RP: Shadowing.
The Food stockpiles in Bases deeper in Kowen are loaded heavier then usual and Ammo Stockpile increased by 20% unlike the last Garrison who was pure infantry at the docks, 2,000 Motorized and 300 Light Tanks are being offloaded to help reinforce coastal bases just encase bases inland need a breakout. Kowenian Army Infantry Patrols suddenly spot Patrols being done by the Forts inspecting the layout of the land and drawing up maps and communicating to command. They Salute to passing by Patrols and give locals Chocolate Bars and Candy. They have translation books as they speak Broken North Kowenian dialect. It seems an program is in place trying to befriend the locals. However also expand Presence of Icewindian Imperial Forces.
Meanwhile the Entire Icewindian Fleet Shadows the North Kowen Coast Guns aimed at the coast for..... so called "Show of Might" purposes.
Emperor Hemlock arrives on Dropship in Power Armor the 10 feet Behemoth of an Man with 12 members of New Task Force 141 a Special Forces unit tasked with multitude of things... this time its Protecting the VIP, Hemlock. Emperor Hemlock arrives at the coast waiting for the Head Consul Pak Chong-Ho to arrive. Locals can note Hemlock is painting by the coast his fleet. Special Forces unit however are in defensive positions and are keen aware for possible sniper positions and or pre-set explosives as they sweep the area being cautious.

Horse Teams begin to race off toe to toe at first however it seems Playboy Prince is in the lead.... But Prince Ironsides is catching up along with Paw Paw the Wolfinite and Wolfenstien Von Strasse. The Crowd is cheering as they begin to circle the bend nearing Halfway point and suddenly Wolfenstien Von Strasse's horse takes the lead but begins to Foam at the mouth blood before collapsing tossing Wolfenstien Von Strasse forward and landing in the dirt. Seems he pushed his Horse to death. Prince Ironsides stops and helps Wolfenstien Von Strasse up off the Track. It seems Its just Paw Paw and Playboy Prince now.
RP: Education Selection.
For now they will wait until the Prince is old enough to attend any of those... However his Mother leans towards the Imperial Naval Academy while his Father leans towards the Imperial Military Academy. However Catherine has been known to be one to save Money where it can be saved and she has been applying Citizenship so her and her son can be considered Blayredeshian Citizens so the Academy's can be cheaper rather then expensive Out of State/Out of Country Price Tag.

RP: Troops pull and they are in confusion
ICN: Troops are being pulled out in Icewindia but they are in confusion as to if they won or not. The Council thinks this is a victory for the comarakans but a small group of the citizens known as the workers of war thinks its a failure. Never the less the troops are happy to be out of there but the Council will kjeep an eye on Icewindia
RP: Major Hit
As the race between Prince Wilhelm and Paw Paw intensifies; many within Blayredeshia have been watching and listening to the race on their televisions and radios as everywhere from bars to military bases to the palaces of the nobility have set up platforms to view and listen to the race. Many estimate that hundreds of millions of Blayredeshains are watching the race with excitement as they cheer for Prince Wilhelm and his horse Littlepage.
RP: Suggestion
With news of Catherine attempting to obtain citizenship for her and her son; a small controversy was sparked as many of Blayredeshia's populace are opposed to the notion of a non-human who they believe to not even be a member of any Judeo-Christian faith gaining citizenship. To appease the more xenophobic elements of the populace; Grand Admiral de la Croix's Office issued a statement clarifying that as long as the Prince were to attend either the Military or Naval Academy and then serve for at least 5 years in the respective academy's military service then the cost of the Academy would be free of charge.
RP: Invasion
The Lirana Aerial Force begins flying to engage the Schismians over Embark. With Hymn Island fallen, a directive is sent to Liranaholm to send another Strike Group to help build up numbers, along with resources to help build an operating base on Hymn Island. The items are expected to arrive in a couple of months
In the meantime, should the AF triumph against the Schismians, they are to harry the Schismian troops at Embark, as the Marines are held back until the outcome is found.

The bombing does heavy blows to the socialists, whom were expecting an immediate charge from the Blayredeshians and their hastily composed defensive line takes heavy casualties from the artillery, losing over 16,000 to the incoming shells. As the bombing ends, the socialists respond with their own salvo before attempting to pull the APC's further up and turning the armoured push right to target the Blayredeshian infantry.
RP: Applying Pressure
In response, the Blayredeshian Tanks begin to further press their flank with Tanks in the rear moving to the left to try and envelope the Socialist flank while the Infantry brace in the center for the APC assault while their artillery and mortars open fire to slow the APC advance as the furthest right of the Blayredeshian flank continues to try and further encircle the Socialists for their eventual pincer movements. Casualties are expected to be high depending on where the Socialists press their advance.

