These war preparations are catching my attention.

Arlandian Parliament has decided to not be joining the war, though if attacked, will. They have also decided to give ammunition, economic help, and more rations to 7T and NCF to aid them in the fight.

Prime Minister of Arlandia, Vladimir Skhok stated in a speech regarding the war. (Translated in English)
"If things do get dangerous for the world, Arlandia must step into the war effort to evade our planet to be destroyed by merciless tyrannical nations such as the Republic of Fedantist. Yet, we can't stay idle forever if missiles are being brought into this. We can't let our world fall. We must protect it. I don't support this war, in fact I hopefully will see that Arlandia will be not present in this war."

TL;DR: Arlandia doesn't want to be in this war but will have to do something if it sees a continent ablaze and if so, will join to halt the usage of missiles or WMDs and the fighting by any means necessary.

The Foudinan Navy has declared war on the Empire. Their new vessel HMS Speinn has inflicted huge casualties over the National Brigade (the naval team at Aegean Sea). In response, Emperor has ordered the engineers of the National Military Order (organisation dedicated to create naval, air and ground vehicles) to create, in emperor's words, "to destroy an entire 40 naval team of ships with one ship". The chief, Nazrul Sangeethan, has declared a huge vessel, named KMS Sumon, to be in creating by April 12th and to be finished by May 1st.

On the ground however, the Kami0iane Army has excelled in taking the two cities of Athens and Thessaloniki with Albend troops. However, Foudinan troops may be landing soon, the General has declared a full on conquest of the region before the landings which includes the mobilization of about 4000000 more troops at Ionian Islands and even over in Konstanyye. Only future may tell however what shall happen.

At air, Kami0iane Vessel have dropped but have come back to action in Thessaloniki, Konstanyye and Valletta.
