RP: Ready or Not!
The missile strikes had proved a resounding success, far better results than anticipated, so much so that what they had done was quite literally an atrocity a quarter of a million people dead. They planned to do it again soon enough if the socialists didn't start pulling far ahead. Digging deep more old supplies and rations were sent to the Socialists, but they could tell Otyken was scraping the bottom with even bolt action weapons being shipped and stale explosives.
Scorched Kalrania
Marina Maritime reports and drone Reconnaissance found that HNRG was amassing what appeared to be an entire field army to send to Marina, while Otyken had an entire division active the ruins of this city were not of enough importance to contest such an approaching army. Those in the city did demolition with explosives to block off roads, anything still standing was toppled really and the city was scattered with landmines, traps, anti-personnel mines and other goodies such as rigging various items to explode, all of the stuff had an indefinite lifespan, then they would start falling back to Otykenese lines that had multidomain coverage, the Absukian Field army left with a ruined city and house of horrors from all the traps set.
To cover their retreat some missile trucks would fire a salvo of 20 Anti-Ship missiles at the approaching Absukian forces and scuttle the vehicles to get on the last APC or Helicopters out of Marina, and those landing craft would also need to contend with assaults from Bombers, Close Air, and Multirole fighters.
Within Providence
The retreat into the protection was located closer to Sauvaki, but still within Otarange, here they had access to better logistics, air bases, equipment, and naval support. They didn't want to give up the province just yet and called in their own high number count forces with plenty of old equipment to keep them furnished. The active division was to prepare and engineer the area for the arrival of the JCD 3rd Field Army which comprisrd of 300,000 fighters most of them fairly new but old school infantry just barely above militia and the Army also had ~10% of its force as female which was unusual for the Otykenese Army who often considered that 'scraping the bottom of the barrel' among other derogatory terms best left to imagination. They didn't expect the 3rd to see combat as it was just shaking the spear at the incoming Absukian army, but they were plenty ready to contest an enemy field army if need be and could retreat to Sauvaki to inflict attrition on the marine forces.
Dragged into the Deep end
More assaults in Sulasin, Anti-Air Missiles and air raid alarms became pretty commonplace for the factories and the workers there and the distant thump of explosions or sirens as emergency responders surged to impact sites, other times people would hold their breath as the missiles came close, but then veered wildly off course and exploded in the sand. The response wasn't too dramatic though they sent more Patrol Boats around and would frequently sink civilian ships that were suspected to have weapons aboard.

RP: Special Military Operation

While Otyken had initially said they would let the attack slide, they elected to perform a military operation in Lillita to seize the dictatorship and place it under Otykenese control. It was a smaller island nation, and while they could likely brute force it many assets were spread thin and if things went awry calling in large sums of forces for backup would prove impossible. Tasked with the mission was JAKATA the Transhuman Arm and premier Otykenese SOF, in addition they had Army Rangers, and Frogmen and HALO Paratrooper operatives at their disposal, the best and most daring forces the Otykenese armed forces possessed. Even still they had the ability to call in reasonable amounts of backup, but the operation was to be surgical and precise.

Target: Choto City (Capital)
An odd strategic choice the capital city was on a lone island joined by a northern and southern bridge and had a military base on an eastern peninsula, for a successful attack all these would need to be neutralized in rapid succession and all 10 Military installations craterized, two other bridges in the east were marked as secondary objectives as this would staunch the flow of military assets.
Bridge Strike
To cut the capital off from the rest of the country 3 submarines would resurface about 300km from the bridges and open their silos loosing 3 cruise missiles each, 6 for the north bridge and 3 for the south one the strike was performed at 2am in the morning to mitigate collateral and because of time zone differences. The quiet traffic soon met with the glass shattering thump of explosions and twisting groaning metal as the bridges supports and other key structural items were engulfed in fire, the disaster unfolding as it began to collapse into the sea below taking with it vehicles and lives. The missiles likely appeared on radar, but by then it was already too late and they were terminal from how close the Submarines had shot them from, the trio of vessels sinking down to reposition and avoid possible maritime patrols or counter fire.
Peninsula Strike
The Peninsula base was the largest immediate threat to the operation and had a detachment of 8 planes
The base to the north and south also had 8 planes, it was a suprise attack they were stealthy, and to be a hit and run, the runways were pelted with anti-runway munitions which spread out bombies and created craters, fuel supplies and hangers would be hit with bombs when applicable, the attacks were simultaneous and very short lived as they broke away almost immediately after completion, and would loiter above Choto, intercept enemy aircraft and provide close air until they were bingo fuel with some having possibility for refuel from several drones the destroyers had. Though after the initial shock and awe of a night time suprise attack they were expecting resistance soon.
Point Insertion
After the bridge and airbase strikes the SDVs, Destroyer Helicopters and Transports had a go, the skies were patrolled by a whopping 24 aircraft, but it was a narrow window and they had to secure parliament and nab the King, take control of the city and then they can begin crafting a new puppet regime here a tall order. Serves them right for bombing Otykenese airbases. The operation was taking place at night therefore they were highly reliant on Fusion-NVG, the power systems of the city would be forfeit soon enough.

