The currently rejected proposal "Repeal: “Affordable Transgender Hormone Therapy”" by Secular germania in the World Assembly is disgusting. Even ignoring the fact that it's written to be blatantly offensive trigger-bait, this is not an ethical and honorable way of dealing with Transgender issues and only serves as a hate-message.
I do agree. That being said, I do think the resolution it targets could be improved significantly. I'm hoping somebody comes up with a good repeal-and-replace.