The Lirana Republican Army (Leftist terror group) has recently been noted to have an uptick in their missile attacks, with previous launches from the West of the nation, and the Sulin Mountains, having meen all intercepted by Iron Done systems, with the exception if a couple of shots during repairs. Nowadays, the occasional missile gets through 2 or 3 times a day, with some even impacting populous areas, including a recent one which hit a high rise building in Western Lutrillia. With some 13 dead, the Army has begun work on a counter-terrorism battalion, tasked with operations against terror groups in Liranaholm.
Any mention of being included in the Battalion will lead to arrest and military trial. At present, but one member has been arrested under this law, and sentenced to 23 years in prison for revealing the names of themself, as well, as 7 other members.

The Science council sends a audio file of the chirping to their language division back in the main laboratories, and after being run through the LangCrakA (Language Cracker, AI), use the machinery within the drone to send back to the spider drones a series of not exactly the same kinds of noise, and much slower, but hopefully close enough to be understood.

After around a day of random exploration, the smart shibes returned to Shobeisnice and started building small houses in empty lots and back alleyways. A census was preformed, and they counted a lot more than 100. The shibe census in Shobeisnice counted over 3000 smart shibes building homes throughout the city. After examination by scientists, it seems that the shibes can call to each other and go to places together. It is unknown how many of the Shibe-2194S species is in Doge Land.

This month we had the pleasure to sit down with a relatively new nation in XKI, Free Las Pinas, and chat about their work in the new XKI Cards Coop that launched recently within the region. Aside from within the Coop, FLP works assisting the XKI Casino, as Ambassador to Texas, and as Deputy Senator for Lyonnesse East.
GK: Thanks for doing this FLP, why do you talk about how you ended up in XKI?
FLP: Like everybody else, I began with founding my nation, which was pretty boring. I did everything most of us probably did. Once I was done with the issues and reading the new policies, I noticed I had a few telegrams. I read through a few and laughed, but what I really liked in particular was this one I got that mentioned me being “a hot commodity”. After reading the telegram in full, I decided to see what 10000 Islands was all about, and thought huh, white-sand beaches and blue-green waves? This region is perfect for me [my nation being an archipelago and all]! So I hit the join button and never looked back.
GK: Of course! Obviously you quickly got involved here, especially in cards, what/who got you into trading cards?
FLP: A few days after my founding, I created new puppets, because I got really bored of waiting hours to answer issues. I soon also applied for the Cultural Office Assistant position, and one thing led to another, I was handling about 50 nations, with half of them devoted to the Cultural Office. With that many nations, I quickly got involved more with cards and I began farming every single day.
GK: So, then what exactly do you do in your new role as a Cards Coop Administrator?
FLP: As of now, I handle the Co-op Mentorship program, wherein I assign members to a mentor and I also teach Co-op members who are new to card farming. I also help in processing recruits, and I’m soon going to handle our Shared Transfer Card System.
GK: Can you explain what the Cards Coop is for those who don't know?
FLP: The Co-op is XKI’s own cards-based organization that stockpiles legendary cards and cards of significant Islanders. We’re mostly based around cooperation, wherein we help each other build collections by allowing members to request any card on our Co-op farms.
GK: Overall, do you feel like the Cards Coop has boosted regional card activity?
FLP: Definitely! These few weeks, we’ve seen individual deck values nearly double or triple for some nations. I became the first Islander to reach 2000 DV on a single nation, then HS beat that record and broke 2500 DV, and now we have Constantinolia who broke 3000, 3500, and now, 4000 DV. Additionally, Megistos has decided to begin on their own NS Sports card collection, which is off to a good start with their massive hoarding of Vilita and Turori cards, wherein they have double the amount that even Vilita has!
GK: That's fantastic! I know the Coop has adopted a more community style of organization and contribution. How do you think the cooperative community model of the Coop impacts the way it functions?
FLP: This cooperative model allows us (the card farmers) to work more flexibly, and again, easily build up collections and contribute to the region. To expand on what I said earlier, Megistos wants to create an NSS card collection. However, it can be exhausting to farm on a hundred puppets every single day, which is where the Co-op comes in. We have a rule of not selling, gifting, or junking cards until 72 hours have passed. This is so our members have an adequate amount of time to look through the cards of other Co-op members and request any cards they'd need for their collection.
GK: Very interesting. Are there any goals for the XKI Cards Coop for the upcoming future?
FLP: One of our goals would be to create an efficient cooperative cards program for any resident of XKI. What I mean by this is that we'd want to give our members access to a huge supply of cards to build up their collections. It's important not only because it creates a community in itself, but also because of the potential incentive for new players looking to create a huge card collection or help out around the region. We've started off with the Mentorship program, wherein HS and I suggest scripts and give tips on how to farm more efficiently, how to transfer more bank, etc. How I see it, there's no big rush on this. While I know it'd be fun to host events and have some fun with our legendary cards stockpile, I'd prefer we take it slow. After all, if we party now, we'll have nothing left for later!
GK: Those sound like great goals, and definitely good long term planning for the future. To wrap things up on a lighter note, what's been your favorite lucky pull so far?
FLP: By far, it has to be when I pulled a Testlandia. It was one of the first legendary cards I pulled, and when I saw that huge spike in my deck value, I couldn't help but keep going!
RP: And the answer...?
...no answer. In fact, the Science drone trying to 'communicate' with the spider drones only made the situation worse soon.
The chirping would tone down, only to bring false hope for the Science team in charge of the drone. Though, as the Worker's melodies toned down, and silence began to grow, just for it to be quickly replaced by heavy, metallic feet echoing through the one of the bigger tunnels. The worker drone that was initially exchanging a stare down with the Science drone, long scuttled away into one of the many tunnels as the thundering hooves of whatever the hell, was drawing nearer and nearer.
The Colony in charge of the spider bots has deemed the Science bot for trying to 'communicate' with them, a foreign entity from another colony. Henceforth, it shall be sentenced to destruction.
Soon, the source of the echoes revealed themselves.
Three massive drones (Hunters), taller than a average human have emerged from three different tunnels. All three tripedal, and aggressively moving towards the Science drone once it appears on their vision.
Seeing how small the foreign drone was, one of the big drones just simply rushed towards it, with the intention to crush it.
Meanwhile the Science drone just aswell manages to get a nice view of the bigger ones, before one of them dangerously comes too close, as it raised one of its leg in an attempt to bring it down onto the smaller foreign drone.