The HNRG would simply try to move around the city with only sending a few personnel to make sure there aren’t any Otykenese soldiers hiding, whilst trekking towards the Otykenese frontlines they were met with anti personnel mines and all sorts of other traps. Though once they got to their lines MLRS, Artillery, Motars, and SCUD Missiles would strike onto their positions.
To make matters worse SFRH saw the movement of Otykenese soldiers out of their border of Woodrora and began to mobilize their troops, turning the war into a three-way battle where soldiers weren’t organized and perhaps Otykenese or SFRH soldiers shooting artillery at one another’s positions given there had been no established cooperation in Comms or so between the two.
HNRG began ceasing attacks on Sulasin and focused on the SFRH & Otyken fronts diverting their naval assets, Air Force, and all to those areas.
Tyimotti had been captured and Aiponii was under assault by the SFRH. Lusivu had also fallen to the SFRH. Meanwhile SFRH soldiers began probing into Kahawaii’s territory to root out resistance from the ARGH.
RP: Revelation
The HNRG went around the city, perhaps they were just being hopeful that the army would screw around in there and get blown up by traps, the tactical retreat was to get back to safer lines, fortify and ready, maybe the HNRG would give chase into what could readily be classified as a trap, but the Army half hoped they wouldn't as it would be far less bloody for both parties. This hope was cut short when the enemy started shelling them and the battle of Otarange was to commence, the largest clash since the Brennian war it was like something from the old world 300,000 vs 300,000 out in rural and wilderness areas. Those injured on both sides were tended to best they could or sent to nearby hospital ships when applicable.
Great Battle of Otarange
After the Absukians opening salvo counter battery fire would return from the gunlines, MLRS, and Mortars. Otyken had heavy duty support from the Airforce and Navy, aircraft of all types surging overhead for Reconnaissance, CAS, and Bombing runs followed by missile strikes on critical strategic assets. The battle also seem massive widespread infantry and armored engagements in the forest and grassland areas of the 3rd JCD Field Army against the HNRG Field Army, sounds of explosions and distant gunfire became ubiquitous, towns and settlements out here were levelled almost immediately from the fighting, Otyken maintained a through logistical line from Sauvaki to keep their artillery firing like crazy and churning the planet itself into a wasteland to strike absukian armor, infantry or clear out cover. Weeks and months passed as the frontlines and borders changed from pushes, Otyken sent in fleets of APCs and Helicopters for Casevac and had started rescuing Absukians from how much destruction was being wrought on both parties, Otyken sustained about 20% casualties and HNRG, 25% before Otyken managed a breakthrough with some valiant brigades and cut the armies lines in half, Mechanized Infantry and Helicopters poured through and began encirclement resulting in the surrender of the HNRG, the colossal quantity of people were taken as POWs at immeasurable logistical strain to Otyken, the several month long battle had featured so many infantry and the toll was unbelievable. The region was littered with burning wrecks of armored vehicles, mass graves, and crashed aircraft.

Even with the troops encircled the enemies went all out against Otykenese soldiers, they would fight till the last bullet or till their arms and teeth gave out on chewing out their flesh. To them surrendering to them was dishonorable and they’d rather be killed than to surrender to the people who had killed their families and ruined their nation. Though still some 110,000 HNRG soldiers were captured.
Tanks burned and vehicles were smashed apart by ordinances. Dead bodies laid or their parts scattered about. No longer able to be recognized from the sheer fighting going on.
Aiponii was soon to fall and their king had fled while the Grand Marshal of the Reclamation Government stood their ground and fought against the 2nd SFRH soldiers. Soon the HNRG was to fall and the 2nd SFRH would take its place. Meanwhile soldiers of the SFRH would reclaim Marina though only a mine ridden city full of debris and rubble. Capturing a few HNRG stragglers who were left there.

