      CHANCELLERY: NEW BUDGET ALLOCATIONS FOR THE DIFFERENT MINISTRIES RELEASED FOR YEAR 2024, A.D.

    After a whole month of deliberations, consultations, approvals and denials, and the counting of available funds, the Chancellery Office of Indonesia released the final budget allocations for the different government ministries for Year 2024, A.D. The massive changes and expenditure of the Armed Forces last year proved to be a move that would hit back against the military apparatus, after the Chancellery announced a medium-sized cut in military allocations for the year.

    The new allocations for 2024 reflect the growth of the Indonesian economy, as well as Indonesia's rapidly growing interest in space operations. The Armed Forces received a $2.2 billion USD deduction from its yearly budget, with the Chancellery shutting down the Defense Ministry's interest in purchasing the V-22 Osprey from the US. The KAI KF-21 purchase will continue in full, but the Chancellery has made clear that the Defense Ministry's large spending last year will not be repeated. An estimated 85,000 active military personnel will also be moved into reserves to conserve sustainment funds. Indonesian naval vessels will also be scaling down anti-terror operations as the IPDC prepares to conduct anti-terror operations alongside the Indonesian navy. Social media has also been flooded with rumors that the High Chancellor told Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto to 'save more money this year'. The Peacekeeper Corps also received a substantial deduction in funding, but High Commandant Subianto has stated that the funds will be sufficient as Peacekeeping operations have been scaled down, and 2,500 Peacekeepers have been moved into reserve corps. The Indonesian space program received the only increase in funding, with a $4.8 billion USD increase. The Indonesian government's interest in spaceflight continues to grow even in 2024 and possibly 2025. The new Ministry of Humanitarian Services received no change in funding for 2024.

After much consultation between myself and the General Staff, I have directed Chief of Staff Major General Mohammad Hossein Bagheri to reject any future orders given by Prime Minister Nouri to further initiate military targeting and operations against Turkey and NATO as a whole. I have every intention to meet with the Majlis within the coming days to revoke Prime Minister Nouri of her constitutional war powers and convene for a separate session in regards to providing political punishments onto Nouri. It is evident that she cannot be trusted with the power of the Prime Ministerial position; therefore, it should be granted to someone else more promising, stable, and capable of governance."

        INDONESIA MAKES HISTORY AFTER R8 SOYUZ LAUNCH, BECOMES THE 11TH NATION TO LAUNCH A SATELLITE INTO LOW EARTH ORBIT

      In the early days of February 2024, Indonesians were buzzing with excitement as the R8 Soyuz orbital launch vehicle prepared for its first orbital flight test. With the pandemic long gone, people began scheduling vacations to South Borneo to watch the historic launch. By February 11, the Ministry of Humanitarian Services had established several temporary civilian camps around the Space Center in South Borneo, with the other civilians staying at Pontianak, only 440 kilometers west of the Borneo Space Center. Four days before the launch date on February 12, an estimated 24,000 Indonesian civilians had arrived at Pontianak in advance to witness the launch. Cryogenic proof tests, and a 5-second static fire test went flawlessly on February 13, and on Valentine's Day, the High Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, ISA Administrator, Defense Minister, Supreme General, and Humanitarian Services Minister arrived at the Borneo Space Center and took lodging at the Sergei Korolev Administration Building. On February 15, civilians began arriving by the busload from the new Highway West, connecting the Space Center to Pontianak. By this time, bleachers and viewing zones were set up 3 kilometers out from the launchpad to accomodate viewers of the launch.

