Palcania wrote:But wait, how does all the future Marvel movies work?

Okay, yeah, it is, but if you think about Endgame’s use of time travel for a couple of seconds, the ending starts to sour just a little bit. Endgame uses a theory of time travel that’s pretty different from that of most other movies, which posit that changing the past also changes the future. Endgame says that if you change the past, you create a new parallel universe that branches off from the moment you changed said past — but when you travel into the future, you return to your original future, not the new one created by the changes you made in the past.

How though?

They utilise the "Quantum Realm" way of time-travelling.

It's quite difficult to comprehend it but apparently, in the Quantum Realm, space and time are believed to be irrelevant.

According to Ant-Man, 5 years, in reality, felt like 5 minutes in the Quantum Realm.

As the Kingdom of Oannia did not receive any confirmation from the aforementioned countries after the coup, the government of Oannia decided to abandon Jean Staller in the east of the nation, in the middle of nature 30 kilometers from the neighboring country Pinguioris, so that he dies of starvation and therefore the government does not directly kill him physically.

"Such harsh treatment of a rival is unsurprising in a monarchy. That's why many of my colleagues and I wholly oppose such illogical governments as a single rich person controlling a whole country. They do what they want, and you live or die at their whim. It's disgusting. How can anyone claim to be the highest position of judgement, of morality, essentially, in a country when they have sentenced a man to starve to death in the wilderness. ...What? Oh, well, yes I have placed some small part of the army near the border. Do I think he can make 30 miles? No, definitely not, or at least it's quite unlikely. Either way, this is a cruel punishment, even if it is for a coup. Especially a coup in a monarchy. Kings and Queens do not have the right to rule anyone. They're merely relics of the past, when top-down economies were the only way to keep production high enough for everyone to not starve, and to maybe even trade it. It's a simple government. Too simple. Too easy for a sociopath or someone with a different mental illness to end up ruler. I mean, look at Cameot. They have a president, and he's still caused enough international grief to start a war. Granted, the war was started by another monarch, but regardless, I hold that monarchies are unstable because monarchs are unstable. It's too much power in one person's hands." - President Jacob Lamais, comments on the failed coup of Oannia.

True.

Wait, so if Josip Broz Tito was Slovene-Croat, why do Serbs view him as a role model 🧐

Still pretty ironic, as Serbs hate Croats and Slovenes. Almost everybody in the area except for Montenegro.

SR RP:
the caravan of fuel trucks that would have been used to fuel the rocket for the E.O.S. project have crashed after a bridge collapsed, only five miles away from the lunch site. none of the drivers were hurt, but all the fuel was lost, so the launch will need to be delayed for a few days. (OOC I don't have time to make a quality RP post tomorrow)

Our point precisely. A larger Yugoslav identity allowed, at different graduations, for ethnic tensions to be reduced, most prominently during Tito’s rule (autocratic enforcement measures aside)...

Yugoslavia under Tito had a successful ideology that other Yugoslav rulers couldn't replicate.

Well ... the king of Oannia does not rule, but reigns, he is a (living) symbol of the nation, like the flag or an anthem. We have also been informed that Jean Staller is still alive and the government regrets having starved him. This fact shocked many people because if the death penalty is correct or not, in which the government does not have it legally, there are demonstrations to try to change the legislature. Staller is currently in jail for a new trial, which will follow the outcome of the upcoming elections to be held shortly. Also, we are not interested in a war so I would appreciate if your soldiers leave the border, and I would like us to improve our diplomatic relations, it will be one of the main things if I win the elections. The monarchy will also be discussed since there are members of my party who are against and others in favor. Thanks for reading the letter
Yours sincerely, Juan Andrés Stone Domínguez, member of the UPlib party, who voted against the horrible sentence.