As November rolled around Aiponii had been captured by the 2nd SFRH, ARGH & HNRG sympathizers went into hiding or back to blending with the crowd while high ranking officers and politicians were purged. Still the King had went missing and was possibly laying low until the right time came to strike again. Though for now the war had been won and the 2nd Socialist Federal Republic of Honalulu had come victorious.
Though what they would inherit was a nation that could barely be called one, more so of a land that was little to reflect of the former Honulite Technate. 4 million died several millions or thousands injured, and around 16-20 million people were internally displaced.
An election between Hoa Kua Keao and Mele Lana would begin, first place taking Presidential role while the other remained as Vice President. The Technocrats and the Leftist Republicans would form a Republican-Technocrat Coalition where they form a single party system over the nation so as to remain united with somewhat of a common goal.
Would the SFRH revert back to its old ways or will it deviate from what they had been used to for a century or so? Only time will tell.
As of now the nations credit rating is abysmal with a rating of C (Terrible), unable to go beyond the debt ceiling of +110% and with interests rates up to 12.4%. Taxes and other things are to be implemented later on
RP: Unlimited Victory!
There was supposed to be a parade at the capital, nobody showed up really. Otykens fight was over in Honolulu, the 2nd SFRH had all the pieces in place and claimed victory, Otykenese forces were gradually pulled back and left in a defensive stance. Otyken would leave security forces in Otarange and Sauvaki, which they pledged to give back to the 2nd SFRH gradually, this also gave Otyken more time to clean up the last evidence of what really had happened in Sauvaki. The parade of Otykenese victory didn't get any celebrators because the populace felt like Otyken had just put down their friend and neighbor with a rock and not once made an effort to listen to them. Many believing this whole thing could've been avoided now 100,000+ Otykenese are dead and millions of Absukians even without dramatic fanfare medals and memorials were handed out and created all the same.
The citizens had a day in which ICBMs killed 200,000 of their neighbors only to go to bed and wake up the next morning and find out Special Forces had begun an invasion of Lillitia, a nation most people in Otyken didn't even know existed until they were invading it, over a bombing incident. Though the operation was substantially smaller and scale that could be deceiving as this was only the beginning.
Something Malicious Brewing
Technocracy or Military Junta? A question on the minds of many of the citizens, the government was supposed to infinitely progress science and be run by experts, but back to back wars has many wondering. While technology itself is great for winning wars through technological might, faster better manufacturing and experts making it all come together total war against the world was not the vision of the Technate and the people. Many still nostalgically remembered Altan Khan's wars sure he started the Brennus war and first Honolulu war, but those were far different they had drive and reasoning and one of them had even allowed the formation of the Technate, but the new director was not delivering and something had to change; Otyken didn't desire a new ideology as far as they are concerned what they had was key, but the inability to dispose of the leader was unacceptable at least now.
By The Numbers
The economy had shrunk to 2,650 Int$ GDP Per capita after an enormous market crash much of the cities had urban decay from lack of maintenance and missile strikes and many previous Technate marvels left non-functional and abandoned. A sharp dip in the Quality of Life from the back to back wars could not be understated. The Armed Forces assets were dwindling greatly and seldom being replaced beyond what was nessecary to defend the nation, all the while living under an oppressive regime which was dragging it's heels to marketize, the only silver lining was healthcare still remained beyond immaculate and free the cost of the Brennian war was setting in. For many it was abundantly clear that the golden age ended with the Technate dissolution.

RP: Helping
With the Honulite people now within a situation, and Sodor on the sidelines, the Commonwealth would make moves to assist, with troops from airbases both in Africa and Neuerstaat mobilized to prepare possible facilities for need of temporary accommodations should such be required. With the initial population of 8,900 Honulites in Sodor after the war of the early 2000s, Sodor would view itself as well placed to offer aid to the new state in temporarily hosting a refugee population in the Commonwealth, until such time as the Honulite government can get back onto their feet. This invitation would be capped at 30,000 for the first six months, with applications to be directed via Honulite government if latter offers aren't accepted.
Additionally, Sodor would express their own willingness to deploy CBRN equipped Marinieri engineering and S&R platoons to support relief operations in the country, with the initial offer for four Marinieri engineering and eight S&R platoons (32 to a platoon) to deploy within 3 days, contingent on the availability of a transit route for Sodorhvtisi'i landing aircraft to arrive and offload said platoons.
Offers for RyM 2.8 billion in foreign aid over 4 years ($4.48 billion) would be extended, along with the possibility of (relatively) fair long term loans to help the Honulites get back on their feet. This would be contingent on the establishment of Sodorhvtisi'i representative offices in Rothenake, Kickati and Dakari, with plans for an embassy once a capital is designated provided. Longer term plans would be able to be discussed at a later rate, once initial cooperations have been secured and Honalulu is properly reconstructed.
The success in the world cup would see celebrations across the nation, with the team feted as national heroes. The Eldamari, while not exactly celebrated, would at the least see some sympathy, even if this was a rarity among a general populace more concerned with their victory than other people losing. Such celebrations would be mirrored among immigrant populations and in foreign bases, with a general party atmosphere at the least infectious, and a number of incidents which maybe shouldn't happen happening. This would, in a surprising turn, include foreigners for once being invited to said festivities, with alcohol and food flowing freely.

