Yes, I just came back from my run. Well, it was raining terribly and it was slippery so it was more like a very brisk walk, but I never stopped and did the full two hours.
Don't know if there's any correlation between walking and mental health, but from my own empirical evidence I do feel much better when I'm outside breathing heavily and have the blood bumping through my arms and legs as opposed to when I'm just sitting like a car that needs its oil changed in front of a computer.

Don't we all? It's like the long list of things I told myself I'd do during quarantine of which I did exactly two and spent the next year or so in bed, lamenting over my lack of motivation. So, fun times all in all.
