The Federation of Logical Paradox is a gargantuan, efficient nation, ruled by Leader with a fair hand, and notable for its unlimited-speed roads, vat-grown people, and infamous sell-swords. The hard-nosed, democratic, humorless population of 38.867 billion Logical Paradoxians are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whomever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

The tiny government juggles the competing demands of Education, Administration, and Healthcare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Logical Paradox City. Income tax is unheard of.

The frighteningly efficient Logical Paradoxian economy, worth an astonishing 12,984 trillion MUS a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a slick, highly efficient, quite specialized black market in Information Technology and Tourism. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an amazing 334,074 MUS, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Funeral mourners ridesharing with the deceased are encouraged to sit on the coffin to save room, the suicide rate mysteriously skyrockets during census years, human sacrifice to the metaphorical altar of Mammon ensures national prosperity, and the nationalised Arms Manufacturing Industry is not interested in making weapons. Crime, especially youth-related, is all-pervasive, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. Logical Paradox's national animal is the ferret, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Logical Paradox is ranked 135th in the world and 1st in Discordia for Smartest Citizens, with 397.97 quips per hour.
