The Greater Guggenheimean Citadel solemnly issues this telegram as a expression of extreme contempt towards the morally corrupt of this region. To share the same space as such heathens is no small shame, and one we are working to eradicate from the region in our initiative to enforce proper sanctity.
Nudity and recreational drug use statistics are at an all-time high, not to mention the disgusting lack of oversight of the citizenry occupying the many states of the region. We will be issuing guidelines shortly as part of our initiative, detailing the steps one can take to uphold moral standards within one's state.
Recent global events have shown us that too much of a state's moral failings are shared across and caused by the majority of a populace, instead of being confined within small circles. It is thus our duty as grand custodians of our nations to ensure that the political elite are enshrined as the only members of society willing and able to bear the responsibility of being the sole liars, thieves, murderers, felons and foulest members of their populace.
Please take steps to correct the trajectory of your states, or be torn asunder by the light that is the Theocracy of Greater Guggenheime.
Our progenitor has once again issued the call to arms, all representatives of Dreyland and the Hivemind are to ready their forces and mobilise their fleets, we stand as we always have, as the eyes, ears and voice of Dreyland.