RP: Debates
After the census of the Shibe-2194S species, a new topic of debate has appeared- lifting non-human policies. The Non-Human Accord, signed by government officials in 2113 (ADB), dissolved the SOCD and put in strict policies on non-humans. It had stripped away citizenship rights from around 1.5 million people and put near-absolute travel bans in place. Since then, the travel bans have been stripped away, but the DoC is still there. People are calling for the government to fix the non-human policies, and their views on non-human nations like Dwarf land4. The Senate has a meeting planned in an hour to vote on the repeals of these policies.
The Crew numbering a few dozen decide to ascend upto the castle hoping that they can take the castle along with anything inside and re-establish a connection with the main laboratories. They get their packs out of the helicopters and scuttle the helicopters knowing that if they can't re-establish a connection their dead anyhow.
They dont really proceed with caution until they are halfway upto the castle, at which point they draw their weapons and begin keeping a close watch on their surroundings.

Protests sparked by Wendel's announcement continue through the month. The growing crowds draw attention from across the nation, with many urging the leadership for something to be done. Moritz Larenz, President of the North Fenland Executive Council, remains silent on the matter. Theories about his belief towards Fen Nationalism run rampant. The Chancellor has yet to speak publicly on the growing problem in Fenland, though his cabinet has been seen in the past week meeting increasingly often.
The day is calm, with little rain. The sky is clear, while a few news helicopters can be periodically seen taking shots of the streets below.

Counter-protests spring up in Pforzheim. These grow further in numbers and intensity, with Evacasian flags waving high above them. The police force begin to deploy in large numbers throughout the city, setting up blockades and barricades to separate the protesters from each other. Much of the city is slowed to a halt, with trams and light rails completely shut down. Strikes begin to take place, particularly from badly affected groups such as bus and taxi services.
There is a constant hum in the air. Media helicopters from all across the country converge on the capital, recording every second of the unfolding situation.

Fires begin, the perpetrators unknown. They remain small in scale for the time being, though the fire service is now stretched to its limits. Insurance companies receive a barrage of calls, with many employers seeing massive losses early in the week. Many police lines are broken; the numbers just aren't there to man every barrier needed.
"Look, I'm not... look, see... will you just!? Yes, the situation will be controlled. It will be dealt with. How will I do it? Well, just watch me." - Larenz spoke quite cryptically in a recent interview. The heated conversation devolved quickly, with many members of the public outraged at the leader's lack of clarification and belligerent tone.

