! Open your eyes to our barbarianism! I'm half blind and I can see it! Powers declaring war on nations they've never even spoken to, governments destroying their own cities to deny their enemies the satisfaction of taking them, generals sending their troops to the slaughter over mere meters of ground; I ask again, what monster have we become?! No more! The world shall tolerate this War no longer! I invite every nation involved in this conflict to meet upon neutral grounds to discuss bringing about an end to this War, for the sake of those who have perished in it's name and for those yet to do so. If you would only open your eyes, you would see that there stopped being a "cause" long ago; we are but savages rolling in the mud, fighting for what little pride remains in our tarnished bodies. RP: pulling out

The HMS Naveram is pulled out of war as the war seems to be beginning the end. An estimated 2,000 lifes were lost in the Nonadian army. 20 destroyers stay in the bay to respond to any other attacks. Queen Lovin ll is planned to give a speech in a week.

RP: President Istrati gives into protests and influence, offers peace talks to Blayredeshians
Oradea, Rumania - Facing the worst economic crisis in recent times and feeling the pressure from both the people of Rumania and foreign governments, President Istrati has finally agreed to extend an offer of peace towards the Blayredeshians. The Rumanian government hopes to be able to withdraw from the conflict as soon as possible in hopes of turning it's attention away from useless military campaigns to fixing the crisis gripping the nation.

After months of the letter getting tossed about various departments of the Evven government, it would eventually reach Her Eternal Majesty. Upon reading, Queen Bachelet would send an appeal to Exsorcial hold the next LoT Congress ahead of schedule, and in Evve Terre.

The 2nd LoT Congress would be held in the Evvean capital of Kether in the largest governmental assembly hall available. Exsorcialain bureaucracy was admittedly quick to accept due to the watchful nature of the Outer Party. The event was guarded by a unitary LoT security detail due to it taking place in foreign lands from its capital leadership. Exsorcialain LRH-5 helicopters kept a careful eye on everything and everyone, the primitive air vehicles outfitted with especially accurate cameras. This emergency meeting would have been called through recent foreign events. The Evvean building's decorations were temporarily replaced with the LoT flag and its typically sinister garb. The crowd was comprised of a majority Evven presence this time, with Exsorcialain officials following second, and a minority of spectators from other LoT nations or Icewindia. As per the new custom of LoT setup, there were 3 arches behind a podium where a revered figure would be in place. The crowd fell silent before a massive wave of "long live" cheers filled the room as the nation's diplomats sat down.

There was no musical introduction this time, as the last figure to exit would be Infinite Father himself. It was a bold move for the psychotic dictator to ever leave his country, and in front of an openly televised broadcast to the LoT. Exsorcialains and Evvens grew ecstatic, the cheering and jumping getting so loud the floor threatened to shake and the walls threatened to crumble. He turned around, in his typical red and black uniform. He faced the Evvens and nodded curtly. His psychotic and twitching eyes then laid upon the Icewindian delegation behind him. Infinite Father smiled, his lips twisting wickedly. The foreigners could virtually tell all of the atrocities he's committed and just how powerful he really was to these people through those dead eyes alone. He swiftly turned to address the crowd. The dictator stepped back as a speaker announced the League of Tyranny anthem would commence.

The spectators raised their hands over their heads, crossing the wrists to form an X. Their lapel pins and infinitist armbands were seen among the over-emotional faces of the people. Infinite Father took the podium and began in his twisted baritone.

"Brothers and sisters, revolutionaries of the League of Tyranny and Infinitists everywhere. Before we let our guests speak, let us allow our Congress to process multiple administrative functions. The global genocide starts with you, brothers and sisters. Death to everyone! Death to everything! Out of the mass graves, let only books of our ideology and its adherents survive. The audience gave a rousing applause as he sat at his central desk. The proceedings followed. The speaker read from a pre-determined list of notes.

"On the subject of foreign events, please open your ideological booklets to the first brief of the FE section. The Blayredeshian war is coming to a close. This is not what we intended, and this is not what we want. In preparation for a clause that will be expanded on later, the matter at hand is the expansion of our strategic rocket forces. Regardless of current arsenal size, this clause will demand an increase of 20,000 missiles and enough manpower to support such. We define missile as the latest in Intercontinental Ballistic Missile technology, with a conventional warhead of variable payload."