      As February 16, 2024 dawned on Indonesia, white vapor billowed out of the R8 as it stood majestically on Launch Complex A. Onboard was the INSPIRE-X independent communications satellite test, which was an INSPIRE program test article for the Indo-Pacific Space Commission. Numerous HD 4K television cameras were pointed at the launch vehicle, where the R8 slowly fuelled itself up for the launch. The government officials at the Space Center spoke next to the rocket to the world via livestream, commemorating Korolev and remembering two Indonesian engineers who had perished after falling off the gantry the day before. 'They may have not lived to see their success, their dreams accomplished, but they and their spirits will forever live on in us as we dare to dream and accomplish mighty things', said the High Chancellor. The government officials departed the launch site and arrived at Mission Control to view the launch in its entirety. At 9:32AM, the crowds went silent as the final countdown began. All systems were go, said the controllers. All engines are go, said the Flight Dynamics Officer (FIDO). Go for launch, said the Flight Director. 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1...

      Massive clouds of smoke billowed out and around the launchpad, shielding the rocket from view as the gantries retracted and gave the rocket clearance to head up into the heavens. After a few seconds, loud cheers erupted from the crowds nearby the Mission Control building; the rocket was off. 'Oh my actual godly goodness, it flew' exclaimed High Chancellor Anetta Komarudin. The commander-in-chief stood at awe as the R8 flew upwards, towards the heavens and the cosmos. Crowds cheered and cameras panned upwards as the rocket disappeared above the cloud layer, leaving a massive tower of smoke in its wake. In the engineering halls, French, Japanese and Indonesian engineers celebrated, but they were far from over. The rocket cruised through the atmosphere flawlessly, and the beautiful Korolev Cross was seen from cameras as the four side boosters separated gracefully. The engineers now stood silent, praying for the best. First stage separation and second stage ignition was reported successful, and the rocket was on its way to orbit. After five minutes, the entire nation stood silent, waiting for the call that the rocket had reached orbit. A few seconds passed from the mark, and none came. 45 seconds later, nothing. As the announcer prepared to open his microphone and announce that no confirmation had been received of the rocket reaching orbit, a subtle bleep began sounding.

      "What is it, what is it?" said the High Chancellor as she walked towards the FIDO. "Ma'am, its...we....the rocket...." stammered the Flight Dynamics Officer (FIDO) as he stared at the screen, apparently dumbstruck. "Oh for goodness sake" muttered the High Chancellor as she bent down and stared at the screen. Her eyes grew wide, and a tear of joy fell out of her eye. On the screen, a blinking sign red in bold green, 'ORBIT ACHIEVED'. Cheers erupted in Mission Control, in the engineering halls, and in the crowds outside. The INSPIRE-X test satellite had achieved a Low Earth Orbit, with telemetry confirming just that. Almost two years of work had paid off, said one of the junior engineers. Onboard the rocket, a photo of Sergei Korolev framed with platinum was separated, leaving it to float in orbit forever, to commemorate the rocket scientist. The French and Japanese scientists were given the week off with full pay, and Indonesia released the news not short after. 'After almost two years of hard work and dedication, Indonesia, thanks to her partners Japan, France, and Russia, has succeeded in launching a satellite into orbit', said Grace Natalie, CNN Indonesia CEO and news anchor. The French, Japanese, and Russian anthems were played on national television, followed by the Indonesian anthem. Thank you messages were dispatched to the Macron, Suga, and Ivchenko administrations immediately.

      So I have decided to make some structural and story changes to Korea; these largely focus on leaders; and particular events. The changes to leaders is as follows;

        - Yi Seok is King of Korea until 1996
        - King Ahnjong is King from 1996 onwards, all other King's previously RP'd are still active royal members, Yi Ki-jung is now Crown Prince and his marriage to Princess Kako is still cannon as well as their son.
        - Park Geun-hye is Prime Minister until 2008 rather than 2005
        - Lin Min-jung starts her second stint in 2008 rather than 2012
        - Kung Kyung-wha's term lasts until 2022, removing Moon Jae-in's second stint

      Pertaining to events within Korea, several sections have changed;

