And in the situation that the plane is shot down the soldiers must parachute down and not be shot by the artillery while in the air. The naval training also intensifies, with the ships fake shooting each other just like the bomber exercise where it'll send a signal to the ship, and when the ship is "sunk" soldiers must get the inflated raft out of a room near the stern of every ship and get out with them riding the raft. The Third Imperial Army spends over 2.5 billion nanoes (5 billion us dollars) on the trainings. Due to Luwuia's disregard for any life, watchtowers are set up near the Luwuian exercise, in which the snipers in the watch towers promise not to shoot if they dont kill anyone or them.
The Nonadian government watches it happen, and the government buys more newly constructed B-2 tanks, 700 of them to be exact. RP: Island patrols
With the details of the deal completed, the EFN Sword Fleet has begun maritime patrols and preparations into the long-term security operations in order to protect The snake rivers tribes as per negotiated.

RP: Military basing and Access.
Seeing how Luwuia is causing mayham and an attempt at War. Icewindia offers Nonadian Government a solution. Give Icewindia Bases in area of Trouble. That way Luwuia wont risk to break the Icewindian Non-Agression pact. AA Defenses will be made and if given permission to shoot down any.... Unidentified Flying Objects or Missiles they could indirectly help with other problems.
Bases on the Border Regions to Deter Luwuian Agression seems like a good offer. Icewindia in exchange wants naval Access/Basing rights and Military Troop Access. As both have a strategic interest in the Region. Furthermore Icewindia wishes to ally Nonadia to protect it from unwanted northern aggression. Icewindia also encourages Nonadia join the TNL as it would offer alot more protection then the WMP is providing.

RP: jan 31st, a day that will forever be remembered
The Luwuian missiles hit the outskirts of the city of Swanie, population 25 million. The explosion killed 15 citizens and injured 130. The later fire injured 300 citizens and killed 20 people. Empress Lovin II immediately responds after the news reached the Nonadian News Network, and without even a vote in the senate, Empress Lovin ll signs a declaration of war with Luwuia. A warning is sent to the soldiers taking place in the exercise.
"Leave the area or face no mercy"
200 N-79 bombers quickly leave the runways in a 24 hour period, and in the dead of the night come out, showing no mercy to the border and bombing industrial areas of Luwuian border towns. But the bombings stopped and the bombers returned home at dawn in order to not be shot. Estimated causalities for the bombers are 60 N-79 bombers due to artillery shots. Fighting stops and it seems the Third Imperial Air Force is giving Luwuia a shot at proving them wrong.
Artillery is built around all cities with a population above 6 million, which costs 500 million nanoes (1 trillion USD). The Homeland Defense group of soldiers is put to work in which they run the artillery 24/7 with soldiers serving a day shift and others serving a night shift.
The Icewindian request is surprisingly refused, with just one sentence reaching Icewindia.

RP: Retaliation
The bombing raids damaged 350 Million dollars worth of Industrial Area. In response, the Luwuian Airforce has launched a series of airstrikes against Enemy industrial assets. approximately 40 UAV Drones were used to conduct these airstrikes all equipped with 2000Ibs JDAM's. National Guard Forces near the border have sustained moderate to severe casualties totaling 40 KIA and 200 Injured. The 23rd Brigade Combat Team, 7th Infantry Division of the Army has begun moving to the border with Nonandia after their base, which is approximately 45 miles away from the border was put on Red Alet and ordered to mobilize ASAP. Once they reach the border in approximately 52 Hours they will begin heading inside enemy territory where they will establish a Forward-Operating-Base.
The Airforce has begun setting up routine air patrols with F-34 Stealth Fighters along the Border and around Major Luwuian Cities along with activating Autonomous-Air-Defense-Systems in Major Cities as well. Special Forces, Most notably the 1st-SFOD-Alpha are being briefed on Operations to be conducted such as Sabotage and Special Reconnaissance.