The skies of Pforzheim are covered in a thick fog. The Executive Council Headquarters were set alight late in the night, with the fire spreading rapidly across the administrative district. Multiple platoons of Evacasian soldiers can be seen entering, assisting the emergency services in their operations. They remain in a purely supportive role for now, however their presence is seen by many as an unwelcome addition in the already tense situation.
"I believe he will do the right thing, I'm willing to support him. No, I don't think it's out of control. He knows what he's doing. He'll do just fine, Pforzheim will remain a great city." - Chancellor Gerissen speaks for the first time on the protests. He attempts to strike a reassuring tone, though the fact that the Chancellor himself must respond is worrisome to many outside the city.

5,000 soldiers march into the main square. 10 centurion tanks rumble up the concrete plaza. 5 air corps helicopters cut through the air. "A curfew is in place. All citizens must return home by 8pm. All found outside will be detained. A curfew is in place. All..." - loudspeakers at blockades blare out the message to the people. Fire consumes many governmental buildings. Rocks are hurled at military and police, tear gas is thrown in return. Within just 5 days, Pforzheim as fallen into a state of panic.
"This is what we fight for! This is why we are here! We are people, not animals! We shouldn't be herded into pens, we deserve to be free! We deserve to live! We are Fenland, and we will not be silenced!" - Wendel gives speeches to the angered crowd, riling them up further.

Gerissen: "There is nothing I can do, the sit-"
Interviewer: "No, no, Chancellor, this is outrageous. This is ridiculous."
Gerissen: "I don't like it either, but it must be done. The circumstances demand it."
Interviewer: "But we are in peacetime! What about the neutrality act!? That milestone piece of legislation you fought so hard for?"
Gerissen: "I've already told you. There is no other choice. Pforzheim is at boiling point right now, we must do everything we can to calm the situation."
Interviewer: "I understand that. But, Chancellor..."
Gerissen: "There is no other way. The War Measures Act is what we need. It had to be passed."

Emperor Hemlock re-assures the Comarakans that they won a Victory and the Icewindians and Dharkolfians will thank them.

As the race continues to the final turn. Paw paw gets neck and neck with Prince Wilhelm and the two cross the finish line. Paw Paw celebrates a victory and the Wolfinites Cheer thinking hes a Victory however Emperor Hemlock is not convinced and demands the Finishing Photo Be Revealed. To Which they Find Prince Wilhelm's Horse By an Half Inch Crossed First. The Race Announcers rennounce Paw Paw's Victory and instead announce Prince Wilhelm won the Race.
Prince Ironsides would cross the Finishline in 3rd with Wolfenstien on his horse and win the Sportsmanship award.
Emperor Hemlock invites Prince Wilhelm to Aurora for Dinner and Party for being the Victor. Emperor Hemlock hints they have much to discuss.
RP: Suggestion
The Two give no clear answer. Only that behined diplomatic closed doors Hemlock states that given the history of betrayal of both Himself and his Wife.... that if would be a shame if Napoleon Grew up hearing these stories and was denied Blayredeshian Citizenship because of his Species. That if anything giving his Son Napoleon Citizenship would be a step forward in mending the Relationship between the two countries....As Hemlock is the forgiving type. His Wife not so much. That If Grand Admiral de la Croix wants to have the Future Emperor Grow up with a Negative view on Blayredeshia and TNL That is on him to decide. Hemlock states that it will be a few years before Crown Prince is old enough to attend Education yet. That they will let Grand Admiral de la Croix think on that for a bit as he has time to decide.

However the Castle seems relatively abandon....

RP: Inspiriation
Meanwhile on Tatoon Island, word of the instability and revolution in Evacasia was the final spark to the gasoline puddle to kickstart a revolution at home. The Halloween Uprising sparks with the majority Aslanian Population (a lion species native to the island as it as a Savannah like climate) in the city of Tatoon and quickly spreading across the Island, the protests were at first peaceful demonstrating an end to the war in East kowen and bringing troops home, but soon, things got violent when local Radical Wolfinites began harassing Aslanian Protesters by firing airsoft guns and slingshots from afar and on rooftops, one thing led to another, and violence erupted in Tatoon with riots and lootings. The Wolfinite flag has been burned by the protests with now demands of greater autonomy as a Republic within the nation (like Russia's Republics) with the Protesters flying their own flag that is a tricolor of black and orange with an Islamic Symbol in the center. The Halloween Uprising is in full swing as the Wolfinite Government declared a curfew and martial law as 2,500 marines are sent to contain the uprising they are told to lethal force if absolutely necessary...it only depends how Kalrania reacts if things get better or things escalate.
