The Serranians were an ethnicity that supported anarchism and wanted to completely destroy Ecumenopolis their culture was full of ideals to destroy ecumenopolis. They were also meddling with terrorists and killing civilians, now you may say "All of them weren't bad"well only a very small minority of serranians weren't bad and yes that is right.