        - The monarchy was restored in 1987 following the June Struggle in an attempt as stablisation by a collapsing regime and a forging democracy
        - In 1993 Korea became a Confederacy rather than fully intergrating
        - In 1998 Korea fully intergrated into the Kingdom of Korea
        - 2003/4 Communist Gorilla warfare breaks out in the north, being defeated in the early autumn of 2004
        - 2005 Park Geun-hye is not removed from power and doesn't attempt to seize it either
        - 2016-19 Park returns to power, through the use of strongmanship she slowly strips the monarchy of power rendering Korea a military Junta in all but name
        - 2018/19/20 The Princely Rebellion led by Crown Prince Yi Ki-jung still takes place however his father being publicly alive means he retakes the throne
        - 2022 Two General Elections take place, the latter leaving the Justice Party as the largest party, it continues on in a minority status

It is indeed a step in the right direction and I believe Iran needs somebody new to look to for leadership other than yourself. Women have dominated the executive branch of Iran for many years now and it is a shame that it had to end with another women tarnishing the female leadership image here in Iran.       | On 24th of February, a new dawn approached the United Kingdom of Levant, as the Kingdom was formed by Queen Assala Nasri. In the month prior, a coup took place organised by the Syrian military against the ruling regime of Syria, with the al-Assads regime falling into crumbles. All the members of the family and administration were arrested by the MID, the Military Intelligence Directorate. The humiliations of previous years such as staggering economy, exclusion from MECO and the invasion and break up of the Levant has led to resentment amidst the military, resentment which Assala Nasri used perfectly. Daughter of a prominent Syrian General, and a spy for the MID in the Middle East, Assala Nasir knew exactly how to orchestrate a coup and had contacts all over the Middle East, contacts which later would become very important in the saga.

      As the regime fallen, the military was quick to place Assala Nasri as the new figurehead, strong in-belief that they could steer her in certain directions. However, in mid January, Nasri and her father, General Abdullah Nasri alongside loyal members of the MID and the Military orchestrated a coup within the Military itself, removing all and any potential threats or opposition. General Nasri took over the military commandership, and Assala took over as the leader of Syria until late January where she began the implementation of the second phase of her plan, integration of Lebanon. With Hezbollah practically dead due to very low funding, and the Lebanese government in a crisis, Assala used her contacts in Lebanon to incorporate operation "UNIFICATION", which resulted in major members of the Lebanese government being assassinated and the country falling into crisis.

      In early February, the Syrian military in cooperation with the Lebanese forces began to bring peace back as Assala met with major opposition leaders within Lebanon to offer her solution. During which time, Syrian military began to take over major strategic points in Lebanon with the corrupted Lebanese military leaders following up. By 12th of February, Assala offered an ultimatum in which if Lebanon unifies with Syria, it's integrity will be kept in tact and more importantly the opposition leaderships will get positions within her government. On 14th of February, the two countries officially united. Soon after, on 17th of February, Assala Nasri led a purge through the Lebanese military and political forces to remove all and any potential dangerous opposition that may arise. On 19th of February, Assala Nasri announced the establishment of the United Parliament in Damascus which would host political parties. On 20th of February, Assala Nasri announced that she will be crowned Queen, due to her family connections to the former Royal Family of Syria. On 22nd of February, Assala Nasri was crowned Queen, and the United Kingdom of Levant was officially formed.

      On 23rd of February, Queen Assala Nasri spoke to the people of the country, with her speech televised and publicised.

      GRETA SCHEFFNER ORDERS A TRAVEL RESTRICTION AND CRUISE LINER BAN FOR GERMAN REGISTER SHIPS TOWARDS INDONESIA

      JAKARTA - The meeting of the IPDEC did not go well. From the start, the German Government and the Indonesian Government had made steady progress for a joint operation of security against terrorism that would reinforce cooperation between both countries.

      Yet, the organisation of military cooperation in asia did not accept such proposal. While Scheffner did not make any comments about this result, the effect was more restrictions on travel to Indonesia and especially, a decree banning german register cruise liners to go into a specific area marked in red on a map made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

      There are however new talks of a military trade deal to support Indonesian efforts in combatting ISF including a possible lease of tanks and other military products. The German Ambassador to Indonesia, Michael Blonn, said that he was was confident about German-Asian relations and that the respect German has for its partners will bring trust in further cooperation in areas of security and justice.