With the Heldites still relatively popular (72% approval, 4% disapproval) among Sodorhvtisi'i policymakers and the general population, the Commonwealth would express interest in importing up to 6.4 million tonnes of steel (depending on how much can be sent) annually, in order to bolster domestic production of steel, or alternatively as much as Anheldac can provide as exports on a yearly basis, at an estimated RyM 2.8 billion ($4.48 billion) worth. Additionally, Arcelor mining would file interest in their own mining efforts in the country in order to produce and export Platinum Group Elements.
Africa
With Africa, Sodorhvtisi'i companies would express interest in importing 65,000 tonnes of rubber, at a total cost of RyM 71.1 million (Slightly above $113,750,000), and exporting large values of wheat and heavy industrial machinery, at an estimated 200,000 tonnes of wheat monthly and whatever heavy industry is required. Additionally, a government offer would be filed for export of 50 UDA-14 (CV9030) and 20 2A10 (BMP-3M Ataka) at an estimated RyM 70 million ($112 million), in order to divest Sodor of present reserve stock.

For Distan, interest would be in exporting large amounts of Lithium to the country, and importing small numbers of civilian goods (phones, consumer goods etc), at an estimated RyM 6.2 billion of imports into Sodor ($9.92 billion) and RyM 4.8 billion of exports out of Sodor ($7.68 billion).

With 
Naacal expressing interest in exporting population, Sodor would express interest in up to 60,000 Naacayehvtisi'i moving to the Commonwealth in order to provide support to her partner, at a discounted rate. The embassy in Yunali would express a willingness to process applications, with the pair of processing systems able to process up to 960 applications, each, daily during the normal 16 hour operating day (6 am to 10 pm, with embassy lines staffed 24/7 for emergencies). Cities like Sitka, Loksi, Kelinen, Karvee, Hofnes, Kakila, all with need for more workers in jobs which, while not well paid compared to some jobs in Sodor, does pay minimum wage (presently $38,304/year), which provides average living cost for foreigners plus an extra 60 per cent, allowing for remittances to be sent back home. This would, of course, be contingent on a yearly renewed work permit, to be upgraded after 10 years of provable residency to citizenship.
Additionally, the Kristreyri Museum of World History would express interest in buying Naacayehvtisi'i artifacts for a fair price, in order to create a permanent exhibition comparing the Western Islands of Sodor and development in island chains around the world.

RP: Abandon Ship!
The government of Naacal will agree to this and get citizens lined up for applications to move into Sodor, the full 60,000 people should certainly be doable even after many are heading to Baltocarpathia. The selling of relics as permissible, we've been on this island for so long that there are items littered everywhere and the prospect of preserving culture in the unfortunate, but not unlikely destruction of our culture at the hands of Otyken. The prospect of making minimum wage was quite exciting, the only spot to get minimum wages on the island was the service industry or working in the Otyken port town.
RP: Gold to Silver Dollar
Today, it was announced that the Empire will soon be discontinuing its Gold Dollar in favor of its Silver Dollar Currency. The stated reasons include the fact that the ultra-high conversion rate seemed to scare away potential investors and trade partners. Another reason citied was because the Gold Dollar is only really used in purchases not seen by the everyday person, a switch would not have much of an impact on the economy, especially since the Gold Dollar physical currency has been slowly removed from circulation over the past decade. Prices are not expected to change, since consumer prices were always in Silver Dollar denominations anyways.

With the request for a trade deal of rubber, the Federation agrees to the deal. They also agree to the import of 100,000 tonnes of wheat, however at the moment the Federation does not feel the need to import heavy industry machinery.

