Kobagia's Former President Vladimir Kerin was shot dead in evening Tuesday on Kobagia City of Merrdelle after he was visiting a museum. The hotel that was used for assassination of the president was Del Monte Heights that the current president living there. The gun that was used was Barrett .50 Caliber and M14 Sniper Rifle and the suspect was unknown to the connection of the suicide bombing last week in the protest of Sen. Dmitry Rimashav in office after a corruption and guilty made into him. 53 were killed in the blast while Sen. Rimashav has minor injuries around his back.
Biography
Vladimir Kerin was born in June 17th of 1972 in
St. Petersburg, Russia and his parents died at the age of 15. He has a brother who is now the Vice-Delegate of the less active region. He
and his brother were region-mates when in 1993 somewhen in March, Sarci Zermashon-Kerin is going to found a region in the Atlantic.
Education
He was studying in Louisiana State University and graduated from politics and welfare for New Orleans State School.
Military
He joined military when he was 22 years old. He was the 164th U.S Lieutenant of the Bravo Team Six, Eight and Ten and General of the Soviet Russian Army when he was 36 years old.
Politics
He managed to win election in school four times but failed because of poor campaign. He studied in Science and Law of Politics by the Louisana State University and became the Principal of the school for the term of 8 years and became military men. After the military, he was well-known from the army now. He joined in general election and became Senator of Kobagia. Ashwar V. Cillons, the 2nd President of Kobagia, wants to became in campaign and became partner in election. In 1991 when he became vice-president of Kobagia. He declared 1993 Constitution, Special Welfare, Alcohol Limitation and Smoking Banning. When he was in presidential election, he partnered Alan Crenifor, the Captain of his Soviet Russian Army and they win the election.
1996 Middle East War
Vladimir Kerin and his 482,240 troops were ready in war after Regimity president Gordon Hermon declares a war. Kyoki Chudoku afford to make a relationship in a war after a nuclear strikes on Dubai and Abu Dhabi by Regimity. They defeat Regimity and make another relation to Praeceps to give a relief goods who affected in the war.

Presidency
His term of presidency was under 14 years before the current president Bobby Cabagov move in. He declared his Kobagian-Frientlian Agreement, meeting Kyoki Chudoku's President Aozora Chiyumi, making worldwide foreign aid in relationship with Hong kong empire, and making a international trade in TNP. But disaster come as the Cyclone Rogi hits southwest of the nation, making its deadliest cyclone wver recorded in Kobagian history. 12,000+ were dead and 5,500 were injured. Many nations (including on the list who helped the relief goods) come to the mourns and saying condolence who died on the cyclone.

Death
His death was announced on June 15, 2016 when he was shot and killed by the suspect who has connection to the suicide bombing last 2 weeks before Kerin's death.
The witness said that he saw Kerin lying down on the floor with blood flowing in the museum. Other witnesses hear a gunshot more than a mile and another pedestrian walking near Del Monte Heights notice a two bullets falls from the window and saw the man with the Intervention. She called 911 and said "Sir, please help me. The guy I saw in the window was suspicious when he dropped the long bullet on the 12th floor of the building." It was evening when they saw Kerin's body covered in blood with his head flowing through. When the police arrive at the scene, they notice an a card that believes to be "Amwar Shernavi" name on it. They believe it was a police officer give this card in emergency but it was the suspect. They recovered in his pocket believes to be a tape. So they give it to the army who knows Kerin."We'd recovered the last tape of Kerin before he died sir." Kobagian Special Task Force Brigadier Gen. Willis McCedor said. "Okay. We've now play the tape" Bobby Cabagov said. "Help! the war has broke out! I've cannot take this war fatal crisis here! Please hel------------------- (Nuclear Siren)-------------(Nuclear Siren)--------------(Nuclear Siren)------." "Oh no, The 1996 Middle East War he has no idea why he tape that." Said Bobby Cabagov. Pres. Cabagov believes Kerins need help because of the tragic war.

Bombing raid on The american anarchist empire
A small boy puts his hand over his forhead trying to block out the sun and looks up. He sees dozens, wait no hundreds, of New anarc B-52s flying over his city. The boy lets out a gasp at the sight. The sound is incredible; thousands of engines going at once. Propelling each plane at over 250 miles per hour. The young boy can’t wrap his head along what is happening, he has no way of knowing.
“Otto! Get inside!” Screams of familiar voice with pure terror.
The young boy turns around and sees his mother at the back door with tears in her eyes. She is  calling for  Otto to come to her.
The young boy, named Otto, runs to his mother now scared. He runs right into his mother’s arms and she gives him a hug. Gripping the boy a little to hard. Otto let’s out a small “oww” and the mother let’s go.
Otto’s mother grabs the boy by the hands and runs down into a small basement under the stairs. The house they live in is nice. Two  stories, a large living room/Library, a  kitchen, and the upper story all bedrooms.
About half way down the stars they hear it. At first it sounds like a million screens at once, then the ground rumbles, throwing both of them down the stairs and onto the hard cement. The mother realizes instantly bombs are dropping on there city. Each bomb makes a horrifying sound and shakes the earth as if god himself is using earth as a stress ball. The young boy and his mother manage to crawl into a  corner.
Otto is now crying, not understanding what is going on. The boy is no older then 3. The basement it small, no larger then 30 Square feet. The mother has to squat when she moves.
For the next 20 minutes the earth shakes and sounds of Needles penetrate there ears. The mother believes the devil himself orders this, as no man could unleash such terror upon humanity.
One bomb lands right next to the house, sending pieces of the roof crashing down upon the two family members. Otto let’s out a high pitched scream and his mother holds him even tighter.
As soon as it started; it stops. The family waits in the basement for half an hour crying. Then finally the mother walks up the stairs and into the house... or what’s left of us. When she tries to open the door it’s blocked. After a few pushes she finally gets a pice of wood off of it.. what she sees brings her to her knees
The house is gone. Only one wall is left. The same is said about her whole neighborhood. She can hear screams for help a few houses down. In the distance a large fire burns. The young boys fallows his mother out of the basement. He looks around then hugs his sobbing mother.
Their city is gone... along with their Spirit.
Geez, looks like a major war started.
We might just live forever
