I am immensely honored to present to you, albeit a little early, my First Quarter report for His Majesty's Government. I am insurmountably honored to be surrounded by a team of highly dedicated Cabinet Ministers and Members of Parliament who have thus far proven to be incredibly helpful.

As per usual, I have established and operated a highly collaborative and involved government; one where every voice is acknowledged and decisions are made through a thorough process. We have realized once more my vision for the executive, one that is easily accessible to the people, and where outcomes are community focused and driven.

Lord Speaker Gothic vandelia has continued to provide me with assistance across all Ministries and/or Departments to support new implementations and projects and has assisted me greatly. In addition, His Royal Majesty Apostate also deserves acknowledgement for welcoming me back with open arms after my brief hiatus.

Minister The united federation of amestris is deserving of special recognition as well, due to her leading a Ministry that has never before existed, both in The Wolf Clan and NationStates as a whole.

Thus, I turn to the individual ministries.

Led by Minister Odinburgh, the Ministry of Defense has served the region tremendously thus far! We have so far taken 174 regions; about three a day on average! In only 3 months into 2021, we have nearly doubled enlisted members within the Imperial Legion, and tripled our Army Reserves.

I have completely redone and revamped the military, which includes a new ranking system, a list of recent operations, and medals, all within a sexy and riveting new dispatch.
In late February to early March, the Imperial Legion led another task force against regions that were successfully detagged and liberated by the involved armies, all to attack the despicable ideology of fascism.

Multiple other operations have transpired, in particular the destabilization of Montealba.

2021 has been an incredible year for the Ministry of Defense, and I know it will continue to grow faster and stronger under Minister Odinburgh, and fortified by the knowledgeable counsel of military advisors Ephiny and J o J.

Previously led by The united federation of amestris and now led by Hipsters with airpods, the Ministry of Culture has done exceedingly well, particularly given the low baseline and activity which it operated at prior.

The Ministry of Culture also created and held multiple activities this year:

• 2020/2021 War Games

• The Wolf Clan Sports League

  • Hockey

  • Baseball

  • Football

  • Soccer

• Increase in off-site involvement

It is also my privilege to announce the implementation of the Department of Roleplay within the Ministry of Culture, led by Junior Ministers The valenteres and Scalesburg. So far, it is in the beginning stages of creation, but has seen a good amount of attention since its creation!

Finally, the Ministry of Culture also oversaw a recent merge with the Ministry of Labor. The Ministry of Culture is also overseeing a gradual overhaul of the Discord server, and have recently added a music bot! It is a tremendous task to have improved a Ministry in such a short amount of time.

The Ministry of Interior, led by Minister Odin-land is also one of the newest ministries in the region. Although it is young, it has served The Wolf Clan exceptionally, and has now brought us to the +120 residents we are at as of writing this, all due to us sending 1-2 thousand recruitment telegrams. ;)

Not only that, but the Ministry of Interior has seen the incredibly successful implementation of parliament, thus making our region democratic (finally!). Parliament, led under Lord Speaker Gothic vandelia currently contains 13 members of parliament including representatives of states, all working hard to lead our region globally in democracy and liberty for all.

In closing, I am yet again pleasantly surprised by one of our newer ministries, and cannot wait to see what it further achieves. In fact, it even created the next Ministry!

A ministry created a little over a week ago, the Ministry of Colonial Affairs, led by Minister Amestris (The united federation of amestris), has achieved much in such a short span of activity thus far.

"Within the past quarter, I am pleased to report that my main accomplishment has been the creation of an entirely new ministry within the government of TWC, the Ministry of Colonial Affairs. While the new ministry has yet to be used much, it is my intent to continue advertising Colonial Development Program to the populace of TWC, and entice people to go to regions deemed worthy of development, mostly regions bearing real-world names, to enhance the prestige of TWC and Her Empire.

Of course, if the Colonial Development Program does not kick off as planned, and never receives an amount of popularity necessary to populate and develop colonial regions, I do have a contingency plan for the Ministry to maintain its usefulness to TWC. In the case that the Colonies are never successfully developed, I plan to pivot the Ministry of Colonial Affairs into using its power to assist the states of TWC, such as the recent acquisition of Romania.

And, of course, I will continue to serve the Empire at large however is requested of me. Should any matters require any assistance, no matter what the case may be, I will, of course, be happy to serve the Empire in whatever way that I may."

Well, The united federation of amestris summed it up there! It has already begun development on 2 of our colonies within our Empire, garnering a total of 9 nations each, equivalating to one newcomer a day on average.

Last but certainly not least, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by yours truly, was officially merged into the Office of the Prime Minister as the first act of my reelection. It has consumed much of my time, but it was worth it in every sense.

In a 3 month span, we have met new friends and formed numerous alliances, in particular with Holy Roman Empires2 of The Monarchy Alliance and J o J of.. J o J. We have also reunited with old friends that have reformed regions in which we previously held ties, such as Rebels and saints of United Nations of Liberalia. Diplomatic talks are also occuring with the Empire of Great Britain, as well as other regions The Wolf Clan views as likeminded regions with a common goal.

I have also brought Romania on board as a state, and am honored to have them here. I cannot wait to see how much further our relations with foreign powers can blossom and grow.

We have also further ascended into global renown and infamy, due to our destabilization of Lorania and Montealba, with many more on the way.

I have truly enjoyed leading our region in Foreign Affairs, and cannot wait to lead us for many more. It's been an honor, and always will be.

I hope that the above report summarizes how much work has been completed this year in a matter of months.

I cannot wait to see how much further we can climb, especially with the leadership of His Imperial Highness Alpha wolf, as well as His and Her Royal Highnesses, Apostate and Ephiny!