The state has maintained a state of emergency despite the immediate domestic threats having mostly subsided, the unfolding events were the culmination of multiple back to back wars, disasters, and economic destruction. Ever since the appointment of Director Aoyama the state has not recovered in the slightest from the fall of the Technate and seems to be ever sinking into a pit they may soon be unable to ever crawl out of. Furthermore the state has been afflicted by a sharply population decline caused by the excess deaths as a result of the Superportal, Famine, and Wars.
With JAKATA overseas the Director was not surrounded by the Transhuman arm, Grand Marshal Koga of the 1st JCD Unified Combatant Command (JCD-UCC) the premier front line defence of the state of Otyken composed of multi-service branch force and a staff of ~1,600,000 Soldiers across four army groups the only other time one was activated was for the invasion of Brennus, though fully mobilized the actual sum of the force would not be at the actual coup because the logistics would be insurmountable and the city just didn't have the room.
Two tank Battalion (112 Tanks) and a mechanized infantry battalion (29 APC) would begin their coup heading for the Otyken Administration Building in Otukan city clearing traffic out of the way from their advance, the Administration building after the massacre years ago had been converted to what was essentially a brutalist fortress at the heart of the largest city in the country with walls, security, guns and more. The UCC dispatched fighter jets and helicopters to secure the airspace and prevent the director from escaping, after the tanks ignoring radio the alarm was sounded within the administration building and the security force was activated to the grim realization they would be fighting their own countrymen, nevertheless they opened fire with pre-positioned guns and rocket launchers on the approaching armor turning several into burning husks only for the wall to be met with a firing line of HE shells from the swarm of tanks which destroyed it, the armor pouring into the courtyard and shooting at the defenders with their machine guns and at the administration building itself to break it and it's seemingly impenetrable security doors open. The soldiers from the APCs would dismount no turning back now and start their advance engaging in shootouts with the security force which were recognized to be SI Paramilitaries, after an exchange of thousands of rounds, grenades, and airbursts the UCC Soldiers breached the Administration building form the holes created by the now idle tanks and start shooting the place up, anyone from the old administration had got to go, the hallways became filled with body and the echo and flash of gunfire from fighting within the administration building.
Dozens of the leadership were killed from the massacre in the administration building two high ranks from the Technate were captured alive Yeong Mee-Kyong and Ayana Naran the Directors office was soon breached with explosives, it was filled with SI members who were soon dispatched at great cost. The final obstacle was the vault doors to the panic bunker of the Director numerous breaching charges and drills had to he used to eventually break into the bunker, the breaching soldiers were killed by some JAKATA Honour Guard types who began pushing back and wiped out several squads, but power armor was still no match for narrow hallway and for trigger happy special forces grenadiers which decimated the honour guard with machine gun suppressive fire from their squad gunners and peppering the hallway with grenades, the teams were sent forward again and Director Akuji Aoyama was grabbed, cuffed and dragged to the courtyard. Police forces, helicopters, swat and loyalist forces were trying to wedge their way into the city, but the UCC had it very much on lockdown with all entry and exit barred.
This had to be a spectacle the cameras were rolling and broadcasting with lots of drone recorders buzzing around the grand Marshal was brought in by helicopter which set down in the court yard, with him was the traitor Myo Eui who knew the layout of the building and all the hideaways and bunkers, the Marshal was adorned with many medals primarily from the two Honolulu wars as the JCD didn't fight in Brennus, he had an ornate ceremonial uchigatana. His first order of business was to draw his handgun and execute Myo Eui, putting a bullet through her head and she crumpled to the floor instantly and awkwardly, the soldiers didn't flinch they knew it was coming she served her purpose. In traditional fashion he motioned to get a block in place and the soldiers put one down and laid the Directors head on it, the Field Marshal unsheathing the sword, there was nothing to be said. He brought the sword down beheading the director whose body convulsed and sprayed gore on to the court yard. He motioned for the other two women to be brought over wiping the blood off the sword on the shoulder of one. And sentenced them to life imprisonment.
Civil Conflict: Battle of Otukan
Following the execution of the director; SI forces and Loyalist forces converged on the occupied Otukan city which was being heavily fortified by the UCC the loyalist forces included aircraft, tanks, artillery, armored vehicles, and infantry. Snow fell on the city of Otukan which had substantial portions of it dropped or destroyed, the bombs per capita the loyalist forces released was totally unreasonable. But now there was a new cabinet and the people had played a hand in choosing their own fate, the elections were far from fully fair, with the pool still being of eligible experts, it was shocking that it wasn't until an entire unified combatant command broke the door down on the administration building that anything changed. The flare up of a civil war war short-lived, nobody really wanted to die for the administration after what had happened in Honolulu and thus dissipated quickly. The execution of Myo Eui was met with some backlash for being excessively draconian, nobody questioned the beheading of the former Director. Groups within the state had began pushing for faster adoption of mixed marketism to help rebuild some of the life many remembered from the Technate era citing that the previous director was dragging his heels intentionally to maintain control over all supplies to continue directing efforts to war. The removal of the director was seen by many as the ultimate step forward in escaping a bottomless pit, and that the reformed Technocratic Party will rebuild the nation guided by scientific principles and unmatched expertise, and perhaps even closing the super-portal to end the portal storms.