        The Bonn Convention: Limiting the Increase in Space Debris

        Representatives from the United States of Paramerica, the Russian Federation, the European Space Agency and the People's Republic of China have convened in Bonn to hold multilateral talks regarding the possibility of limiting the increase in space debris by establishing limits on how many satellites can be launched annually by both the commercial/private and the government sectors.


        As we launch more to space than ever before, the threat from space debris gets even greater. About 28,000 debris objects are currently tracked by the Space Surveillance Networks, but millions more are estimated to reside in Earth orbit. Ranging from 1mm to more than 10cm in size, these debris objects can cause serious damage to operational satellites and other spacecraft if they collide. So how do we tackle the space debris problem?

        While there are, indeed, many methods of solving the space debris issue which grows exponentially day by day - most of which are untested in outer space, the most promising and indeed perhaps the easiest solution is through international cooperation and multilateral diplomacy. In line with this, the European Space Agency has decided to convene multilateral talks on space debris with her partners in spaceflight and the major space players, namely Paramountica, Victoria Harbor, and Peking Zhongguo. These multilateral talks on space debris have been titled as the Bonn Convention on Limiting the Increase in Space Debris. Currently being held in Bonn, Bayern kahla, the Convention is being attended by representatives from the United States of Paramerica, the Russian Federation, and the People's Republic of China. Also attending are representatives from the European Space Agency.

        Upon the opening of the Bonn Convention, the ESA representatives unveiled a list of primary objectives that must be tackled and dealt with as soon as possible. Secondary objectives are also provided but the primary objectives greatly outshadow the secondary ones in terms of imminence, effect on the planet and human society, and potential to result in great catastrophe. Listed below are the primary objectives of the Bonn Convention on Limiting the Increase in Space Debris.

      IT IS TO BE NOTED THAT THE BELOW ARE PROPOSALS AND ARE SUBJECT TO DISCUSSIONS AND CHANGE.

      > RECOGNIZING the threat posed by space debris, the Convention must decide on methods to completely prevent or slow down the increase of space debris.

      > UNDERSTANDING that the full halt of all satellite launch operations is unacceptable, ESA proposes the following for consideration by the Convention.

      >The establishment of limits on satellite launches annually, conducted by both the commercial/private and public sectors.

      >The establishment of regulations on the launching of satellites by the commercial sector, since the commercial sector launches the majority of satellites.

      > PROPOSING that the assembled nations here today provide funding towards both local and international programs dedicated to halting space debris increases.

        The European Space Agency proposes the establishment of limits or maximum quotas on satellite launches annually to reduce the exponential rate by which space debris increases every month and year. These limits will be imposed on not only the public sector, ie. government-run agencies and organizations, but also on the commercial or private sector, to both increase the effects of these limitations and ensure no unfair edge for one company or government organization. The effects of imposing such limits on commercial and public satellite launches on the economy are visible and not miniscule, but due to the exponential increase of space debris at an extremely alarming rate, it is vital that this issue is dealt with immediately and with haste.

        Another proposal by ESA, supported by scientists and engineers on the European continent, is a joint agreement by all nations convened at the Bonn Convention to provide a set or flexible amount of funding towards both local and international programs dedicated to halting the increase of space debris, space junk, and other similar objects through technologies such as catching of inoperational satellites, debris, and dead stages using spacecraft such as Paramerica's Starship vehicle or other crafts being developed by both public and private sector organizations.

        It is in the Agency's belief that the above proposal, coupled with the establishment of limits or maximum quotas and regulations on the launching of satellites by the commercial sector, as the private sector comprises of the majority of satellites and satellite launches every year, can indeed slow down the rate of space junk increases by a significant amount, should the various government involved in the initiatives decided to maintain the agreements made at this Convention.