RP: Alert Level 1 Declared by DOD
Upon Alert Level 1 being declared by the Department of Defense, all Active Duty Luwuian Military units are beginning to mobilize (3 Million Men in total) with full mobilization expected to be reached within a couple of months due to the number of soldiers being activated. Luckily, 99% of the Luwuian Military is in Luwuia currently with the other 1% being in Great Eastern Esta and Kavastor. The Luwuian Navy has begun organizing into Task forces and will be ready for orders within 48 hours.
RP: War is a Dreadful Thing
In accordance with the Neutrality Act of 2104, no military aid is going to be sent to Nonadia. Having said that, the Chancellor has permitted the transport of civilian supplies, food and medical aid. Continuing along the policy of neutrality, Chancellor Gerissen has requested that all aid sent be used purely for civilian uses, and kept out of the hands of the military. All aid sent is purely to be used to help the general public, who he believes to be the true victims of war.
Gerissen also urges both Nonadia and Luwuia to seek a peaceful option if possible. The war started due to negligence, and that negligence can only result in the innocent deaths of thousands. Many of these victims will be civilians, who have no say in the war and are entirely innocent.

RP: Luccists Collapse; Vasille Luca Captured in Gaesti
Following the internal fracture of the April Revolution, culminating in the Georgisti August Revolution, the Luccists were significantly outnumbered. Now, with Federalist supplied weapons and air support, the Georgisiti have successfully taken Bucuresti and Oradea, kicking the Luccists out of western Rumania and forcing them further toward Iasi. From that point on, the Luccists never had a chance, the vastly better equipped Federalists and Georgisti ran the remnants of the Revolutionary Guards to Targoviste where the vast majority of them surrendered, effectively killing the Luccists. Vasille Luca, knowing the revolution is over, fled south from Iasi in a helicopter with his cabinet, but ran out of fuel in Gaesti, where they were recognized by a group of counter-revolutionaries and handed over to the Georgisti, who have imprisoned him until they can organize a trial.

In a stunning turn of events, peace was reached in the Shahuan Harbor Talks between Luwuian President Josh Hoffins and Prime Minister Wei Wuxian. The terms of the peace negotiations called for the release of the four imprisoned bio-synthetics of 
Kemonomica in return for the Xin-Fael Federation recompensating the Luwuians for the four ships sunk during the Askschoss Incident. In addition, a non-aggression pact and free trade deal was signed between the two nations, marking a normalization in relations.
The agreement drew a surprising amount of ire from the public who chastized the current administration for appearing weak by reimbursing the Luwuians and agreeing to sign onto an economic deal so readily. While Wei Wuxian's government secured a victory in the 2112 elections, his party, the Harmonious Unification Party, lost more than a thousand seats in the Legislative Yuan to the Progressive People's Party and United Arm of the Federation Party, the rising communist and authoritarian parties respectively. Despite a complete cessation of war, the government has opted to continue its military buildup, which has brought further criticism for the exhorbatant amount of spending being poured into several major R&D and construction projects. Already, dissident elements have been on the move. Around major cities in the Federation, spray-painted propaganda calling for the removal of the Prime Minister has been found. In an effort to reduce the reimbursements that the Federation would have to pay. Some the First Speaker Elvira Dmitrievna has transported a plane carrying cold hard cash with it. The means of obtaining this amount of money was unknown as it was being transported in cash which leave little to no money trail. Either by government corruption or extortion of its corporations and its own people.
There was a catch though, in which this money would be able to clear the reimbursement or at least some to most of it. Though so long as Kemonomica brings in or allows aerospace scientists and engineers to work in Kemonomica as residents or dual citizenship through means of undergoing citizenship process. If they have got enough of their needed resources and expertise to dive into this project and still have a bit of surplus. The government has also requested to purchase weaponry, materials, property or something of material value to at least get rid of the cash and in return Kemonomica gets materials and Fiercewood gets money some, most of all needed for the reimbursement.

The Imperial Way Faction along with several other parties have been wanting to protect the unique Techno-Organic environment of Kemonomica bestowed by Unit-04. There had been several oppositions to this such as the Board of Tranquility stating that the creation of Techno-Organic Public Parks will limit the prosperity of corporation though the IWF has defended their side of the argument, saying that it'll add a new form of law enforcement such as 'Rangers' who will act under the National Public Safety Commission as a branch known as 'Public Security Section 10' that'll protect these Public Parks from corporates or private individuals.
