The man approaching the helicopter gives a respectful salute as it touches down and Colonel Yu is escorted out of it. He steps forward to introduce himself to the colonel. “Greetings, Colonel,” he remarks. “How excellent it is to meet you at last. I’ve heard of your daring feats, and they sound simply brilliant! I simply wish we’d had someone of your tactical caliber in the Greatlyian military back when I was in charge...
“Oh, but of course!” He exclaims. “I haven’t introduced myself yet, have I? I am officially Lieutenant General Marsha, although my proper rank is somewhat up in the air ever since they demoted me from General for my use of, ah... prohibited tobacco substances...” He begins walking down a path towards a vehicle presumably meant to take the men towards Prosperous.
“But I digress. Anyway, you were probably expecting a politician or bureaucrat from this getup they stuffed me in, eh? But no, I get to show you around this place because I seem to be the only one in this blasted nation with any blasted semblance of military know-how...”
Lieutenant General Marsha looks up, seemingly escaping from dwelling on his thoughts as he reaches the car. “Right! Well, there she is...” Despite all his apparent bad-mouthing of the nation, he has an oddly fond expression on his face as he gestures towards the city of Prosperous in all its mismatched glory. “The central point of the struggle to seize this nation by the scruff and shove it into the present day. The government is trying to force modernization in every way they know how, but the people are stubborn, and old habits die hard.” He chuckles. “Hopefully these troops you folks have so generously provided should give us something to work with and help us kick these efforts into high gear. Anyways, I suppose it’s time to head into Prosperous and for you to see it for yourself... unless you have any questions first?”

A hunt?
Give me that!
President Agno pours themself a small cup of green tea, which they slowly sip from as they attempt to de-stress. For a moment, they close their eyes, allowing themself to pretend that they have finally dealt with rebuilding Greatly from the chaos that had so recently seized it. Then, they open their eyes with a sigh, viewing the still-massive disaster that Haym has left through them to sort through. Glancing at the letters and bad news piling up from Republica Guilleana and The Democratic Kingdom Of Skaraborg, they sigh deeply, cursing Haym for being so charismatic and excellent at forming friendships under their breath. His breakdown had caused an absolute crisis in the international pacifist community, one that they frankly have no idea how to solve.
So they attempt to take their mind off of this issue by glancing through some of the international files that Haym had compiled - although they had all been tainted by his crazed scribbles at the end. However, they pause on one oddly thick file - that of Xeosia Later. Leafing through it, they find little but maddened scribbles distrusting Vice President An, and even accusing him of being a spy - President Agno lets out an incredulous scoff at this last bit as they consider just how close Haym and An were - but at the very end of the file, they find an odd sheet of paper. Haym had apparently missed this piece of paper on his distrustful rampage through the records. President Agno studies the piece of paper carefully, viewing the carefully compiled notes on a supposed Xeosian agent, rumored to be called “Tin Soldier”. President Agno sighs again as they look at the paper, deciding eventually that perhaps pursuing this lead will allow them to take their mind off of the wreckage of Haym’s administration. They gaze at the piece of paper carefully, looking over the evidence on “Tin Soldier” one more time...

Can you respond to the letter
The paper listed some interesting factoids about "Tin Soldier".. "Tin soldier" was usually spotted near Dilapidated factories and urban areas. They had worn a Black great coat every time they were spotted. And footage of them putting a drone into a body of water while wearing a Bandanna over their lower face was found on the coast, near the flooded ruins of Poorly. The trail stopped cold there.

Over the past few years our nation has not taken a stance on religion but as of late the King as well as many of his citizens have accepted that the one true religion is that of Universalism and he has recognized the authority of the Holy Universalist Pope. So as of today the King decrees that official religion of Velaheria is Universalism. God bless the King and God bless the Universalist church.