        Space debris and its exponential growth in number is a worrying and rapidly growing situation that humanity must tackle in order to thrive as a species and eventually become an interplanetary one. However, the big first steps can be made towards solving this issue through international cooperation and commitment to agreements made to subdue the harmful effects of space debris and create a better future for humanity.

        ENABLING AND SUPPORT

        Ariane NEXT: A vision for a reusable, cost efficient European rocket

        Ariane NEXT is the next logical step for the Ariane family of launch vehicles, integrating reusability, efficiency, reliability, and ease of manufacturing into a low-cost orbital launch vehicle. The European Space Agency began full development into the Ariane NEXT concept in 2018, following the successful first launch of the Ariane 6.


        The Ariane NEXT project is a sub-family of reusable launch vehicles built around a standardized design framework and a new LOX-CH4 engine called Prometheus. The Ariane NEXT sub-family of launch vehicles follow a design approach that follows a highly standardized architecture as it will allow for a significant reduction in the development and operating costs. The launch vehicles utilize LOX-CH4 fuel combination over the LOX-LH2 combination used on previous Ariane vehicles as LOX-CH4 allows for further fuel tank communalization and simplification.

        The Ariane NEXT sub-family of launch vehicles have been classified as a mid-range medium lift launch vehicle, with decent payload capabilities to Geostationary Transfer Orbit (GTO) and Mars Transfer Orbit (MTO), as well as the usual Geostationary Orbit (GEO) and Low Earth Orbit (LEO). Below are the Ariane NEXT's main system requirements as stipulated by the European Space Agency.

        Along with these preliminary main requirements, a certain number of future missions have been taken into consideration. Compatibility with GTO missions is mandatory for institutional (government space agency) needs, along with a possible next generation for the Galileo constellation. The calculated performance of the Ariane NEXT system is listed below.

        It is to be noted that there are many other missions not identified here such as Low Earth Orbit (LEO) missions, Earth escape missions, multiplane missions, etc. On these missions there is not, as of today, requirements of performance as requested by ESA or other involved entities.

        The Ariane NEXT system will utilize the communalization of different components of the launcher along with the minimization of parts. This quest for synergy will be combined with high level design principles to limit negative effects on performance. Indeed, the need for performance combined with poor structural indexes, for instance, could lead to an increase of propellant loading. In line with this, the main architectural characteristics of every Ariane NEXT launch vehicle are as follows:

      > Every Ariane NEXT launcher will have a single diameter, but fairings may be excluded from this constraint.

      > All equipment needed to maintain or prepare the launchers will be unified among stages.

      > Sub-system technology shall be repeated as much as possible between stages.

      > All launchers will utilize a two stage to orbit design, with as few as possible optional measures to comply with all mission parameters required.

        Another main design driver of the Ariane NEXT system is the fuel combination to be used by all launchers under the system. Previously, Ariane vehicles utilized LOX-LH2 as its fuel. The Ariane NEXT system will deviate from this usual course of action to utilize LOX-CH4 as a means of enabling synergy between tanks. Using LOX-CH4 also allows for the use of low-cost engines like the Prometheus, composite fuel tanks, common bulkheads, and simplifies launch operations. LOX-CH4 also has more than adequate thermal management, which makes it suitable for long or multi-boost missions. Of course, utilizing LOX-CH4 comes with a disadvantage in the form of Isp, or specific impulse. The theoretical Isp of a LOX-CH4 fuel combined with Prometheus engines is far less than LOX-LH2 fuel combined with normal engines such as the Vulcain. This will lead to heavier launchers which require more thrust to lift off the ground.

        The key foundation of the Ariane NEXT concept is the Prometheus engine, thanks to the offered capacities of such an engine. The operation of the Prometheus engine in a cluster allows for single stick configurations (similar to the Paramerican Falcon 9). The possibility to derive the same engine both on the first and second stages will allow for a further optimization of the subsystems and ground equipment. Successful individual static fire tests of the Prometheus, which took place from 2019 to 2021, show that the newest iteration of the Prometheus vacuum engine to be capable of 1,200kN in vacuum.

