The specific target is the mountain fortress of Utando. This is a fortress situated on the peak of a mountain. The fortress itself has a perfect defense. The Democrats begin the bombardment of the fortress, while sending wave after wave of troops to assault and capture the fortress. This new strategy is called the 'creeping barrage'. So if I am correct the Northern most part of SR Heulia reaches 17.3 Degrees South. The southernmost part is 26 Degrees South.