"On the subject of foreign events, please open your booklets to the 2nd brief of the FE section. We must act quickly and decisively if we want to increase world casualties from the Blayredeshian war as much as we can. Dwarf land4 is currently destabilizing the KF alliance as a separate war entirely, targeting Luwuia and GEE. In respect to Icewindia's desire to protect Luwuia, we will not intervene with them. However, DL4 has done our glorious league a favor in isolating a generally disliked country for their international antics. A country that we must forcibly turn to Infinitism. Kavastor is alone. It is a nation of harsh geographical clime, right next to Blayredeshia and with access to international waters not currently blockaded. In simpler words, comrades, if we slaughter the country and somehow breach the desert with few survivors, our military assets will be perfectly safe to intervene in Blayredeshia for their victory and prevent them from backing away from war and glory. Comrades, you may wonder that Kavastor is a strong country with multiple defenses. It is assured the LoT can erase their isolated protection within one mere phase of war. The fall of Kavastor into a LoT nation will be our upper hand in the World War. This proposal calls for the removal of all LoT assets in Blayredeshia to move into Evve Terre, joint ET-Exsorcial bases be activated, and a naval reposition in preparation to intentionally escalate tensions. Bear in mind LoT defense systems are still the same.

The emperor has named these nations as the one's he'd like to see the most and is offering them 10 Billion Federation Dollars each directly to their treasury and upon admission to the Federation. Practically Unlimited Economic trade and cooperation between current members of the KF and substanial Military support along with Technology sharing with Luwuia and Great eastern esta. These nations are also guaranteed a seat in the governing body of the KF known as the Federation Council which makes their select leader eligble to lead the KF if elected to the position. Benefits are negotiable per request of a prospective member.

Luwuia is proposing changes to the Charter of the Federation to allow non-democracies to be eligible for admission. Luwuia would also like to implement further security measures against internal sabotage against the KF through the Charter and is requesting that the current members either Vote Yay or Nay on changes to the charter.

RP - A New Age For Avallon

Technological Changes

Avallon has been undergoing a major industrial revolution as of late, with scientists and innovators developing the nation faster than ever before. Some of the greatest advances in recent weeks have been seen in the medical field, with scientists discovering that certain actions or practices can significantly reduce the spread of disease.

One such example that has been spreading is known officially as Polonoid-3, which causes the patient to have frequent violent coughs of blood, with patients, especially the youngest and oldest of the nation, risk dying from such a plague. The government has increased it's funding of the laboratories in order to discover the solution to such a problem which seems to have had some degree of success. Scientists now advise people to avoid close contact with those who suffer from the disease. However, if a need arises to do such a thing, little skin must be exposed so that the disease is unable to spread.

Outside of the medical sector, other advances have been made. For example, new firearms are being developed such as what is now being called a 'revolver' which is a pistol that is able to fire multiple bullets using a rotating cylinder. Such a firearm is aimed to be deployed among the officers of the armed forces.

Political Changes

A number of Unity Party representatives have begun defecting to the Sons Of Avallon, meaning that a coalition between both parties has now become unnecessary, as the latter party has now risen to 48 seats, more than the number required for a majority. The impact of this is immense, as the Sons Of Avallon no longer have to cave to any of the party's demands and can instead implement their policies regardless of what their opposition may say.

Policies that are now being discussed include the constitution which has long been sought after by many within Avallon. Furthermore, most wish for this to include the right to own firearms in order to prevent the day when Avallon loses it's nation, the people may still have their faith and freedom, or die trying to preserve it.

Furthermore, in light of the recent innovations, Jonas has made several attempts to introduce new laws and reforms to encourage the people to both establish and purchase products from smaller, family businesses and that does far more to promote a community than a larger, faceless and ultimately a corporation that is driven by greed. A smaller business improves the community, a smaller business can be part of it. A family who have passion for the things that they produce rather than a passion for the money that they will get out of it. Examples of these reforms simply can be funding for the businesses and an encouragement of them being established. Other laws include more tax exemption from these businesses, especially for those that promote the Three Principles, which have now become the core components of what makes a life contented in Avallonian eyes.

One of the most important laws being passed is called the 'Youth Education Act' which seeks to provide an education to children from the ages of 7-15, though attendance will only be for two days of each week, except from Cultural and National holidays. Such a small education is seen as desirable to most within the government as although the government should have a small role in educating those in Faith and the key values of the nation, as well as some of the occupations that they may take in the future, the family is what matters more here. Family remains far more important in teaching children than the state can ever do. Family pass skills down while the schools can educate the people in new ideas, as long as they also help the youth of the nation aim for a better, contented life.

The Isle Of The Blessed, after being attacked with such Satanic force, has been blessed by the Almighty Lord once more and once again the people are hoping it may return back to A New Paradise and as a beacon for the people of what they may aspire to be. Trees have once again been planted and small wildlife seem to be returning. Jonas seems, upon hearing this news, greatly pleased and thanks the Lord for once again blessing that great Isle.