        Assuming that the launcher design proves itself as efficient as possible, reusability is key to improving the cost of the various Ariane NEXT launchers. The Ariane NEXT system studies and will hopefully implement the recovery of the first stage using retro propulsion and possible design options for second stage recovery. As a consequence of the semi-reusability targeted exploitation scheme, the first stage design modification for recovery is targeting to have minimal impact on the expendable configuration and is foreseen as a kit, mounted only in the case of an attempt to recover the stage.


        Above are the three planned configurations of the Ariane NEXT sub-family of launch vehicles. On the left most side is the Ariane NEXT C600-C126 or the Ariane C600. This main configuration will be the first among the three to fly, and is capable of launching up to seven tons (7t) to GTO. 600 tons of propellant will be stored in the first stage with 126 tons for the second stage. The launcher is propelled by nine (9) Prometheus engines on the first stage with a nominal vacuum thrust of 1,200kN. All stages are at the same diameter. For this configuration the fairing will have a 5.4 meter diameter. For this configuration, two return trajectories for the first stage are envisioned, depending on the required performance for a particular mission. Return To Launch Site (at the Guyana Space Center) is the most challenging in terms of flight maneuvers and could halve the performance. Down-Range return mode of the first stage, aka close to the nominal ballistic impact point at first stage separation, makes the return phase more accessible in terms of performance degradation and flight maneuvers, but is significantly more demanding in relation to aerothermal and aerodynamical fluxes and the infrastructure required (floating device or barge capable of withstanding the landing of the booster, and all relevant port facilities). Below are the performance numbers attained by the Ariane C600 configuration.

        Below is the planned return trajectory of the first stage of the Ariane C600. Once can notice a quite important breaking boost that occurs before heat flux peak. The mission profile features a two-boost injection scheme wherein the first stage engines are not lit for the entire flight into space, but instead the rocket is 'coasting' to the point where it will conduct an orbital insertion burn.

        The second configuration in the Ariane NEXT sub-family is the Ariane C450-C103, or the Ariane C450. For this configuration, the two stages have a 4.6 meter diameter as opposed to the Ariane C600's 5.4 meter diameter. The C450 is propelled by seven (7) Prometheus engines on the first stage with a nominal vacuum thrust of 1,200kN. The Ariane C450 utilizes a to-be-designed ESA booster able to be fitted between the aft bay and intertank section, as shown below. Loading of such a booster is set to 60 tons of propellant, with each booster featuring a single Prometheus engine. This configuration addresses a small performance mission with the recovery of the first stage, medium performance in an expendable configuration, and high performance in an expendable mission with the addition of 2 to 4 liquid fuel boosters.

        Below are the performance numbers attained by the Ariane C450-C103 in some possible combinations of launch vehicle, optional side boosters, and mission type.

        The Ariane NEXT sub-family of launch vehicles also have massive growth potential. On all configurations, if an increase of performance is needed, multiple methods may be utilized to achieve a desired orbit or trajectory that is out of reach of the conventional launch vehicle. A kickstage is a particularly efficient way to gain some performance considering the two stage to orbit architectures utilized by Ariane NEXT. The second stage will end its mission at a low earth orbit, separate the kickstage and payload, and then be deorbited. The kickstage would then be in charge of raising this low orbit to reach the altitude and velocity required by the mission parameters. Kickstages are also a practical way to address multi-plane constellations with a relatively small and versatile stage. Depending on added performance, the first stage of the launcher can be recovered, thus optimizing economically the whole process. The second method is the use of boosters, as seen and mentioned previously.


        According to rough estimates, the European Space Agency expects the first flight of the Ariane C600 configuration of Ariane NEXT to take place in mid-2027 to mid-2028, as flight tests are procuring extremely good test data and are proceeding faster and better than expected. The Ariane C450 configuration is not expected to fly until at least 2030 or 2031.

        With a new leader, Irene Montero, spearheading ESA space efforts, the European Space Agency plans to accelerate the timeframe for Ariane NEXT as well as introduce new configurations to the project, such as a possible tri-core configuration that will turn the Ariane NEXT into a heavy-lift launch system.

      LA PLATA CONDUCTS AIRBORNE AND AMPHIBIOUS OPERATIONS IN ANTARCTICA

        La Plata announced it will be conducting naval, amphibious, and airborne operations in its claimed areas of Antarctica. La Plata declared that those operations do not violate the Antarctic Treaty System (ATS), especially Article I, as those operations are not meant to be military operations, but civilian and scientific ones. Indeed, those operations are meant to test out the amphibious capabilities and operativity in those difficult regions in order to both map and ease the logistics needs of La Plata’s scientific missions in the area. It is also a way to test out if airborne logistics will be more efficient than the usual naval or landing plane operations to refuel and resupply the scientific missions.

        The government of La Plata issued an official declaration and description of the operations to the Antarctic Treaty Secretariat, located in Buenos Aires since 2003, in order to prove its will and desire to respect the spirit of the Antarctic Treaty signed in 1959.

        In its declaration, La Plata describe its competitive operations between the Citizen Airforce and the Citizen Armadda where both military branches will fullfill both their scientific mission and resupplying missions before being recovered by the Armadda’s Amphibious landing docks.

        The mission will be conducted with different Platino scientific bases dispersed around the large claimed area of La Plata with a naval and an airborne mission assigned to similar regions in order to test the most efficient method of supply delivery. Quantity of supplies delivered, speed, accessibility, cost-effectiveness will all be factors calculated in the operations.

        La Plata described its claimed area as the jointly-claimed areas of its Chilean and Argentinian member-states that go back to the Treaty of Tordesillas in 1494 and since the independence of said members States on the legal basis of uti possidetis and animus occupandi. It also roots its claims on its long and permanent presence in that area since the early 20th Century with one of the earliest missions and bases in that area. La Plata also reiterates that claims are not invalid and that the Antarctic Treaty System is not a renunciation of those claims, as per Article IV of the Treaty.

        Finally, La Plata named where the operations will take place, by scientific base. It also offered international and foreign bases based in the Platino claimed area to be part of the resupply mission and transport personnel in and out of the area, as per the rotation system described in Article III.

        Secretly, the Platino High command mounted that operation to test out its new naval amphibious vessels and its new transport and air-refuelling aircrafts and to also train its troops in glacial and harsh environment. The mission will depart from the Tiera Del Fuego and Magallanes Region in the southernmost regions of La Plata's Patagonia department.

        A total of 200 Airborne troops and 200 Marines will be deployed and retrieved from:

        • 1x Xi'an Y-20 strategic airlifter

        • 1x Airbus A400M Atlas transport aircraft

        • 1x An-188 tactical airlifter

        • 2x Airbus A330 MRTT air-refueling aircraft

        • 1x Type 071 amphibious transport dock

        • 1x Hércules class Multipurpose Transport Ship

        • 1x Vulcano-class logistic support ship

        • An escort will be provided to both aircrafts and vessels up to a reasonable distance of the demilitarized Antarctic region. Retrieval include smaller vessels and helicopters

        Multiple scientific bases will receive resupplying during this operation:

        • Belgrano Base I-II-III (Amphibious and Airborne)

        • Esperanza Base (Amphibious)

        • Marambio Base (Airborne)

        • Ubany and Artigas Bases (Amphibious)

        • Frei and Escudero Bases (Airborne)

        La Plata also offered to extend its resupply and personnel rotation service to foreign powers present nearby the operations, including Brazil (Lemlar) for its Comandante Ferraz Base, Poland for its Arctowski Base, Korea (Rutannia) for its King Sejong Base, China (Peking Zhongguo) for its Great Wall Base and Russia (Victoria Harbor for its Bellingshausen Base.

        The mission is made in February, so in summer in Antarctic, in order to ease operations and safety of the deployed personnel.
